Referring to fig. 1, the present embodiment provides a tissue box 010 with heating function, which includes a bottom box 110 and a top cover 130, wherein the bottom box 110 is used for placing a tissue, and the top cover 130 is connected with the bottom box 110 for blocking the tissue placed in the bottom box 110 from being accidentally separated from the bottom box 110.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the top cover 130 includes a cover body 131 and a first cover 132, where the cover body 131 and the bottom case 110 are connected by, but not limited to, clamping, fastening with bolts or pivoting; the cover body 131 is provided with a taking and placing opening 137, and the taking and placing opening 137 is used for taking and placing tissues in the bottom box 110; the first cover 132 is movably connected with the cover body 131, and is used for shielding or opening the access opening 137; the first cover 132 is provided with the paper outlet 101. Thus, when the movable first cover 132 opens the access opening 137, the tissues can be taken from the bottom box 110; the movable first cover 132 shields the picking and placing opening 137, so that the first cover 132 can be utilized to prevent the paper towel from being accidentally separated from the bottom box 110; when the user needs to take the paper towel in the bottom case 110, the paper can be taken from the paper outlet 101.
Further, in order to improve convenience of taking and placing tissues in the bottom box 110, the first cover 132 of the present embodiment is rotatably connected to the cover body 131.
In other embodiments, the first cover 132 may also be slidably coupled to the bottom case 110; alternatively, the first cover 132 may be detachably connected to the bottom case 110 by a fastening means including, but not limited to, a snap fit, a bolt, or the like.
It should also be appreciated that in other embodiments, the paper outlet 101 may also be provided in the cover body 131 or the bottom case 110, which is not particularly limited herein.
Still further, referring to fig. 1, 3 and 4, the tissue box 010 with heating function further includes a locking assembly 140, where the locking assembly 140 is disposed on the first cover 132 and is used for locking the first cover 132 at a position where the access opening 137 is blocked or unlocking the first cover 132 at a position where the access opening 137 is blocked.
Of course, the locking assembly 140 may be provided to the cover body 131, which is not particularly limited herein.
The configuration of the locking assembly 140 may be selected as desired, for example: the locking assembly 140 comprises a button 141, an elastic element 142 and a plug-in piece 143, wherein the button 141 and the plug-in piece 143 are movably arranged on the first cover body 132, the button 141 is configured to move along the vertical direction, and the button 141 is in transmission fit with the plug-in piece 143 and can drive the plug-in piece 143 to extend and retract relative to the first cover body 132 along the horizontal direction to be plugged into or separated from the cover body 131; the elastic element 142 is connected between the button 141 and the first cover 132, the elastic element 142 has a tendency to reset the button 141 to an initial position and drive the plug 143 to extend out of the first cover 132 to plug with the cover body 131, and the elastic element 142 includes but is not limited to a spring and an elastic rubber sleeve; thus, when the first cover 132 moves to the opening 137, the button 141 is not subjected to external force, the button 141 is located at the initial position under the action of the elastic element 142, the plug 143 extends out of the first cover 132 and is plugged with the cover body 131, so that the first cover 132 can be locked at the position of the opening 137, when the button 141 is applied, the button 141 moves and drives the plug 143 to retract relative to the first cover 132, so that the plug 143 is separated from the cover body 131, the locking of the first cover 132 at the position of the opening 137 can be released, the elastic element 142 is compressed, and when the external force applied to the button 141 is removed, the button 141 can be reset to the initial position under the elastic action of the elastic element 142, and the plug 143 is driven to extend relative to the first cover 132 and can be plugged with the cover body 131.
Of course, in other embodiments, the locking assembly 140 may be a fastener such as a bolt.
The bottom box 110 can be used for placing dry tissues and wet tissues, wherein the wet tissues are cool to the touch; in order to improve the cool feeling of the wet tissues, referring to fig. 3, the tissue box 010 with heating function of the present embodiment further includes a heating member 134, and the heating member 134 is disposed on the first cover 132. In this way, the heating member 134 heats the tissue placed in the bottom case 110, and thus the cool feeling of the tissue during use is improved, and particularly when the wet tissue is placed in the bottom case 110, the heating member 134 heats the wet tissue, so that the user can use the warm wet tissue, the cool feeling of the wet tissue is improved, and the use comfort is effectively improved.
The paper towel placed in the bottom case 110 may be tissue paper or roll paper, and is not particularly limited herein.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and 3, the first cover 132 includes an outer cover plate 135 and an inner cover plate 136, the inner cover plate 136 is connected to the outer cover plate 135, and the heating element 134 is disposed between the inner cover plate 136 and the outer cover plate 135; the paper outlet 101 penetrates the inner cover plate 136 and the outer cover plate 135. The outer cover 135 and inner cover 136 are connected by a fastener such as, but not limited to, a snap fit, a bolt, or the like. The heating member 134 is disposed between the inner cover plate 136 and the outer cover plate 135, on the one hand, to ensure that the heating member 134 can reliably heat the tissues placed in the base box 110, and on the other hand, to improve the problem that the heating member 134 is easily damaged by collision.
Of course, in other embodiments, the heating element 134 may also be disposed on a side of the inner cover 136 facing away from the outer cover 135, which is not specifically limited herein.
The heating element 134 may be a PTC heating plate, an electric heating wire, or the like, and is not particularly limited herein.
To improve the cleanliness of the tissues stored in the bottom box 110, the falling ash is reduced; referring to fig. 1 and 5, the tissue box 010 with heating function further includes a second cover 133, the second cover 133 is movably or detachably connected to the first cover 132, and the second cover 133 is used for shielding or opening the paper outlet 101. When the second cover 133 shields the paper outlet 101, dust can be blocked outside the bottom box 110, and dust falling of paper towels can be reduced; when the second cover 133 opens the paper outlet 101, the towel can be taken out through the paper outlet 101.
In this embodiment, the second cover 133 is rotatably connected to the outer cover 135, so as to ensure easy operability by turning over the second cover 133 to open or shield the paper outlet 101.
Of course, in other embodiments, the connection manner of the second cover 133 and the first cover 132 may be a sliding connection or a clamping connection, which is not limited herein.
Optionally, the tissue box 010 with the heating function may further include an ejection locking device, which is disposed on the first cover 132, for locking the second cover 133 at a position where the paper outlet 101 is blocked, or unlocking the second cover 133 at a position where the paper outlet 101 is blocked and ejecting the second cover 133 to open the paper outlet 101. Through the setting of popping out locking device, on the one hand can ensure the stability when second lid 133 shelters from paper outlet 101, on the other hand can ensure that the second lid 133 that releases the lock moves to easy operability and the convenience of opening paper outlet 101, and then improves user experience.
The structure of the eject-lock is similar to that of the related art, for example: the pop-up locking device comprises a buckle and a torsion spring, the buckle is movably arranged on the first cover 132, and the second cover 133 can be clamped with or separated from the buckle; the torsion spring is connected between the first cover 132 and the second cover 133, wherein one side of the second cover 133 can be clamped or separated from the buckle, and the other side of the second cover 133 is connected with the torsion spring. When the second cover 133 rotates to cover the paper outlet 101, the second cover 133 is clamped with the buckle, so that the second cover 133 is locked at the position of shielding the paper outlet 101; force is applied to the buckle, for example: pressing or pulling the buckle can separate the buckle from the second cover body 133, so that the locking of the second cover body 133 can be released, and the second cover body 133 can be turned over to open the paper outlet 101 under the action of the torsion spring.
Of course, the ejection locking device may also be other structural forms provided by the related art, and will not be described herein.
When the heating element 134 disposed on the first cover 132 heats the wet tissues stored in the bottom box 110, the water vapor on the wet tissues is evaporated, and after a long time, the wet tissues may be dried due to excessive evaporation of the water of the wet tissues, so that the wet transition of the touch feeling is reduced, and the user experience is reduced.
In order to improve the above problem, referring to fig. 6 and 7, the tissue box 010 with heating function of the present embodiment further includes a water spraying mechanism 200, the water spraying mechanism 200 includes a water tank 210, a water pump 220 and a spray head 230, the water pump 220 and the water tank 210 are both disposed on the bottom box 110, the spray head 230 is connected with the water tank 210 through the water pump 220, and the spray head 230 is disposed on the bottom box 110 and is exposed from the side wall of the bottom box 110. Thus, if the wet tissues taken out from the bottom box 110 need to be replenished with water, the spray head 230 can be used to spray water to the tissues, thereby meeting the user demands and improving the user experience.
It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, the spray head 230 may also protrude from the side wall of the bottom case 110, or the spray head 230 may also be disposed on the top cover 130, which is not particularly limited herein.
By arranging the water spraying mechanism 200, when the paper towel stored in the bottom case 110 is a dry paper towel, the water spraying mechanism 200 may be used to spray water to the dry paper towel to improve the wettability of the dry paper towel and the comfort of the user using the paper towel.
Further, in order to secure the towel after supplementing the moisture by the water spraying mechanism 200, the warm touch feeling is maintained; the water spraying mechanism 200 further comprises a heating assembly 260, wherein the heating assembly 260 is disposed on the water tank 210, and is used for heating water contained in the water tank 210. Thus, the water sprayed from the spray head 230 is ensured to be hot, and the problem of cooling of the touch feeling of the towel caused by supplementing water by spraying water is improved.
The heating element 260 may be a PTC heating plate or an electric heating wire, and may be disposed at the bottom or the side wall of the water tank 210, which is not particularly limited herein.
In order to further achieve the purpose of saving energy consumption; referring to fig. 6, the side wall of the water tank 210 of the present embodiment is provided with a heat insulation layer 274, for example: and (5) a heat preservation cotton layer. The heat preservation 274 can reduce the temperature of the water in the water tank 210, thereby reducing the heating frequency and saving the water.
To ensure the convenience of spraying water to the tissue using the water spraying mechanism 200; referring to fig. 6 and 7, the water spraying mechanism 200 of the present embodiment further includes an induction component 240, the tissue box 010 with heating function further includes a control device 250, the control device 250 is disposed on the bottom box 110, the induction component 240 is disposed on a side wall of the bottom box 110, and the induction component 240 and the water pump 220 are electrically connected with the control device 250; when the sensing assembly 240 senses the tissue, a detection signal is sent to the control device 250, and the control device 250 controls the water pump 220 to deliver water to be sprayed from the spray head 230. In this way, after the paper towel is taken out from the paper outlet 101, the user can move the paper towel to the side wall of the bottom box 110, so that the sensing component 240 senses the paper towel, and the water pump 220 automatically conveys the water to the spray head 230, thereby realizing automatic water spraying, ensuring convenience of use and improving water spraying efficiency.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the water sprayed by the spray head 230 can be reliably sprayed onto the tissue, the sensing component 240 and the spray head 230 are disposed on the same side wall of the bottom case 110, and the sensing component 240 is distributed near the spray head 230, so that the interval between the sensing component 240 and the spray head 230 is shortened and optimized, which is beneficial to ensure that the spray head 230 can reliably spray the water onto the target tissue after the sensing component 240 detects the tissue.
The sensing element 240 includes, but is not limited to, an infrared sensing element or a visual sensing element, which is not specifically limited herein, and the sensing principle of the sensing element 240 is similar to that of the related art, and will not be repeated herein.
Referring to fig. 6, the tissue box 010 with heating function of the present embodiment further includes a power module 310, wherein the power module 310 is disposed on the bottom box 110 and is electrically connected to the heating element 134, the heating element 260, the water pump 220 and the sensing element 240; in this way, the heating element 134, the heating element 260, the water pump 220 and the sensing element 240 can be powered on by the power module 310, so as to ensure the normal operation of the heating element 134, the heating element 260, the water pump 220 and the sensing element 240.
Optionally, the power module 310 includes at least one of a power plug 311 and a power connection board 312, where the power plug 311 and the power connection board 312 are electrically connected to the heating element 134, the heating assembly 260, the water pump 220, and the sensing assembly 240; the power plug 311 includes, but is not limited to, a three-wire plug or a two-wire plug for plugging with a socket to connect with the mains; the power connection board 312 includes, but is not limited to, a Type-C connection board or a USB connection board for connecting a socket to connect to mains electricity through a data line or connecting to a mobile power supply through a data line.
In order to enable the tissue box 010 having the heating function to be used in a case where it is inconvenient to connect to a commercial power or a mobile power source, the tissue box 010 having the heating function further includes a storage battery 320, and the storage battery 320 is provided to the bottom case 110 and is electrically connected to the heating member 134, the heating assembly 260, the water pump 220 and the sensing assembly 240.
Optionally, the control device 250 includes a power panel and a control panel, where the heating element 134, the heating element 260, the water pump 220 and the sensing element 240 are electrically connected to the power module 310 through the power panel, so that the power panel is used to convert the voltage input by the power module 310 into the voltage required by the heating element 134, the heating element 260, the water pump 220 and the sensing element 240; the heating element 134, the heating component 260, the water pump 220 and the sensing component 240 are all electrically connected with the control board, namely, the control board can be used for controlling the heating element 134 to heat the tissues stored in the bottom box 110 and controlling the heating component 260 to heat the water in the water tank 210, and when the sensing component 240 senses the tissues, detection signals can be sent to the control board, and the control board can control the water pump 220 to convey the water quality spray head 230 to spray.
It should be noted that, the working principles of the power panel and the control panel are similar to those of the related art, and are not repeated here.
It should be understood that the water spraying mechanism 200 of the tissue box 010 with heating function of the present embodiment is an electric control mechanism, and in other embodiments, the water spraying mechanism 200 may be a manual mechanism, that is, the water pump 220 for connecting the spray head 230 and the water tank 210 may be a manual water pump, so that the cost of the tissue box 010 with heating function may be reduced.
Optionally, the tissue box 010 having the heating function further includes a temperature sensor mounted to the inner cover plate 136 or the bottom box 110 for detecting a heating temperature of the tissue placed in the bottom case.
Further, the temperature sensor is electrically connected to the control device 250, specifically, the temperature sensor is electrically connected to the control board, and the control board is further configured to control the heating member 134 to stop heating when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the paper towel placed in the bottom case reaches a preset temperature; thus, the purpose of saving energy consumption can be achieved.
Optionally, the tissue box 010 with heating function further includes a water temperature detecting member 271 such as: the NTC temperature sensor, a water level detecting member 272 is provided to the water tank 210 for detecting the temperature of water in the water tank 210.
Further, both the heating assembly 260 and the water temperature detecting member 271 are electrically connected to the control device 250, specifically, both the heating assembly 260 and the water temperature detecting member 271 are electrically connected to the control board, which may be further configured to control the heating assembly 260 to stop heating when the water temperature in the water tank 210 is detected by the water temperature detecting member 271 to reach a target temperature; therefore, the purpose of saving energy consumption can be achieved, the user can be prevented from being scalded due to too high water temperature during spraying, and the user experience is improved.
Optionally, the tissue box 010 with heating function further comprises a water level detecting member 272, for example: the water level sensor, the water level detecting member 272 is provided to the water tank 210 for detecting the water level in the water tank 210.
Further, the water level detecting member 272 is electrically connected to the control device 250, specifically, the water level detecting member 272 is electrically connected to a control board, which may be further configured to control the heating assembly 260 to heat water in the water tank 210 when the water level detecting member 272 detects that the water level in the water tank 210 reaches a target water amount (e.g., a minimum water amount), and may be further configured to control the heating assembly 260 to stop heating water in the water tank 210 when the water level detecting member 272 detects that the water level in the water tank 210 is lower than the target water amount. Thus, not only can the automatic heating be realized, but also the dry heating of the water tank 210 can be avoided, which is beneficial to prolonging the service life of the tissue box.
Optionally, the tissue box 010 with heating function further comprises a sterilization component 273, for example: a UV sterilizing lamp or a silver ion sterilizing module, etc., and a sterilizing assembly 273 is disposed on the water tank 210 for sterilizing water in the water tank 210; thus, the cleaning degree can be improved.
Further, the sterilization module 273 is electrically connected with the control, specifically, the sterilization module 273 is electrically connected with the control board to control the sterilization module 273 to operate through the control board.
In order to facilitate water supply into the water tank 210, referring to fig. 3, the water tank 210 includes a water tank body 211 and a water tank cover 212, the water tank body 211 is disposed on a bottom box, the water tank cover 212 is detachably or movably connected to the water tank body 211, the connection manner includes, but is not limited to, threaded connection, clamping connection, rotational connection or sliding connection, and the water tank cover 212 is used for closing or opening a water injection port of the water tank body 211. When the water tank lid 212 opens the water filling port of the water tank body 211, water can be added to the water tank body 211 from the water filling port; when the water tank cover 212 closes the water filling port of the water tank body 211, water can be reliably contained in the water tank 210, and water leakage is avoided.
The water tank body 211 and the top cover 130 are integrally formed, and when the top cover 130 is buckled with and connected with the bottom box 110, the water tank body 211 is arranged in the bottom box 110; the water filling port of the water tank body 211 penetrates through the top cover 130, and when the water tank cover 212 is connected with the water tank body 211 and the water filling port is closed, the water tank cover 212 protrudes relative to the top cover 130; in this way, the cover 212 can be easily removed, and the operability of filling water into the tank body 211 can be ensured. Of course, in other embodiments, when the water tank cover 212 is connected to the water tank body 211 to close the water filling port, the water tank cover 212 may also retract relative to the top cover 130, which is not limited herein.
It should be noted that, the water tank body 211 and the top cover 130 are integrally formed, that is, the water tank body 211 and the cover body 131 are integrally formed, so that the procedure of assembling the tissue box can be reduced, and the efficiency of assembly and production can be improved.
It should be appreciated that in other embodiments, the tank body 211 is connected to the bottom case 110, and is not particularly limited herein.
The structure of the bottom case 110 may be set as required; referring to fig. 3 and 6, the bottom case 110 of the present embodiment includes an outer case 111 and an inner case 112, the inner case 112 is disposed in the outer case 111, and the inner case 112 is provided with a picking and placing opening 137, and the tissues can be placed in the inner case 112 from the picking and placing opening 137; the cover body 131 is connected to the housing 111; the water pump 220, the water tank 210 and the control device 250 are all arranged on the outer shell 111 and are positioned on the outer side of the inner shell 112; the nozzle 230 is provided to the housing 111 and exposed from a side wall of the housing 111. In this way, the inner shell 112 can be utilized to separate the tissues from the water tank 210, the water pump 220 and other elements, so that the problems that the assembly of the water tank 210, the water pump 220 and other elements is loosened and damaged due to extrusion and collision of the tissues are solved, and the service life of the tissue box is prolonged.
Of course, in other embodiments, the base cartridge 110 may include only the housing 111 and the tissues may be stored within the housing 111.
Optionally, the inner shell 112 is connected to the top cover 130; in the assembly, the inner case 112 and the top cover 130 may be assembled together, and then the top cover 130 may be assembled to the outer case 111 while the inner case 112 is disposed in the outer case 111.
In order to reduce the assembly process in the production process, in the present embodiment, the inner housing 112 is integrally formed with the top cover 130, that is, the inner housing 112 is integrally formed with the cover body 131.
Of course, in other embodiments, the connection manner between the inner shell 112 and the top cover 130 may be a fastening, bonding, fastening with a bolt, or the like, or the inner shell 112 may be connected to the outer shell 111, which is not limited herein.
Optionally, to save energy, the side walls of the inner housing 112 are also provided with insulation wool in order to maintain the temperature of the paper towels placed in the inner housing 112 with insulation wool.
Referring to fig. 2, the tissue box 010 with heating function of the present embodiment further includes an elastic member 330, wherein the elastic member 330 is disposed on the bottom box 110, and specifically, the elastic member 330 is connected with the inner shell 112 and located at the taking-out opening 137 for blocking the tissue placed in the inner shell 112 from coming out of the taking-out opening 137. Thus, the reliability of storing the tissues in the inner box can be ensured.
It should be noted that, since the elastic member 330 has its own deformation capability, when the towel is placed on the inner housing 112 from the taking-out and placing opening 137, the elastic member 330 can be deformed to avoid the elastic member 330 interfering with the insertion of the towel into the inner housing 112.
The elastic member 330 includes, but is not limited to, an elastic strip, a rubber band, or a spring.
In order to ensure that the tissue box can be stably placed on a table top, a cabinet and the like; referring to fig. 3, the tissue box 010 with heating function further includes an anti-slip foot pad 150 disposed on the bottom wall 115 of the bottom box 110, specifically, the anti-slip foot pad 150 is disposed on the bottom wall 115 of the housing 111.
Optionally, referring to fig. 3, the housing 111 includes a bottom wall 115, a first side wall 113 and a second side wall 114, where the first side wall 113 and the second side wall 114 are connected at an obtuse angle, and angles between the two include, but are not limited to, 100 °, 120 °, 135 °, etc., an end of the first side wall 113 away from the second side wall 114 is connected with the cover body 131, an end of the second side wall 114 away from the first side wall 113 is connected with the bottom wall 115, and an avoidance space 116 is formed between the first side wall 113 and the second side wall 114; the nozzle 230 is disposed on the first sidewall 113 and is exposed from the first sidewall 113. Thus, when it is desired to moisten the tissue, the tissue can be extended toward the avoidance space 116 to reliably spray water onto the tissue using the spray head 230.
It should be understood that in other embodiments, the first side wall 113 and the second side wall 114 may be connected at right angles, where the first side wall 113 and the cover body 131 are overlapped, and the nozzle 230 is disposed on the first side wall 113.
It should be noted that the sensing assembly 240 is configured to be exposed from the first side wall 113 or the second side wall 114, so that the nozzle 230 can reliably spray water to the tissue when the sensing assembly 240 detects the tissue.
Note that, when the paper towel stored in the bottom case 110 is a dry paper towel, the dry paper towel may not be heated; in order to be able to switch the operation mode of the tissue box 010 having the heating function, the operation states of the heating member 134 and the heating assembly 260 are conveniently selected; the tissue box 010 with heating function further includes a control panel 400, the control panel 400 is provided at the cover body 131, the first cover 132 or the housing 111, the control panel 400 is electrically connected with the control board, the control panel 400 has a selection button 141, and the operation mode of the tissue box 010 with heating function can be switched by operating the selection button 141, for example: the first mode controls the heating element 134 and the heating element 260 to be in a heatable working state, the second mode controls the heating element 134 to be in a heatable working state, and controls the heating element 260 to be in a non-heatable dormant state, the third mode controls the heating element 134 to be in a dormant state incapable of heating and controls the heating assembly 260 to be in a working state capable of heating, and the fourth mode controls the heating element 134 and the heating assembly 260 to be in a dormant state incapable of heating.
When the tissue box 010 having the heating function of the present embodiment is used, the tissue stored in the bottom box 110 can be heated by the heating member 134, and the water can be supplied to the tissue taken out from the bottom box 110 by the water spraying mechanism 200.
In summary, the tissue box 010 with the heating function can heat the tissue, improve the cool touch feeling of a user when using the tissue, and improve the use comfort.
