The clamping mechanism according to claim 1, wherein the clamping plate is provided with a guide groove which is arranged corresponding to the guide rod, the bottom of the guide groove is provided with a bearing plate, the upper part of the guide rod passes through a central hole of the bearing plate and is arranged in the guide groove, the outer edge of the upper part of the guide rod is matched with the inner wall of the guide groove, and the bottom of the elastomer on the guide rod is propped against the bearing plate.

The clamping mechanism of claim 3, wherein the elastic member is fixed at the top of the positioning seat, the elastic member comprises a supporting portion, a bending portion, a cantilever portion and a body portion, one end of the supporting portion is fixed with one surface of the positioning seat facing the positioning groove, the top of the supporting portion is fixed with one end of the bending portion, the other end of the bending portion is fixed with the cantilever portion, the cantilever portion extends to the positioning groove, the cantilever portion is arranged in the positioning groove, and the other end of the cantilever portion extends from the positioning groove to the positioning seat and is riveted with the positioning seat.

9. A clamping mechanism according to claim 3, wherein a notch is provided above the locating slot of the clamping plate bottom locating cavity, the notch being recessed to prevent the resilient member from contacting the clamping plate.
10. A document holder comprising a holding mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 9, and further comprising a writing board, the writing board having a plate-like configuration, the holding mechanism being removably attachable to the writing board.
