本实用新型是一种可折叠式圆柱形捕鱼具。在 弹簧式螺旋线钢丝骨架和两个圆环形网圈外面围有 外网，两个袋形小内网的一端为一椭圆形钢圈，通过 一个锥台形联接网与圆环形网圈相联接，两个小内网 之间为拉线，网圈上装有卡钩以便在折叠时卡住不致 松开。
该捕鱼具折叠后运输方便，捕到鱼后亦可方便取 出，可以提高工作效率。

Description

捕鱼具是渔业生产中所必须的生产工具，同时，也是人们在业余时间以休息和消闲为目的捕鱼所需要的。本实用新型所涉及的是一种可用渔业生产也可以用于个人在消闲时都适用的捕鱼工具。
在浅海地区渔民或其它捕鱼爱好者喜欢用渔船将一种圆柱形的捕鱼具运到海上，然后将其用绳子栓好放入海中捕鱼，鱼会寻着鱼饵自己进入捕鱼具，由于其外大内小的结构，鱼进入后就难以再出来。但是这种渔具运输时占用的体积很大，而且由于其结构上的原因捕到鱼后不容易取出，因此这种捕鱼具使用时显的很不方便。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可折叠式圆柱形捕鱼具，这种捕鱼具在运输过程中可以折叠，以减少占用运输船只的体积，并可以方便的将捕到的鱼取出。
本实用新型是以如下方式实现的，附图是折叠式圆柱形捕鱼具打开时的示意图。图中［1，2］为圆环形网圈，联接两个网圈的是可折叠的弹簧式螺旋线的钢丝骨架［3］，钢丝骨架的外边是外网［4］，［5，6］为两个小内网，其一端是椭圆形网圈［7，8］，小内网为袋形软网，椭圆形网圈［7，8］通过一段成锥台形的联接网［9，10］与圆环形网圈［1，2］相联接。两个小内网［5，6］的另一端，即相对的两个端口用尼龙拉线［11，12］相联接，捕鱼具打开时尼龙拉线拉紧。在网圈［1］或［2］上面装有两钢丝卡钩，［13，14］用以在折叠时将两个网圈卡住，不致松开。整个捕鱼具打开时呈圆柱形。捕鱼时将鱼饵挂在尼龙拉线上，将捕鱼具用绳子栓住放入海中即可。捕到鱼后用两手将捕鱼具折叠后抓住上下抖动，鱼即可掉出。
该鱼具折叠后运输时占用体积仅相当打开时的5～10％，同一渔船可以装运更多的捕鱼具。渔船装运此种捕鱼具出海要放便的多，而且捕到鱼后取出方便，可以提高工作效率、增加捕鱼者的收入。

  1. 一种由渔网、网圈组成的折叠式圆柱形捕鱼具，其特征是两个圆环形网圈[1、2]由弹簧式螺旋线钢丝骨架[3]联接，钢丝骨架的外边是外网[4]，两个袋形小内网[5，6]的一端为一椭圆形钢圈[7，8]与圆环形网圈[1，2]通过一锥台形联接网[9，10]相联接，小内网[5，6]的相对端为拉线[11，12]在圆环形网圈[2]的上面装有两卡勾钩[13，14]。
