Referring to fig. 1-3, the present utility model discloses a movable handle comprising: a transition piece 1 and a grip 2.
The transition piece 1 is provided with a first end and a second end which are opposite, a slot 11 penetrating through the transition piece 1 in the thickness direction is further arranged between the first end and the second end of the transition piece 1, a limiting part 12 is connected in the slot 11, and the first end is used for being connected with the pot body 4. The transition piece 1 is, for example, a rectangular block structure, a rectangular slot penetrating up and down is formed in the rectangular block, a strip-shaped limiting portion 12 is fixedly connected to the inside of the rectangular slot, and the limiting portion 12 is a hard component, for example, a metal rod or a metal column.
The handle 2 is connected with a hinge piece 21, and the hinge piece 21 is detachably connected with the limiting part 12 in the slotted hole 11 in a rotating mode and abuts against the upper surface, close to the second end, of the transition piece 1. The hinge 21 is, for example, a metal plate having a uniform thickness, and the cross section of the metal plate is in the form of a hook turned upward.
In the installation, the first end of the transition piece 1 is connected to the outer side surface of the pot body 4, for example, in a welding or screwing mode, and a manipulator or a worker for assembling the pot body 4 and the handle only needs to put the pot body 4 on a horizontal plane, firstly inserts the hinge piece 21 on the handle 2 into the slotted hole 11 of the transition piece 1, and then hangs the hinge piece 21 on the limiting part 12 in the slotted hole 11, so that the assembly is completed. Compared with the traditional mode of assembling the handle and the pot body 4 by adopting rivets and screw holes, the method has the advantages that through holes are formed in the pot body 4 without tools, assembly steps are simplified, when a user needs to go out and carry, the hinge piece 21 is manually turned around the limiting part 12 for a certain angle, then the hinge piece 21 is pushed to be separated from the limiting part 12, separation is completed, the separated handle 2 and the pot body 4 are separated, assembly and packaging are convenient, and occupied space is reduced.
In one embodiment, the whole hinge 21 may be further specifically divided into a hook section 211 and a connecting rod section 212, the limiting part 12 is a hanging rod connected to the transition piece 1, the hinge 21 is rotatably connected to the hanging rod through the hook section 211, and is connected to the grip 2 through the connecting rod section 212. The hook section 211 is preferably a sheet-shaped hook extending in a curved manner towards the upper surface of the transition piece 1, the hook section 211 and the limiting part 12 are connected in a curved surface to a curved surface, and the connecting rod section 212 is a hard connecting rod integrally formed with the hook section 211.
In one embodiment, the hinge 21 is further provided with a first positioning portion 24 at a joint corresponding to the upper surface of the transition piece 1 near the second end, the upper surface of the transition piece 1 near the second end is provided with a second positioning portion 13 for being abutted with the first positioning portion 24, and the first positioning portion 24 and the second positioning portion 13 are abutted and used for limiting the transition piece 1 and the grip 2 to move in a direction perpendicular to the thickness direction. For example, when the hinge 21 is manufactured using a casting process, the first positioning portion 24 is directly formed on the upper surface of the hinge 21, or is formed on the hinge 21 by welding at a later stage.
It should be noted that, the first positioning portion 24 and the second positioning portion 13 are two mutually matched portions, for example, the first positioning portion 24 is a hole, the second positioning portion 13 is a protrusion, when the transition piece 1 is already connected with the hinge piece 21 of the handle 2, the handle 2 is rotated by a certain angle relative to the pan body 4, so that the protrusion is inserted into the hole to complete butt joint, the relative positions of the pan body 4 and the handle 2 in the horizontal direction are limited, and the connection portion of the handle 2 and the pan body 4 is prevented from being separated.
In addition, the first positioning portion 24 and the second positioning portion 13 may be two magnetic blocks with magnetism respectively, and are respectively fixed in the transition piece 1 and the hinge piece 21 in an embedded manner, and the two fixed magnetic blocks are magnetically attracted to each other, so that the abutting portion of the hinge piece 21 and the transition piece 1 is fixed, the movable handle and the pot body 4 are convenient to assemble, the assembling step is reduced, and the installation and the disassembly are convenient.

The first positioning portion 24 and the second positioning portion 13 are respectively a protruding column and a through hole, and the first positioning portion 24 and the second positioning portion 13 cooperate to prevent the hinge member 21 and the transition member 1 from moving relatively in the horizontal direction after being abutted.
In another embodiment, the first positioning portion 24 is a through hole formed on the hinge 21, and the second positioning portion 13 is a protruding post formed on the upper surface of the transition piece 1, and the through hole is used for inserting the protruding post. As with the previous embodiments, the hinge member 21 and the transition piece 1 do not move relative to each other in the horizontal direction after the abutment by the cooperation of the boss and the through hole.
In one embodiment, for example, the length of the protruding stud is greater than the thickness of the hinge 21, and the stud of the protruding stud is further provided with a thread, and the stud passes through the through hole and protrudes from the through hole to be screwed with the nut. After assembly, the protruding post passes through the through hole of the hinge 21, protrudes from the upper surface of the hinge 21, and then is screwed on the nut, so that the protruding post can be prevented from being separated from the hinge 21, and the positions of the hinge 21 and the protruding post are always kept fixed. When a user needs to carry, the user can split the cooker only by unscrewing the nut and then taking down the rotary connection of the hinge piece 21 and the limiting part 12, so that the occupied space of the cooker is reduced.
In one embodiment, a positioning sleeve 3 is further connected between the grip 2 and the hinge 21, the positioning sleeve 3 has an opening and an end, the opening of the positioning sleeve 3 faces the connecting end of the grip 2, a positioning hole for the hinge 21 to pass through is further formed in the end on the positioning sleeve 3, and the hinge 21 passes through the positioning hole and is connected with the connecting end of the grip 2. The positioning sleeve 3 is made of hard metal, and is sleeved at one end of the handle, meanwhile, the hinge piece 21 penetrates through the positioning hole to be connected in the handle 2, the positioning sleeve 3 mainly plays a role in strengthening between the hinge piece 21 and the handle 2, specifically, when a user holds the handle 2 after connecting, the pot body 4 drives the hinge piece 21 connected with the positioning sleeve to extrude downwards due to the action of gravity, the pressurized hinge piece 21 transmits partial stress to the handle 2 through the positioning sleeve 3, the positioning sleeve 3 is sleeved at the end part of the handle 2, so that the end part of the handle 2 is provided with a hard metal layer, the end part damage caused by collision of the handle 2 is prevented, and more importantly, the breakage damage to the handle 2 caused by the fact that the acting force between the hinge piece 21 and the handle 2 is too concentrated is prevented.
In one embodiment, the grip 2 further includes a socket 22 formed at the axis of the connecting end, the socket 22 having an internal thread, the hinge 21 having an external thread at an end adjacent to the socket 22, the hinge 21 being screwed to the socket 22. When assembling the movable handle, the end of the hinge member 21 with the external thread needs to be inserted into the insertion hole 22 of the grip 2 and screwed to be fastened, so that the whole assembly of the movable handle is completed, and the assembled movable handle enables the hinge member 21 and the limiting part 12 to be rotatably connected according to the same assembly steps as those of the above embodiment.
In one embodiment, the grip 2 further comprises a jack 22 and a reinforcement member 23 connected at the axis of the connecting end, the reinforcement member 23 is inserted into the jack 22, a lumen is formed inside the reinforcement member 23, an internal thread is formed in the lumen, an external thread is formed at one end of the hinge member 21 near the jack 22, and the hinge member 21 is connected with the reinforcement member 23 through threads to connect the grip 2. The reinforcement 23 is, for example, a hard metal pipe sleeve, the inside of which is provided with a threaded hole, the outer side wall of which is fixedly connected with the inside of the jack 22, for example, by glue, or is fixed in the jack 22 in an interference fit manner, which plays a role in reinforcing the inner wall of the jack 22, and prevents the hinge 21 and the handle 2 from damaging the inside of the jack 22 after being detached and installed for many times, thereby damaging the jack 22 of the handle, reducing the stability of the hinge 21 and the handle 2 after assembly, enabling the connection between the pot body and the handle to be easily separated, and thus causing potential safety hazards when in use.
The utility model also provides a cooker which comprises the movable handle and a cooker body 4, wherein the outer side wall of the cooker body 4 is connected with the transition piece 1 of the movable handle. When the cooker is installed, the handle 2 can be partially assembled firstly, then the assembled handle 2 is rotationally connected with the transition piece 1, so that the cooker is assembled, the transition piece 1 on the outer side wall of the cooker body 4 can be directly integrally formed with the cooker body 4 during pouring, and can also be connected with the cooker body 4 in a welding mode.
