Disclosure of Invention
An object of the application is to provide a cigarette bullet and an electron cigarette, the cigarette bullet of this application can be absorbed the condensate to guarantee the taste of user's smoking smog, with this improvement user to the goodness of the electron cigarette product of this application.
To this end, in a first aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a cartridge comprising an atomizing core, a base, a gas splitter, and an electrode; the gas flow dividing piece is arranged in the base; the electrode is arranged in the gas flow dividing piece; a plurality of gas diversion holes are formed in the gas diversion piece and above the electrode, and one end of each gas diversion hole is communicated with the inside of the electrode; the atomizing core is arranged above the base, a gas converging channel is defined between the atomizing core and the base, the other end of the gas distributing hole is communicated with the gas converging channel, and the gas converging channel is communicated with the inside of the atomizing core; a first adsorption piece is arranged on the base and positioned in the gas converging channel; the atomizing core is electrically connected with the electrode.
In a second aspect, the present application also proposes an electronic cigarette comprising a cartridge according to the first aspect and a tobacco rod, the cartridge being detachably arranged inside the tobacco rod.
The application provides a cigarette bullet and electron cigarette, compares with prior art, and its beneficial effect lies in:
the electrode can electrify the atomization core, the atomization core heats and can heat tobacco tar and form smoke, meanwhile, the atomization core can heat the surrounding air, the smoke and the heated air diffuse and contact the base, condensate is formed by condensation, and at the moment, the condensate can be adsorbed by the first adsorption piece in the gas converging channel; when a user sucks smoke, air is split from the inside of the electrode and enters the gas converging channel through the gas splitting holes on the gas splitting piece, so that the air pushes condensate in the gas converging channel to move and be absorbed by the first absorbing piece, and then the air is sucked by the user together with the smoke through the inside of the atomizing core, and at the moment, the condensate content of the smoke is low and the taste of the smoke sucked by the user is not influenced; therefore, the bullet of the application can absorb condensate to ensure the taste of smoking smog of a user, so that the user's goodness to the electronic cigarette product of the application is improved.
The application also provides an electronic cigarette using the cigarette bullet.
Detailed Description
For the purposes of making the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the embodiments of the present application more clear, the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the present disclosure, are within the scope of the present application based on the embodiments herein.
As shown in fig. 1-2, embodiments of the present application propose a cartridge in a first aspect comprising an atomizing core 1, a base 2, a gas splitter 3, and an electrode 4; the gas splitter 3 is arranged in the base 2; the electrode 4 is arranged inside the gas splitter 3; a plurality of gas diversion holes 5 are formed in the gas diversion piece 3 and above the electrode 4, and one ends of the gas diversion holes 5 are communicated with the inside of the electrode 4; the atomizing core 1 is arranged above the base 2, a gas converging channel 6 is defined between the atomizing core 1 and the base 2, the other end of the gas distributing hole 5 is communicated with the gas converging channel 6, and the gas converging channel 6 is communicated with the inside of the atomizing core 1; the base 2 is also provided with a first adsorption piece 7 positioned in the gas confluence channel 6; the atomizing core 1 is electrically connected to the electrode 4.
Based on the above technical scheme, the electrode 4 can energize the atomization core 1, the atomization core 1 heats tobacco tar and forms smoke, meanwhile, the atomization core 1 heats the surrounding air, the smoke and the heated air diffuse and contact the base 2, condensate is formed by condensation, and at the moment, the condensate is absorbed by the first absorption part 7 in the gas converging channel 6; moreover, when a user sucks smoke, air is split from the inside of the electrode 4 and enters the gas converging channel 6 through the gas splitting holes 5 on the gas splitting piece 3, so that the air pushes condensate in the gas converging channel 6 to move and be absorbed by the first absorbing piece 7, and then the air is sucked by the user together with the smoke through the inside of the atomizing core 1, and at the moment, the condensate content of the smoke is low, so that the taste of the user sucking the smoke is not influenced; therefore, the bullet of the application can absorb condensate to ensure the taste of smoking smog of a user, so that the user's goodness to the electronic cigarette product of the application is improved.
The gas shunt 3 is an insulating member for insulating the electrode 4 from the base 2.
The first absorbent member 7 comprises oil absorbent cotton.
The cigarette bullet of this application still includes interior pipe fitting 8 and outer pipe fitting 9, the first end of interior pipe fitting 8 is connected with the upside of atomizing core 1, the periphery of interior pipe fitting 8 is located to outer pipe fitting 9 cover, the first end of outer pipe fitting 9 is connected with the downside of atomizing core 1, and the second end sealing connection of outer pipe fitting 9 and the second end of interior pipe fitting 8, base 2 is connected in the periphery of the first end of outer pipe fitting 9, store the tobacco tar between outer pipe fitting 9 and the inner pipe fitting 8, atomizing core 1 of this application includes porous ceramic atomizing core 1, the tobacco tar can infiltrate inside atomizing core 1, and by heating.
It should be emphasized here that all the connections described above are sealing connections, which may be done in a manner known per se and will not be described in detail here.
Because tobacco tar has certain viscosity, when contact atomizing core 1, about to get into the hole inside of atomizing core 1, can form tiny bubble, can prevent that it from getting into atomizing core 1 inside, and here, in order to break these tiny bubble, this application still is provided with oily cotton 10 in the atomizing core 1 outside, be located the position of interior pipe fitting 8 first end below, oily cotton 10 has a great deal of tiny hair, can puncture the bubble of tobacco tar to there is the clearance between the inside fibre of oily cotton 10, and the tobacco tar can get into the downthehole of atomizing core 1 from these clearances.
Other similar structures can be used instead of the oil deflector 10.
In this application, the fumes will carry the condensate to flow inside the inner tube 8; specifically, the inner tube 8 of the present application includes a gas flow expansion section 11 and a gas flow gathering section 12, the inner diameter of the gas flow expansion section 11 is larger than the inner diameter of the gas flow gathering section 12, the gas flow expansion section 11 is connected with the atomizing core 1, the inner diameter of the inner tube 8 is set to be different sizes, that is, the air passage of the gas of the cartridge is set to be different pipe diameters, the air flow pressure during the flow of the smoke can be changed, and the pressure difference is formed, so that the smoke air flow is changed from a steady flow state to a flocculation state, thus, the condensate carried by the smoke can be dispersed, one part of the condensate is attached to the pipe wall of the inner tube 8, the other part of the condensate and the smoke are sucked by a user, and the amount of the condensate sucked by the user is small, so that the taste of the smoke sucked by the user is not affected; as an optimization, the end part of the gas flow expansion section 11 is gradually reduced to be smoothly connected with the gas flow gathering section 12; and be connected with a gas and expand the flow piece 13 between gas expansion section 11 and the atomizing core 1, through gas expanding the flow piece 13, can increase the internal diameter of gas expansion section 11 to can guarantee the connection between gas expansion section 11 and the atomizing core 1.
Further, a second absorbing member 14 is provided between the gas diffusion member 13 and the gas diffusion section 11, the second absorbing member 14 comprising oil absorbent cotton, the second absorbing member 14 being for absorbing condensate adhering to the wall of the inner tube 8.
The embodiment of the application also provides an electronic cigarette in a second aspect, which comprises a cigarette cartridge and a cigarette rod as in the first aspect, wherein the cigarette cartridge is detachably arranged inside the cigarette rod, so that after the consumption of tobacco tar in the cigarette cartridge is completed, the cigarette cartridge can be detached and replaced by a new cigarette cartridge.
