In the description of the present application, unless otherwise indicated, the meaning of "a plurality" is two or more.
In the drawings, only the top view of the turntable and the rotating plate when assembled is shown in fig. 8 and 9, so as to simplify the drawings and facilitate the description of the positional relationship between the rotating plate and the outer cylinder or the rotating plate and the turntable in two working states of the rotating plate.
The following is a detailed description of specific embodiments of the present application.
Referring to fig. 1-11, an exemplary fruit and vegetable automatic peeling apparatus of the present application includes an outer cylinder 10, a turntable 60, a driving mechanism 30, and a bracket 20;
the driving mechanism 30 is mounted on the bracket 20;
one end of the outer cylinder body 10 is fixedly arranged on the bracket 20, and the other end is placed in an open way; the driving mechanism 30 is arranged below the outer cylinder 10;
the rotary table 60 is placed in the outer cylinder 10 and connected with the driving mechanism 30, and the rotary table 60 is driven to rotate by the driving mechanism 30;
the turntable 60 is provided with a blade 72;
the turntable 60 has a recess M formed therein along a radial direction thereof, and the recess M is offset from the blade 72.
The application fruit vegetables automatic peeling device, through set up concave position M on carousel 60 for carousel 60 drives when fruit vegetables rotate, jolt at the unsmooth surface of carousel 60, and then take place to shake from top to bottom, promoted the rotation of fruit vegetables on the one hand, on the other hand makes every fruit vegetables collide with fruit vegetables on every side, has promoted the up-and-down motion of every fruit vegetables, and then the angle of the contact of fruit vegetables and blade 72 is more various, cuts the fruit vegetables epidermis and just more. Finally, the effect of better and more comprehensively cutting the surfaces of fruits and vegetables can be achieved, so that the cut fruits and vegetables are cleaner. Meanwhile, a plurality of the cylinders can be processed at one time because the cylinders are processed in the cylinder body, so that the processing efficiency is improved. Therefore, the processing efficiency is high, and the effect of cleanly cutting the fruit and vegetable skin is achieved.
In some preferred embodiments, the outer cylinder 10 is made of stainless steel, the bracket 20 is a square frame structure built by aluminum alloy pipes, and the turntable 60 is made of plastic or metal, or even made of stainless steel; blade 72 may be of conventional or sharp-edged design.
In other examples, the drive mechanism 30 is disposed at or above the upper portion of the outer cylinder 10 and above the turntable 60; in this embodiment, the top of the bracket 20 is located above the outer cylinder 10. So that the driving mechanism 30 drives the turntable 60 to rotate from above the turntable 60.
In some preferred embodiments, the blade 72 and the concave position M are included, the blade 72 is uniformly distributed on the turntable 60, and the concave position M is uniformly distributed on the turntable 60;
the plurality of blades 72 and the plurality of recesses M are spaced apart.
In the illustrated example, six blades 72 and six concave positions M are provided, and the blades 72 and the concave positions M are arranged at intervals, so that six uniformly distributed concave positions M and convex positions are formed, and the concave positions and the convex positions are arranged in a staggered manner. Fruits and vegetables are processed cleanly by undulation on the rotary table 60 with the uneven staggered arrangement, and the peel removing degree is improved by at least 20% compared with the peeling device in the prior art.
Further, the concave M is formed in at least two ways, one is by cutting the concave M on the top surface of the turntable 60, in which case the bottom surface of the turntable 60 is a plane; the other is a press working along the center line of the concave position M, in which case the bottom surface shape of the turntable 60 coincides with the surface shape thereof.
Further, the concave position M is disposed along the radial direction of the turntable 60, that is, the concave position M is symmetrical to the radius, and the concave depth of the concave position M is shallower at the end near the center of the turntable 60, and deeper at the end near the edge of the turntable 60. The maximum concave depth of the concave position M is 1-10mm. In the example of a recess of 1mm, whether by cutting, turning, washing or other machining, only a slight removal of a micro groove is made in the surface of the turntable 60, whereas when formed by a press, the depth of 1mm is only slightly impacted. The tiny concave position M is small enough to roll fruits and vegetables more fully and peel more cleanly relative to the radius of the turntable 60 hundreds of millimeters.
Further, the blades 72 are disposed along the radial direction of the turntable 60, or the blades 72 are disposed obliquely with respect to the radial direction of the turntable 60. In some embodiments, the length of blade 72 is disposed along the radius of turntable 60; in other embodiments, the length of blade 72 is inclined relative to the radius of turntable 60. The different direction of the blade 72 will cause the angle of the cutting to be different, and the cutting effect will be different. Although the direction of the blade 72 may be arbitrary, the direction of the concave M is preferably mainly the radial direction of the turntable 60, and if the direction of the concave M is inclined, the peeling effect can be improved to some extent, but the concave M is inconvenient to process and troublesome to install.
In some preferred examples, the direction of inclination of the blades 72 is opposite to the direction of rotation of the turntable 60, or the direction of inclination of the blades 72 coincides with the direction of rotation of the turntable 60; even more, the blades 72 may be arranged vertically, with the exception that the cutting effect is less effective than the inclined arrangement.
In some preferred embodiments, the rotary disk 60 further comprises a support member, and an opening a is formed in the rotary disk;
the supporting member is mounted on the bottom surface of the turntable 60, the cutting edge of the blade 72 extends out of the opening a, and the blade 72 is mounted on the supporting member;
the height of the portion of the blade 72 extending beyond the upper surface of the turntable 60 is 0.1-10mm.
The support is used to mount and fix the blade 72 such that the edge of the blade 72 protrudes above the opening a. Thus, the body portion of the blade 72 is below the turntable 60 and the edge of the blade 72 is above the surface of the turntable 60, the edge being capable of cutting in sufficient contact with the fruit and vegetable without affecting the rotation of the fruit and vegetable on the turntable 60.
In some preferred embodiments, the support comprises a I-steel 71 and a fastening screw (not shown);
two edges of the I-steel 71 are welded and fixed on the bottom surface of the turntable 60 respectively, so that two outer walls of the I-steel 71 face downwards and incline relative to the turntable 60;
the blade 72 is fixed to one outer wall of the i-beam 71 by the fastening screw such that the blade 72 is obliquely placed with respect to the turntable 60.
In some preferred examples, the two sides of the i-beam 71 are uniform in length and width, so that when the i-beam 71 is fixed to the bottom surface of the turntable 60, the theoretical values of the angles between the two sides of the i-beam 71 and the turntable 60 are 45 ° respectively, thereby forming the cross-sectional shape of a right isosceles triangle. In this example, the theoretical value of the angle between the blade 72 and the turntable 60 is 45 °. However, because the concave position M is formed on the turntable 60, the angle between the i-steel 71 and the turntable 60 is not standard 45 °, but slightly greater or slightly less than 45 °.
In other preferred examples, the two sides of the I-steel 71 are identical in length and different in width such that the two sides of the I-steel 71 form a common right triangle with the bottom surface of the turntable 60 instead of an isosceles right triangle. In such an example, the angle between blade 72 and turntable 60 is not 45 °. In one example of this scenario, the two included angles of the right triangle are 30 ° and 60 °, respectively, with the blade 72 mounted to the side of the 30 ° included angle, such that the blade 72 is at 30 ° to the turntable 60. The same principle, due to the formation of the recess M, the angle between the blade 72 and the turntable 60 is not a standard 30 °, but is slightly greater or slightly less than 30 °.
