1. An upper cover, characterized in that the upper cover comprises:

the exhaust assembly (20) comprises an exhaust pipe and a pressure limiting valve (21), the exhaust pipe vertically penetrates through the buckling cover (11), the lower end of the exhaust pipe extends into the exhaust cavity (13), the upper end of the exhaust pipe penetrates out of the buckling cover (11), and the pressure limiting valve (21) is floatably arranged above the exhaust pipe;
a reflux valve (30) which is vertically movably arranged on the buckling cover (11), wherein the reflux valve (30) is provided with a reflux position for opening the reflux hole (121) and a blocking position for blocking the reflux hole (121);
the driving piece (40) is arranged on the cover body (10), and the driving piece (40) is in driving connection with the backflow valve (30) so as to drive the backflow valve (30) to move between the backflow position and the blocking position.

The upper cover according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a control element and a detection element (50) for detecting the position of the return valve (30), said control element being electrically connected to the detection element (50) and to the driving element (40), respectively.

The upper cover according to claim 2, wherein the detecting member (50) comprises a first limit switch (51) and a second limit switch (52) located above the first limit switch (51), the first limit switch (51) and the second limit switch (52) are both disposed on the snap-fit cover (11), when the backflow valve (30) is located at the blocking position, the backflow valve (30) is in contact with the first limit switch (51), and when the backflow valve (30) is located at the backflow position, the backflow valve (30) is in contact with the second limit switch (52).

The upper cover according to claim 1, wherein a first stopper and a second stopper are provided on the snap cover (11), the first stopper and the second stopper are both provided on the snap cover (11), the return valve (30) is in contact with the first stopper when the return valve (30) is in the blocking position, and the return valve (30) is in contact with the second stopper when the return valve (30) is in the return position.
5. Upper cover according to claim 1, characterized in that the drive member (40) comprises a drive motor (41), the output shaft of the drive motor (41) being in driving connection with the return valve (30).

The upper cover according to any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a transmission member (60), wherein the transmission member (60) comprises a lifting wheel (61) connected with the backflow valve (30), the cover body (10) is provided with a threaded hole (111) penetrating through the cover body, the side wall of the backflow valve (30) is provided with external threads, the external threads are in threaded fit with the threaded hole (111), and the driving member (40) is in driving connection with the lifting wheel (61) to drive the lifting wheel (61) to rotate.

The upper cover according to claim 6, wherein the transmission member (60) further comprises a transmission wheel (62) connected with the driving member (40), a first gear ring is arranged on the side wall of the transmission wheel (62), a second gear ring is arranged on the side wall of the lifting wheel (61), and the first gear ring is meshed with the second gear ring.
8. Upper cover according to claim 7, characterized in that the thickness dimension of the driving wheel (62) and/or the lifting wheel (61) is greater than or equal to the travel of the return valve (30) between the blocking position and the return position.
9. The upper cover according to claim 6, wherein,
the cover body (10) comprises a bracket (14) arranged on the buckling cover (11), and the threaded hole (111) is arranged on the bracket (14);
a sealing ring (15) is clamped between the buckling cover (11) and the bracket (14), the outer wall of the sealing ring (15) is attached to the buckling cover (11), and the inner wall of the sealing ring (15) is attached to the side wall of the backflow valve (30);
the cover body (10) further comprises a shielding cover which is arranged above the buckling cover (11) and connected with the buckling cover (11), the upper end of the exhaust pipe penetrates out of the shielding cover, and the pressure limiting valve (21) is arranged above the shielding cover.
10. A cooking appliance, the cooking appliance comprising:
a pan body (70) having a cooking cavity (71);
an upper cover which is openably and closably provided on the pan body (70), the backflow valve (30) of which has a backflow position to open a backflow hole (121) to communicate the cooking chamber (71) and the exhaust chamber (13) and a blocking position to block the backflow hole (121) to isolate the cooking chamber (71) and the exhaust chamber (13), the upper cover being the upper cover according to any one of claims 1 to 9.
