Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of furniture, in particular to a movable elbow rest and a desk.
Background
The elbow bracket can form a support for the elbow of the user, so that fatigue can be reduced by preventing the elbow from suspending relative to the tabletop. In the related art, in the case of the related art,
chinese patent publication CN2800901Y (D1) discloses a computer learning desk board with a toggle support, wherein a guide rail 3 fixedly connected with a front end surface of the desk board corresponds to a bracket, a toggle support plate 6 corresponds to a toggle support seat, the guide rail 3 is a circular gap and is provided with a horizontal open slot 9, an inner end surface of the toggle support plate 6 is fixedly provided with a guide post 8, and the guide post 8 cooperates with the guide rail 3 to adjust a width between the two toggle support plates 6 and an upturned angle of each toggle support plate 6.
The chinese patent publication CN214594763U (D2) discloses a desktop expansion elbow supporter, in which the chest support 1 and the desktop 31 (plate) are equivalent to brackets, the left elbow support 2 and the right elbow support 3 are equivalent to elbow supports, taking the sliding structure of the left elbow support 2 as an example, on the one hand, the chest support 1 is provided with a downward opening insertion slot 7, the left elbow support 2 is provided with a plugboard 16 slidably inserted in the insertion slot 7 from side to side, and in addition, the left elbow support 2 is also provided with a rearward opening left desktop clamping channel matched with the desktop 31. Therefore, the left elbow support 2 can be slidably matched with the chest support 1 to adjust the position of the elbow support, but after the adjustment is completed, the elbow support is still required to be clamped with the edge part of the tabletop 31 by utilizing the left tabletop clamping channel to realize the fixation of the elbow support, so that the left elbow support 1 cannot freely slide left and right along with the left elbow of a user.
Summarizing the two prior arts, it is known that the left-right adjustment of the elbow supporting seat of D1 and D2 depends on the mating pair of the contact type, which has higher requirements on the machining precision of the relevant mating surface, and in practical application, the contact area of the mating surface is reduced and the contact stress is increased along with the outward extraction of the guide post from the annular gap of the guide rail (technical scheme of D1) or the outward extraction of the plugging portion from the plugging slot (technical scheme of D2), so that the limit supportability (deformation) of the mating pair is also reduced, and the relevant mating surface is also easy to be damaged. Therefore, this structure cannot be satisfied to freely move left and right along with the elbow when the user moves left and right, so that the user cannot receive less resistance to further reduce the feeling of fatigue when moving the elbow left and right by reducing friction between the elbow and the table top, and the damage of the elbow clothes during the movement cannot be avoided.

Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present application will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is evident that the embodiments described are only some, but not all, of the embodiments of the present application. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art based on the embodiments herein without making any inventive effort, are intended to be within the scope of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, the movable elbow rest 10 proposed in the present application includes a bracket 11 and an elbow rest seat 16, wherein,
the stent 11 comprises a body 12, the body 12 having a distal end 121 and a proximal end 122;
the elbow bracket 16 comprises a seat shell 17 and a side cover 25 which is arranged separately from the seat shell 17, the seat shell 17 is provided with an inner cavity 18 which is opened downwards, the side surface of the seat shell 17 is provided with a mounting opening 19 which is communicated with the inner cavity 18, and the side cover 25 is fixedly covered on the mounting opening 19;
one of the elbow bracket 16 and the bracket 11 further comprises a first rolling structure 13, and the other further comprises a first rolling matching structure 14; and, in addition, the processing unit,
the first rolling structure 13 and the first rolling matching structure 14 are in rolling matching along the left-right direction, and the first rolling structure 13 and the first rolling matching structure 14 are mutually supported in the up-down direction so as to connect the proximal end 122 of the body 12 and the seat shell 17;
the number of the first rolling structures 13 is more than three, and at least three first rolling structures 13 are arranged in a non-collinear and dispersed way; the first rolling structure 13 and the first rolling mating structure 14 are both located in a projection area of the mounting opening 19 in the left-right direction.
In this embodiment, the bracket 11 is used to connect the elbow rest 16 to furniture, such as a desk 100 having a table 30. The distal end 121 of the body 12 is connected to the table 30 or legs of the furniture, and the distal end 121 of the body 12 extends outwardly along the table top of the table 30 to protrude beyond the edge of the table top. The body 12 may be made of plastic or metal, realizing a relatively complex structure and ensuring sufficient strength.
The elbow rest 16 serves to support the user's elbow upwardly so that the elbow rest 16 has a relatively flat top support surface or soft cushion on top. In addition, to reduce occupation of the user's lumbar space, the side of the elbow rest 16 near the user's lumbar may be beveled to slope from front to back toward the middle.
The housing 17 has a hollow inner cavity 18, whereby its own mass can be reduced, thereby achieving weight saving. The side cover 25 and the housing 17 may be detachably fixed or may be non-detachable. However, for future maintenance, the side cover 25 is preferably detachably fixed to the housing case 17.
The first rolling structure 13 has rotatable rolling bodies, such as a spherical, cylindrical shaft or a pie-shaped wheel or the like. Which can be mounted either on the elbow rest 16 or on the bracket 11. Correspondingly, the first rolling engagement structure 14 provides a limiting surface for limiting engagement of the rolling engagement surface with the first rolling structure 13 in the up-down direction. It will be appreciated that when the first rolling arrangement 13 is mounted on the bracket 11, the first rolling engagement arrangement 14 is mounted on the elbow bracket 16; in contrast, when the first rolling engagement structure 14 is mounted on the support 11, the first rolling engagement structure 13 is mounted on the elbow rest 16.
The movable elbow rest 10 of the present utility model supports the elbow rests 16 by providing a multi-point non-collinear rolling fit, thus reducing friction during movement; and the number of support points is constant during movement of the elbow rest 16 so that the friction is maintained at a relatively stable low level so that the user can save more effort in moving the elbow through the elbow rest 16. In combination therewith, the housing shell 17 has an interior cavity 18 that is open downward so that the first rolling structure 13 and the first rolling engagement structure 14 can be closed between the housing shell 17 and the proximal end 122 of the body 12. In addition, when the elbow bracket is installed, the first rolling structure 13 or the first rolling matching structure 14 can be installed into the inner cavity 18 of the seat body shell 17 through the installation opening 19, and after the side cover 25 is fixed to the installation opening 19, the inner side surface of the side cover 25 and the inner side surface of the seat body shell 17 limit the first rolling structure 13 or the first rolling matching structure 14 from the left side and the right side respectively, so that the movement stroke of the elbow bracket 16 is limited and the elbow bracket 16 is prevented from loosening along the left-right direction; furthermore, since the first rolling structure 13 and the first rolling engagement structure 14 are supported by each other in the up-down direction, the elbow rest 16 cannot be separated from the body 12 in the up-down direction, so that the elbow rest 16 is more firmly mounted.
Further, the bracket 11 includes a first rolling structure 13, the first rolling structure 13 includes a first support 131 and a first rolling body 132 rotatably connected to the first support 131, and the first rolling body 132 is in rolling fit with the first rolling fit structure 14 along the left-right direction; the first support 131 is fixedly connected with the distal end 121 of the body 12; elbow rest 16 includes first rolling engagement structure 14.
In this embodiment, the first support 131 is connected to the first rolling element 132, so that the height of the first rolling element 132 can be changed or suspended relatively without increasing the size of the first rolling element 132, so as to better perform rolling fit and limit fit with the first rolling fit structure 14. Since the number of first rolling structures 13 is relatively large and the structure is relatively complex, the provision of the first rolling structures 13 as part of the bracket 11 facilitates assembly and reduces the inertia of the elbow rest 16.
Further, the seat shell 17 includes a top plate 20 and a connecting plate 21 protruding from the lower surface of the top plate 20, and the connecting plate 21 extends in the left-right direction; the first rolling fit structure 14 includes a horizontal rail 22 and a top limit surface 201, the horizontal rail 22 extends horizontally from the lower edge of the connecting plate 21, the horizontal rail 22 has an upward bottom limit surface 221, and the top limit surface 201 is formed on the lower surface of the top plate 20; the first rolling elements 132 are respectively engaged with the top limiting surface 201 in a rolling manner in the left-right direction.
In this embodiment, the first rolling fit structure 14 is constructed by the top plate 20, the connecting plate 21 and the horizontal guide rail 22 which are connected with each other, so that the housing shell 17 can maintain a thin-wall structure, form a movable space adapted to the first rolling structure 13, and simultaneously enhance the structural strength of the housing shell 17 itself.
Further, in order to facilitate rapid assembly of the side cover 25, a first buckle 251 and a second buckle 252 are provided on the inner side surface of the side cover 25, a first clamping hole 222 adapted to the first buckle 251 is provided on the edge of the horizontal guide rail 22 away from the connecting plate 21, and a second clamping hole 202 adapted to the second buckle 252 is provided on the lower surface of the top plate 20. Specifically, to achieve the detachable connection together, the first buckle 251 and the second buckle 252 each have a relatively long elastic arm.
Further, referring to fig. 6 to 9, in one embodiment, one of the elbow rest 16 and the bracket 11 further includes a second rolling structure 14, and the other further includes a second rolling mating structure 27; and, in addition, the processing unit,
the second rolling structure 14 and the second rolling matching structure 27 are in rolling matching along the left-right direction, and the second rolling structure 14 and the second rolling matching structure 27 are mutually limited in the front-back direction so as to connect the proximal end 122 of the body 12 and the seat shell 17;
the number of the second rolling structures 14 is more than two, and the second rolling structures are arranged at intervals along the left-right direction; the second rolling structure 14 and the second rolling mating structure 27 are both located in the projection area of the mounting opening 19 in the left-right direction.
In this embodiment, the second rolling structure 14 and the second rolling matching structure 27 are provided to enable the elbow bracket 16 to movably match with the body 12, and simultaneously achieve a limiting effect in the front-rear direction, so that the elbow bracket 16 can move more stably. It will be appreciated that, since the second rolling structure 14 and the second rolling mating structure 27 are both located in the inner cavity 18, the inner wall surface of the housing 17 and the side cover 25 can also have a limiting effect on both, and the assembly of both is not hindered.
Similarly, the second rolling structure 14 has rotatable rolling bodies, such as spherical, cylindrical shafts or pie-shaped wheels, etc. Which can be mounted either on the elbow rest 16 or on the bracket 11. Correspondingly, the second rolling engagement structure 27 provides both a rolling engagement surface and a limiting surface that is in limiting engagement with the second rolling structure 14 in the front-rear direction. It will be appreciated that when the second rolling arrangement 14 is mounted on the bracket 11, the second rolling engagement arrangement 27 is mounted on the elbow bracket 16; in contrast, when the second rolling engagement structure 27 is mounted on the support 11, the second rolling engagement structure 14 is mounted on the elbow rest 16.
Further, the bracket 11 includes a second rolling structure 14, the second rolling structure 14 includes a second support 141 and a second rolling body 142 rotatably connected to the second support 141, and the second rolling body 142 is in rolling fit with the second rolling fit structure 27 along the left-right direction; the second support 141 is fixedly connected with the distal end 121 of the body 12;
the elbow bracket 16 comprises a second rolling fit structure 27, the second rolling fit structure 27 comprises a vertical guide rail 23 extending downwards and along the left-right direction from the inner wall surface of the seat shell 17, and the vertical guide rail 23 comprises a front limit surface 231 and a rear limit surface 232; the plurality of second rolling structures 14 are respectively located at the front side and the rear side of the vertical guide rail 23, the second rolling bodies 142 located at the front side of the vertical guide rail 23 are in rolling fit with the front limiting surface 231 along the left-right direction, and the second rolling bodies 142 located at the rear side of the vertical guide rail 23 are in rolling fit with the rear limiting surface 232 along the left-right direction.
In this embodiment, the second support 141 is connected to the second rolling element 142 in a similar manner to the preferred structure of the first rolling structure 13, so that the height of the second rolling element 142 can be changed or suspended relatively without increasing the size of the second rolling element 142, thereby better rolling and limiting fit with the second rolling fit structure 27. Since the number of second rolling structures 14 is relatively large and the structure is relatively complex, the provision of second rolling structures 14 as part of bracket 11 facilitates assembly and reduces the inertia of elbow rest 16.
By providing the vertical guide rail 23 on the inner wall surface of the housing 17 and disposing the second rolling structures 14 on the front and rear sides of the vertical guide rail 23, the front and rear sides of the vertical guide rail 23 can be respectively in rolling fit with the rolling bodies of the second rolling structures 14, and the structural strength of the housing 17 is enhanced
Further, in order to allow the elbow rest seat 16 to return to the initial position after being moved a predetermined distance in a predetermined direction, the movable elbow rest 10 further includes an elastic return member 28, wherein the elastic return member 28 elastically connects the proximal end 122 of the body 12 and the seat housing 17. In the present embodiment, the elastic restoring member 28 may be a tension spring, but is not limited thereto, and for example, an elastic connection ring may connect the elbow bracket 16 and the body 12.
Further, the movable elbow rest 10 further comprises a locking member 29, wherein the locking member 29 has a locking state and a release state, and in the locking state, the locking member 29 locks the proximal end 122 of the connecting housing shell 17 and the body 12; in the released state, the locking member 29 is separated from one of the housing case 17 and the body 12 so that the housing case 17 can move in the left-right direction with respect to the body 12.
In this embodiment, the provision of the locking member 29 may assist in securing the elbow-socket 16 when the elbow-socket 16 needs to rest in a certain position for a long period of time; however, when movement is required, for example drawing a long straight line in the transverse direction, the toggle holder 16 can be moved with the toggle supported by the locking element 29 by switching the locking element to the release state. It will be appreciated that the locking member 29 may utilize friction, such as a damping device; or a resilient return member, such as a spring, is maintained in a locked state.
Further, the front side of the proximal end 122 of the body 12 is provided with a mounting cavity 15, and the mounting cavity 15 penetrates the upper surface of the proximal end 122 of the body 12 upwards; the left and right side wall surfaces of the mounting cavity 15 are provided with guide grooves 151 which also penetrate through the upper surface of the proximal end 122; the locking piece 29 is provided with a guide convex strip 291 which is slidably matched with the guide groove 151; the front side surface of the seat shell 17 is provided with a plurality of locking grooves 24 along the left-right direction; in the locked state, the lower end of the lock is embedded in the mounting cavity 15, and the upper end of the lock is embedded in one of the plurality of locking grooves 24.
