The system of claim 1, wherein the one-key alarm, the camera device, the voice intercom device, the flash warning device and the video display device are respectively connected with the optical modem through a wireless network or a wired network, and the optical modem is connected with the cloud server.
6. The instant alarm monitoring system of claim 1, further comprising a map scheduling system, wherein the map scheduling system is connected to a cloud server.

The instant alarm monitoring system of claim 1, wherein the one-key alarm is a dormant one-key alarm, the camera device is a dormant camera, the voice intercom device is a dormant voice intercom device, the flash warning device is a dormant flash warning device, the video display device is a dormant video display device, and the loudspeaker is a dormant loudspeaker.
