The specific meaning of the terms in this application will be understood by those skilled in the art as the case may be.
First, a curtain control device of the present application will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 5.
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in order to solve the problem that the connection stability of the existing curtain controller is poor and the curtain rope is easy to slip, the curtain control device 100 of the present application includes: the housing 10, the first driving module 20 and the elastic member 60. The top of the casing 10 is provided with a through hole, the first driving module 20 comprises a first driving mechanism 21 which is arranged in the casing 10 in a lifting manner and a first driving wheel 22 which is connected with the first driving mechanism 21, and the first curtain rope 300 can pass through the through hole to be connected with the first driving wheel 22 in a matching manner. The elastic member 60 has one end connected to the housing 10 and the other end connected to the first driving mechanism 21, and the elastic member 60 is configured to generate elastic potential energy that suppresses the first driving mechanism 21 from rising when the first driving mechanism 21 has a rising tendency with respect to the housing 10.
For example, in use, the housing 10 is secured in place adjacent a window covering, such as a wall or glass. Then, the first curtain rope 300 for controlling the shutter curtain 200 to lift is connected with the first driving wheel 22 in a matching way, after the first curtain rope 300 is installed, the first driving module 20 has a trend of moving upwards, and at the moment, the elastic member 60 generates elastic potential energy to prevent the trend, so that the first curtain rope 300 is kept in a tensioned state. When the blind 200 needs to be controlled to lift, the first driving mechanism 21 is controlled to act, and the first driving mechanism 21 drives the first curtain rope 300 to circularly move through the first driving wheel 22, so that the blind 200 is lifted.
The first driving mechanism 21 can be lifted, the elastic piece 60 is arranged between the shell 10 and the first driving mechanism 21, the tensioning of curtain ropes can be realized through the elastic piece 60, the curtain ropes are prevented from slipping, and the connection stability of the device is improved. Meanwhile, the first driving mechanism 21 can be arranged in a lifting mode, and the installation difficulty of curtain ropes can be reduced.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that while the above description is described in connection with a liftable blind, this is not limiting and the first blind cord 300 may also be a blind cord that controls the angular rotation of the slats of the blind.
A preferred embodiment of the present application will now be described with reference to fig. 1 to 14, in combination with a blind which can be lifted and adjusted in the angle of the blades.
It will be appreciated by those skilled in the art that although the following embodiments of the present application are described in connection with the first driving module 20 and the second driving module 30 being disposed in the housing 10 at the same time, this is not intended to limit the scope of the present application, and in other embodiments, at least one driving module may be disposed.
As shown in fig. 1 and 4, in a preferred embodiment, the window covering control device 100 includes a housing 10, a first driving module 20, a second driving module 30, a mounting base 40, and a power module 50.
Referring to fig. 3, 5 and 6, the case 10 is generally formed as a rectangular parallelepiped with a hollow interior, and specifically includes a first side cover 11, a second side cover 12 and a third side cover 13, the first side cover 11 being located on a single side, the second side cover 12 being located on one side with the third side cover 13. Specifically, the lower portion of the first side cover 11 is fixedly connected (such as screwed, clamped or magnetically attracted connected) with the second side cover 12, the third side cover 13 is pivotally connected to the upper portion of the second side cover 12, the third side cover 13 is buckled and connected with the upper portion of the first side cover 11, and the third side cover 13 and the first side cover 11 enclose to form a first through hole 14, a second through hole 15 and a third through hole 16, wherein the length of the second through hole 15 is greater than that of the first through hole 14 and the third through hole 16. The first curtain rope 300 passes through the first through hole 14 and the second through hole 15 and then is matched and connected with the first driving wheel 22, and the second curtain rope 400 passes through the second through hole 15 and the third through hole 16 and then is matched and connected with the second driving wheel 32. In this application, a plurality of openings forming the three through holes are respectively formed at the top of the first side cover 11 and the top of the third side cover 13, and the three through holes are formed by surrounding the plurality of openings after the third side cover 13 is buckled with the first side cover 11. In this manner, the installation of the first and second blind cords 300 and 400 can be achieved by opening the third side cover 13.
By sharing the second through-hole 15 with the first blind cord 300 and the second blind cord 400, the die-sinking cost can be reduced. Of course, the specific arrangement of the housing 10 is not constant, and those skilled in the art can adjust the housing 10 without departing from the principles of the present application, so that the present application is suitable for more specific application scenarios.
For example, although the above-described case 10 is described in connection with including the first side cover 11, the second side cover 12, and the third side cover 13, the specific composition of the case 10 is not exclusive, and may be adjusted by those skilled in the art. For example, the second side cover 12 and the third side cover 13 may be integrally formed, and then the whole may be fastened to the first side cover 11. For another example, the top surface of the portion of the first side cover 11 and/or the second side cover 12 including the through hole may be configured as a detachable cover plate, and the curtain cord may be mounted by detaching the cover plate.
For another example, although the above-described case 10 is described with reference to having the first through hole 14, the second through hole 15, and the third through hole 16 as an example, the number and arrangement of the through holes are not exclusive. In other embodiments, an elongated throughbore may be provided to allow both the first blind cord 300 and the second blind cord 400 to pass through. Or the second through hole 15 is split into two separate through holes for respectively penetrating the first curtain cord 300 and the second curtain cord 400.
For example, although the three through holes are formed by surrounding the openings of the first side cover 11 and the third side cover 13, the forming manner of the through holes is not fixed, and in other embodiments, at least one of the three through holes may be formed by surrounding the opening of one top of the first side cover 11 and the third side cover 13 with the top edge of the other.
For another example, the third side plate may be provided to be simultaneously snap-coupled to the first side plate and the second side plate, or the like, in addition to being pivotally coupled to the second side plate.
Referring now to fig. 2-3, 9-10, a specific embodiment of the mount 40 will be described.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2-3 and 9-10, the mounting block 40 is provided with two oppositely disposed first mounting portions 44. Correspondingly, two opposite side walls of the housing 10 are respectively provided with a second mounting portion 17, and the second mounting portion 17 can be in fit connection with the first mounting portion 44 so as to realize detachable connection of the housing 10 to the mounting seat 40.
Specifically, the mount 40 includes a first riser 41, a second riser 42, a bottom plate 43, and a stop 46. The first riser 41 is provided with a first mounting structure 411, and the mounting seat 40 is fixedly mounted near the blind 200 by the first mounting structure 411. In this application, the first mounting structure 411 is a countersunk hole, and a plurality of countersunk holes are formed in the first riser 41 in an array, and the first riser 41 can be fixedly connected to a wall or a column near the blind 200 by passing a screw through the countersunk holes. Two second risers 42 are provided, the two second risers 42 are disposed opposite to each other and are respectively connected to two side edges of the first riser 41, and a first mounting portion 44 is disposed on an inner side of each second riser 42. Preferably, the two second risers 42 are integrally formed with the first riser 41 and are formed by bending both side edges of the first riser 41. The bottom plate 43 is connected to the bottom of the first riser 41, and extends horizontally from the bottom of the first riser 41, and the bottom of the housing 10 can abut against the bottom plate 43 when mounted.
Preferably, the first mounting portion 44 is a catch and the second mounting portion 17 is a rack. Each second riser 42 is provided with a buckle, and the buckle is elastically and pivotally arranged, and accordingly, two racks are respectively fixedly connected (e.g. glued, screwed, etc.) on the outer sides of the first side cover 11 and the third side cover 13, and each rack can be meshed with one buckle. Further, a first mounting groove 421 is formed at the top of the second riser 42, and two pivot shafts are extended outwards from the buckle, and a torsion spring is sleeved on each pivot shaft and is elastically and pivotally arranged in the first mounting groove 421 through the torsion spring. The second riser 42 is also formed with a chute 423 inside, and the chute 423 extends from the first mounting groove 421 to the bottom of the second riser 42 along the vertical direction, and when the housing 10 is mounted, the rack can slide along the chute 423 and be elastically clamped with the buckle.
Further, the mounting seat 40 further includes a key 45, a first opening 422 is further formed at the top of the second riser 42, a limiting flange is formed inside the first opening 422, the key 45 is connected with the buckle, and part of the key 45 extends out of the first opening 422 and is partially abutted against the limiting flange. Preferably, the key 45 is integrally formed with the clasp. In this way, the button 45, when pressed by an external force, can drive the catch to pivot downwards and thus disengage from the rack.
The stopper 46 is fixedly attached to the top of the second riser 42 mainly by screws, and is partially attached to a partial edge of the top of the first riser 41 by screws. The bottom of dog 46 is formed with second opening 461 and second mounting groove 462, and second opening 461 is inside also to be formed with spacing flange. In the installed state, the second notch 461 and the first notch 422 are surrounded to form a perforation, and part of the key 45 extends out of the perforation and is partially abutted against the two limiting flanges.
When the curtain control device 100 is installed, the third side cover 13 is opened, the first curtain rope 300 is sleeved on the first driving wheel 22, the second curtain rope 400 is sleeved on the second driving wheel 32, and then the third side cover 13 is buckled on the first side cover 11. Next, the two racks are aligned with the two slide grooves 423 and the housing 10 is moved downward until the housing 10 is snapped into place. In the moving process, each tooth structure of the rack presses down the buckle, so that the buckle pivots downwards, the torsion spring generates elastic deformation, then when the rack continues to move downwards to the tooth gap, the elastic deformation is recovered, and the buckle pivots upwards and is clamped in the tooth gap. When the housing 10 needs to be disassembled, the user uses one hand to press the two keys 45 at the same time, the keys 45 shrink and drive the buckle to pivot downwards to be separated from the rack, and the user lifts the housing 10 upwards by using the other hand at the moment, so that the housing 10 can be disassembled.

Through setting up spout 423, be favorable to fixing a position casing 10, improve the connection stability of installation convenience and casing 10. By arranging the stop block 46, the key 45 and the buckle can be enclosed between the stop block 46 and the second vertical plate 42, so that the structural stability is improved.
Of course, the specific arrangement of the mounting seat 40 is not unique, and a person skilled in the art may adjust the mounting seat to be suitable for a more specific application scenario.
For example, while the mount 40 is described in connection with having the first riser 41, the second riser 42, the bottom plate 43, this is merely a preferred embodiment, and in other embodiments, one skilled in the art may optionally omit the at least one structure, such as omitting the bottom plate 43 or omitting the at least one second riser 42, etc. For another example, the first mounting structure 411 may be provided on the first riser 41 in addition to the second riser 42, and the number thereof may be one, two, or more. Accordingly, the position of the second mounting portion 17 on the housing 10 needs to be adjusted. In addition, the mounting seat 40 is not necessary, and in other embodiments, a connection structure, such as a lug or a suction cup with a connection hole, may be directly disposed on the housing 10, so as to directly and fixedly connect the housing 10 to a wall or glass.
For another example, the specific arrangement of the first mounting portion 44 and the second mounting portion 17 may be adjusted. For example, the setting positions of the buckle and the rack may be interchanged, or one of the first mounting portion 44 and the second mounting portion 17 is a clamping block, and the other is a clamping groove, where the clamping block can be slidably clamped.
For another example, the first mounting structure 411 may be a suction cup, in addition to the counter bore, by which the first riser 41 may be mounted on a glass or smooth surface.
For another example, the setting of the key 45 is not necessary, and one skilled in the art can select whether to set based on a specific application scenario. In addition, when the key 45 is set, the key 45 may be set separately from the buckle, so long as the key 45 can drive the buckle to rotate when the key 45 is pressed.
For another example, the setting of the stopper 46 is not necessary, and one skilled in the art may select according to the application scenario.
For another example, besides the elastic pivoting through the torsion spring, the same function can be realized through the compression spring, and at this time, two ends of the compression spring can be abutted against the lower side surface of the buckle and the bottom of the first mounting groove 421.
For another example, the chute 423 is not necessarily provided, and in other embodiments, the chute 423 may be omitted.
Referring next to fig. 2-8, a specific embodiment of the power module 50 will be described.
As shown in fig. 2 to 8, the power module 50 includes a power box 51 and a power assembly 52 disposed in the power box 51, the power box 51 is detachably connected to the housing 10, and the power assembly 52 is connected to the first driving mechanism 21 so as to supply power to the first driving mechanism 21.
Specifically, the first end of the power box 51 is a closed end, the second end is an open end, and the power box 51 is detachably connected to the lower portion of the housing 10. The lower part of one side of the shell 10 far away from the mounting seat 40 is provided with a mounting hole 18, a first connecting structure is arranged at the mounting hole 18, a second connecting structure 511 is arranged at the first end of the power box 51, the power box 51 can be inserted into the shell 10 from the mounting hole 18, and after being inserted in place, the first connecting structure and the second connecting structure 511 are matched and connected with each other, and the first end of the power box 51 is matched with the mounting hole 18.
