4) After all the starting times are completed, the rotation speed sensor feeds back to the controller, and the motor 7 stops running. The air distributor is disassembled and inspected, and the abrasion condition of each friction pair in the air distributor body is observed so as to test the starting performance of the air distributor.
The test platform has the advantages of small volume, compact structure, simple test method operation, low cost, short period and high efficiency. The test period of the whole diesel engine is more than 30 days, and the starting performance test of the air distributor can be completed only by 3 days by adopting the test platform and the method.
