the coaming is positioned above the tray bottom plate, the bottom end of the coaming is positioned on the inner side of the tray side plate, the top end and the bottom end of the coaming are opened, and a placing space communicated with the top end and the bottom end opening of the coaming is formed in the coaming;
the top cap is buckled the top end opening part of bounding wall and shutoff the top end opening of bounding wall.
