The rear shaft portion 30 is coupled to the front shaft portion 20 by inserting the fitting portion 32 into the rear shaft fitting portion 28. The fitting of the fitting portion 32 to the rear shaft fitting portion 28 is performed by bringing the outer surface of the fitting fin 32a of the fitting portion 32 into sliding contact with the rib 28 a. Since the fitting fins 32a are fin-shaped, they are easily formed to be flexible. Therefore, the rear shaft portion 30 and the front shaft portion 20 can be easily connected to each other even by a relatively small child.
The rear shaft portion 30 detached from the front shaft portion 20 can be detached by clamping the welding bead toy erroneously placed on the tray with the bead clamping portion 31. The bead holding portion 31 is formed in a fin shape by the holding fins 31a, and therefore, the welding bead toy can be held by flexing the inner peripheral surface of the tip end of the 3 holding fins 31 a. Further, the pin 31b restricts the penetration of the welding bead toy from the inner peripheral surface of the tip end of the holding fin 31 a.
The water spray unit 33 sprays the plurality of soluble beads placed on the tray, thereby supplying water. Thus, an assembly of the fusion beads toy can be produced.
The operation of the supply mechanism 60 will be described with reference to fig. 7 (a) to 7 (c). As shown in fig. 7 a, the soluble bead toy Y put in through the input hole 22c (see fig. 3 and the like) is stored in the storage unit 25 so as to be aligned in the axial direction. Among the plurality of the contact bead toys Y, the contact bead toy Y1 of the front head is abutted against the swing wall portion 23d, and movement is restricted. The welding bead toy Y is discharged by first making the tip portion 21 downward and making the discharge port 21c of the tip portion 21 face the hole of the tray on which the welding bead toy Y is to be placed.
When the pressing portion 23a is pressed against the elastic force of the plate spring portion 23b and pressed down, the swinging portion 23 is deflected and swings downward as shown in fig. 7 (b). When the top end of the swing wall 23d is substantially the same height as the upper surface of the guide plate 22f, the welding bead toy Y1 positioned at the front is disposed on the top end of the swing wall 23d and the top end of the guide wall 21f. In the state of fig. 7 (b), the space formed by the opening of the induction half tube portion 23c and the tip of the induction wall portion 21f is smaller than the soluble bead toy Y1, and therefore, the movement of the soluble bead toy Y1 is restricted. The next soluble bead toy Y2 of the soluble bead toy Y1 of the front head is abutted against the soluble bead toy Y1 of the front head. Therefore, the next and subsequent soluble bead toys Y2 are restricted from moving.
Then, when the pressing of the pressing portion 23a is released, as shown in fig. 7 (c), the swinging portion 23 returns to the stable position (the same position as in fig. 7 (a)) due to the elastic force of the plate spring portion 23 b. Then, the induction half tube portion 23c is separated from the induction wall portion 21f, and the space formed by the tips of the induction half tube portion 23c and the induction wall portion 21f becomes large, so that the welding bead toy Y1 can move. The swing wall 23d moves upward to push the front welding bead toy Y1 toward the guide path 27, and the next welding bead toy Y2 is pushed back rearward by the inclined surface of the rear side of the swing wall 23d to restrict movement.
Thus, the welding beads toy Y are discharged from the discharge port 21c one by one.
