In order to make the technical solutions and advantages of the present application more clear, the following further describes and illustrates the folding table provided in the embodiments of the present application with reference to fig. 1 to 18.
First, the leg 20 of the folding table provided in the embodiment of the present application will be described. As shown in fig. 1, in some embodiments of the present application, the folding table may be used as a display-raising frame, in which the length of the leg is greater than the width and the height, wherein the length refers to the dimension of the leg in a direction parallel to the arrangement direction of the plurality of tables when the folding table is in the use state; height refers to the dimension of the leg in a direction perpendicular to the table top; the width is then the dimension of the foot in a direction perpendicular to both the length direction and the height direction. Of course, in other embodiments of the present application, the folding table may have other uses, such as dining tables, outdoor tables, etc., where the height of the legs may be greater than the length and height.
In some embodiments of the present application, the number of legs 20 is two, and the two legs 20 are symmetrically disposed at both sides of the bottom of the first table 11. Each leg 20 has an end for supporting the second table 12 in the use position, from which the two legs 20 are rotated in opposite directions and the ends are adjacent to each other, to the collapsed position.
As shown in fig. 18, two legs 20 are connected to both sides of the bottom of the first table 11, respectively, and are symmetrically disposed about a center line of the length of the first table 10, each leg 20 is rotatably connected to the first table 11, and the rotation axis is perpendicular to the table top. Alternatively, the angle of rotation of each leg 20 may range from 0 to 90 degrees.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 19, the folding table further includes a socket module 23, the socket module 23 being mounted on at least one leg 20 such that the folding table can provide a charging jack to facilitate a user's power and use through the socket module 23.
Next, a table top of the folding table provided in the embodiment of the present application will be described. In the present embodiment, adjacent table tops 10 are movably connected by the connecting assembly 30 and thus may be folded together. The table top folding principle of the folding table according to the embodiments of the present application will be described in more detail below with reference to fig. 3 to 17, based on several possible structures of the connecting assembly 30.
In some embodiments of the present application, the connection assembly 30 includes a rotation member 31, and both ends of the rotation member 31 are rotatably connected to side walls of the front table 13 and the rear table 14, respectively, wherein the front table 13 and the rear table 14 are adjacent, and the folding order of the front table 13 is before the rear table 14. The rotational axis around which either end of the rotating member 31 rotates is parallel to the third direction Z.
In one possible design, as shown in figures 3 and 4, the first end 311 of the swivel member 31 is connected between the neutral position and the first end of the front table 13 and the second end 312 of the swivel member 31 is connected to the first end of the rear table 14, wherein the first end of the table 10 is located in the first direction X of the second end of the table 10. In the use state, the first end 311 of the rotating member 31 is lower than the second end 312; in the collapsed condition, the bottom surface of the front table 13 overlies the top surface of the rear table 14.
Taking the orientation shown in fig. 3 as an example, since the plurality of tables 10 are sequentially folded in the order from right to left, the leftmost table 10 is the first table 11, the rightmost table 10 is the second table 12, and the first direction is directed from the left to the right. Correspondingly, the first end of the table 10 is referred to as the right end and the second end of the table 10 is referred to as the left end.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, the thicknesses of the plurality of tables 10 are all the same, and in the use state, the top surfaces of the tables 10 are all flush, and the bottom surfaces are all flush. The height of the end of the swivel member 31 may be understood as the height of the end relative to the bottom surface of each table 10, with the greater the height, the further from the bottom surface, and the closer to the top surface. The first end 311 of the rotating member 31 is connected between the middle position and the first end of the front table 13, the second end 312 of the rotating member 31 is connected to the first end of the rear table 14, and in the use state, the height of the first end 311 is lower than that of the second end 312, so that the front table 13 can be rotated in place, and the bottom surface of the front table 13 can be folded over the top surface of the rear table 14 in the folded state.
It should be noted that, the first end 311 of the rotating member 31 refers to a connection with the front table 13, and the second end 312 refers to a connection with the rear table 14.
Taking a table top consisting of five tables 10 as shown in fig. 3 as an example, the first right-hand (i.e., rightmost) table is the second table 12, and the fifth right-hand (i.e., leftmost) table is the first table 11. In the use state, the first end 311 of each rotating member 31 is located at the lower right side of the second end 312, and when the table top needs to be folded, the first table plate on the right side moves upward and rotates relative to the rotating member 31 at the same time, so that the bottom surface thereof is overlapped on the top surface of the second table plate on the right side, and at this time, the first end 311 of the rotating member 31 connected with the two table plates rotates to the upper left side of the second end 312. And then, the second right-hand-side table plate rotates in the same way so that the bottom surface of the second right-hand-side table plate is overlapped on the top surface of the third right-hand-side table plate, and the like until the bottom surface of the fourth right-hand-side table plate is overlapped on the top surface of the fifth right-hand-side table plate, so that the table top is folded.
Optionally, in the collapsed condition, the second end of the front table 13 is aligned with the second end of the rear table 14 in the second direction Y.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the remaining table boards 10 except the first table board 11 of the plurality of table boards 10 each have a first protruding portion 101, and the first protruding portion 101 protrudes from the top surface of the table board 10 in parallel to the third direction Z; the rotating member 31 includes a first sub-rotating member 313 and a second sub-rotating member 314, the first sub-rotating member 313 is connected to the front table 13, the second sub-rotating member 314 is connected to the rear table 14, and the first sub-rotating member 313 and the second sub-rotating member 314 are connected to each other in an inclined manner to form a folded angle 315. In the use state, the folded corner 315 is close to the top surface of the leg 20 or in contact with the top surface of the leg 20; in the folded state, the folded corner 315 is away from the top surface of the leg 20, the first sub-rotation 313 is located between the first extension 101 of the front table 13 and the first extension 101 of the rear table 14, and the inner surface of the first sub-rotation 313 is folded over the top surface of the first extension 101 of the rear table 14.
As shown in fig. 1, in the use state, the first protruding portion 101 protruding from the top surface of each table top 10 can shield each rotating member 31, so that each rotating member 31 cannot be seen when seen downward in the direction perpendicular to the table top, thereby improving the integrity of the table top. When small-sized articles such as parts or particles such as gravel are deposited on the table top, the first protruding portion 101 protects the rotating member 31 because the first protruding portion 101 shields the rotating member 31 from being caught in the rotating member 31 when the articles are dropped from the table top. As shown in fig. 5, in the folded state, each rotating member 31 is received between the first protruding portions 101 of the two tables 10 connected thereto, so that the integrity of the folded table 10 is improved, and the first protruding portions 101 also protect the rotating member 31 from being deformed due to collision in the folded state, thereby having practicability.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 6, the top surface of the leg 20 is provided with a first groove 21, and the first groove 21 corresponds to the corner 315 in position; wherein in use the corner 315 is located in the first recess 21.
The first groove 21 is used for accommodating and avoiding the folded corner 315, so as to avoid the influence of the support leg 20 on the rotation of the rotating member 31.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 7 and 8, the remaining table plates 10 of the plurality of table plates 10 except the first table plate 11 each have a second protruding portion 102, and the second protruding portion 102 protrudes from the top surface of the table plate 10 in parallel to the first direction X. The top surfaces of the rest of the table boards 10 except the second table board 12 are provided with second grooves 103, the second grooves 103 extend to the edge of the first end of the table board 10, and the depth of the second grooves 103 is the same as the thickness of the first extending part 101; in use, the second extension 102 of the front table 13 is positioned within the second recess 103 of the rear table 14.
The depth direction of the second groove 103 is parallel to the thickness direction of the first protruding portion 101 and parallel to the thickness direction of the table 10. Since the depth of the second groove 103 is equal to the thickness of the first protrusion 101, as shown in fig. 5, the first protrusion 101 is hollowed out at a position corresponding to the second groove 103.
In some embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 9, the folding table further includes a plurality of side members 40, and the plurality of side members 40 are coupled to the side walls of the plurality of table boards 10 in a one-to-one correspondence. Wherein the side plate member 40 is located on a side of the pivotal member 31 away from the side wall of the table 10 for shielding at least a portion of the first sub pivotal member 313.
The side plate member 40 can be matched with the first extension part 101 to form a containing space, at least one part of the first rotating member 313 is located in the containing space to achieve the hiding effect, so that the side plate member 40 plays a role in protecting the rotating member 31 on one hand, and on the other hand, the attractiveness of the tabletop before and after folding is improved.
Alternatively, the side plate member 40 and the rotation member 31 are each fixed to the side wall of the corresponding table 10 by the screw 36, and both end portions of the rotation member 31 can be rotated with respect to the corresponding screw 36.
In another possible design, as shown in fig. 10, two ends of the rotating member 31 are respectively connected to ends of the front table 13 and the rear table 14 that are close to each other; in the use state, both end portions of the rotating member 31 are located at the same height; in the collapsed condition, the top surface of the front table 13 overlies the top surface of the rear table 14, or the bottom surface of the front table 13 overlies the bottom surface of the rear table 14.
Taking a table top made up of four tables 10 as shown in fig. 10 as an example, the first right-hand (i.e., rightmost) table is the second table 12 and the fourth right-hand (i.e., leftmost) table is the first table 11. In the use state, the first end and the second end of each rotating member 31 are located at the same horizontal height, when the table top needs to be folded, the first table plate on the right starts to rotate 90 degrees anticlockwise based on the first end of the rotating member 31 connected with the first table plate, and drives the rotating member to rotate 90 degrees anticlockwise based on the second end, so that the top surface of the rotating member is overlapped on the top surface of the second table plate on the right, and at the moment, the first end and the second end of the rotating member 31 are arranged in the vertical direction. Next, the second table from the right is rotated in a similar manner, but the rotation direction is changed to the clockwise direction so that the bottom surface thereof is superposed on the bottom surface of the third table from the right. And the same is said, the rotation direction of the third table plate is the same as the rotation mode of the first table plate, until the top surface of the third table plate is overlapped on the top surface of the fourth table plate, thus completing the folding of the table top. In other embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 11 and 12, the connection assembly 30 includes a resilient member 32, and two ends of the resilient member 32 are rotatably connected to opposite walls of the front table 13 and the rear table 14, respectively, in the use state; wherein, when any end of the elastic member 32 rotates, the rotating shaft is parallel to the plane of the table top and is perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the plurality of table boards 10; the elastic member 32 serves to provide elastic force for urging both end portions toward each other.
Alternatively, the elastic member 32 may be a spring. When the folding table is in use, the two ends of the elastic member 32 are positioned at the same height, and the front table 13 and the rear table 14 are respectively pulled to reduce the gap therebetween. In the process of folding the front table 13, as the front table 13 rotates, the distance between the front table 13 and the rear table 14 increases, causing the deformation of the elastic member 32, so that the elastic force provided by the elastic member 32 increases until the top or bottom surface of the front table 13 contacts the top or bottom surface of the corresponding rear table 14, at which time the elastic member still tightens the front table 13 and the rear table 14, so that the gap between the front table 13 and the rear table 14 in the folded state is smaller. In addition, the front table 13 and the rear table 14 are always kept tensioned by the elastic force of the elastic member 32 during the folding process, so that the hand feeling of the user when folding the table 10 is improved, and the use experience is improved.
Taking a table top made up of four tables 10 as shown in fig. 12 as an example, the first right-hand (i.e., rightmost) table is the second table 12 and the fourth right-hand (i.e., leftmost) table is the first table 11. In the use state, the two end parts of each elastic piece 32 are positioned at the same horizontal height, and the elastic direction is parallel to the arrangement direction of the two connected desktops, so that the desktops are stable and cannot move in the use state; when the tabletop needs to be folded, the first tabletop (the front tabletop 13) on the right starts to move towards the second tabletop 14, and simultaneously rotates anticlockwise based on the end part of the elastic piece 32 connected with the tabletop until the top surface of the tabletop is overlapped on the top surface of the second tabletop 14 on the right, and in the folding process, the elastic direction is possibly inconsistent with the arrangement direction of the two tabletops, so that the first tabletop (the front tabletop 13) on the right has a trend of moving or rotating under the elastic action, and is opposed with the hands of a user, thereby ensuring good hand feeling in the folding process; when the top surface of the first right-hand table (front table 13) is folded over the top surface of the second right-hand table 14, the two ends of the elastic member 32 are aligned in the vertical direction, and again coincide with the alignment direction of the two tables, so that the two tables can be kept stable and immovable even after folding.
It should be noted that, the end of the elastic member 32 refers to the connection with the corresponding table board 10.
Referring to fig. 12 and 13, in some embodiments, the connection assembly 30 further includes two connection members 33; the opposite plate walls of the front table plate 13 and the rear table plate 14 are respectively provided with a third groove 104 in the use state, and the third grooves 104 are communicated with the bottom surfaces of the corresponding table plates 10; the two connecting pieces 33 are respectively positioned in the third grooves 104 of the front table plate 13 and the rear table plate 14, and two ends of the connecting pieces 33 are respectively connected to opposite groove walls of the third grooves 104; the two ends of the elastic piece 32 are respectively rotatably sleeved on the two connecting pieces 33; wherein in the folded condition the resilient member 32 urges the two connecting members 33 toward each other and either the top surface of the front table 13 overlies the top surface of the rear table 14 or the bottom surface of the front table 13 overlies the bottom surface of the rear table 14.
Alternatively, the connection 33 is a connection shaft. The two ends of the elastic member 32 are rolled up inwards to form a through cylindrical structure, and after the connecting shaft passes through the corresponding cylindrical structure, the two ends are respectively connected to the opposite groove walls of the third groove 104, so that the corresponding end of the elastic member 32 is fixed on the corresponding table 10. The cylindrical structure of the elastic member 32 is rotatable with respect to the connecting shaft.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 12, when the front table 13 is configured such that the top surface is superposed on the top surface of the rear table 14, the connection position of the resilient member 32 on the opposite plate wall in the use state is closer to the bottom surface; when the front table 13 is configured such that the bottom surface overlies the bottom surface of the rear table 14, the resilient members 32 are attached to the opposing walls closer to the top surface in the in-use configuration.
By adopting the above arrangement, the two ends of the elastic member 32 are displaced more relatively during the rotation of the table 10, the deformation of the elastic member 32 is larger, and the elastic force is further provided more, so that the front table 13 is always tensioned with the rear table 14 during the rotation.
In other embodiments of the present application, as shown in fig. 14 and 15, the connection assembly 30 includes a rotation shaft member 34 and a sliding member 35; one end of the rotating shaft member 34 is rotatably connected to the rear table 14, and the other end of the rotating shaft member 34 is connected to the sliding member 35, wherein the rotating shaft of the rotating shaft member 34 is parallel to the plane of the table top and perpendicular to the arrangement direction of the plurality of tables 10; the slide 35 is adapted to slidably engage the front table 13, and the slide direction of the slide 35 is parallel to the alignment direction of the plurality of tables 10.
When the folding table is changed from the use state to the folding state, the front table 13 drives the rotating shaft member 34 to rotate relative to the rear table 14, and then the front table 13 is slidably engaged with the sliding member 35, so as to move to the corresponding stacking position on the rear table 14.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 15 and 16, the sliding member 35 includes a sliding groove 351 and a sliding block 352 located in the sliding groove 351, one of the sliding groove 351 and the sliding block 352 is disposed on the front table 13, the other is connected to the rotating shaft member 34, and the extending direction of the sliding groove 351 is parallel to the first direction X; in the use state, the height of the sliding block 352 is higher than that of the rotating shaft piece 34, and the sliding block 352 is located at a first end of the sliding groove 351, wherein the first end of the sliding groove 351 is the end which is closer to the rear table 14 in the use state; in the folded state, the bottom surface of the front table 13 is folded over the top surface of the rear table 14, and the slider 352 is located at a second end of the chute 351, where the second end of the chute 351 is opposite to the first end.
Taking a table top composed of five tables shown in fig. 12 as an example (part of the rotating shaft member and the sliding member are not shown in the drawing), a chute 351 is formed on a first table (the front table 13) on the right side, and a rotating shaft member 34 is connected to a second table (the rear table 14) on the right side. In the use state, the height of each sliding block 352 is higher than the height of the end part of the rotating shaft piece 34, and the sliding block 352 is positioned at the left end of the sliding groove 351; when the tabletop needs to be folded, the first right-hand table plate 13 drives the rotating shaft part 34 to rotate relative to the second right-hand table plate 14, and when the bottom surface of the first right-hand table plate 13 is flush with or higher than the top surface of the second right-hand table plate 14, the first right-hand table plate 13 is pushed leftwards to move to the position right above the second right-hand table plate 14 based on sliding fit of the sliding groove 351 and the sliding block 352, and at the moment, the bottom surface of the first right-hand table plate is overlapped on the top surface of the second right-hand table plate 14, and the sliding block 352 is positioned at the right end of the sliding groove 351. Next, the second right-hand table 14 rotates the shaft member 34 and slides based on the slide member 35 in the same manner so that the bottom surface thereof is superposed on the top surface of the third right-hand table. And the like, until the bottom surface of the fourth table plate from the right is overlapped on the top surface of the fifth table plate from the right, so as to finish the folding of the table top.
It should be noted that, the end of the rotating shaft member 34 refers to the connection portion between the rotating shaft member and the corresponding table 10.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 17, except for two desktops 10 located at the edge, the bottom surfaces of the rest desktops 10 are all provided with a fourth groove 105 and a chute 351, and the fourth groove 105 and the chute 351 are staggered on the bottom surface of the desk top 10; the fourth recess 105 extends to the edge of the first end of the table 10, the first end of the table 10 being located in the first direction X of the second end of the table 10; both ends of the rotating shaft member 34 are rotatably connected to opposite groove walls of the fourth groove 105; both ends of the sliding groove 351 extend to the edge of the first end and the edge of the second end of the table 10 where they are located, respectively.
