Detailed Description
Example embodiments will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the exemplary embodiments can be embodied in many forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein; rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete, and will fully convey the concept of the example embodiments to those skilled in the art. The same reference numerals in the drawings denote the same or similar structures, and thus detailed descriptions thereof will be omitted.
The present embodiment provides a cleaning device water tank, which is suitable for a cleaning device, wherein the cleaning device may be a cleaning device such as a sweeping robot or a mopping machine, or may be other types of cleaning devices, such as a floor cleaning machine. As shown in fig. 1, the cleaning device water tank comprises a tank body 1, a liquid inlet pipe 2 and a water inlet valve 3, wherein the liquid inlet pipe 2 is arranged on the tank body 1, a liquid inlet 21 is formed in a first end of the liquid inlet pipe 2, the water inlet valve 3 is arranged in a second end of the liquid inlet pipe 2, and the liquid inlet pipe 2 can be communicated with an inner cavity of the tank body 1 through the water inlet valve 3. Specifically, the inlet valve 3 is opened and closed, the liquid inlet pipe 2 can be selectively communicated with the inner cavity of the box body 1, the inner cavity of the box body 1 is used for storing cleaning liquid, and the cleaning liquid can be water, water added with cleaning agent or other liquid with cleaning capability.
The cleaning device water tank that this embodiment provided, with feed liquor pipe 2 set up in box 1, box 1 plays the effect to the whole support of feed liquor pipe 2, and the first end of feed liquor pipe 2 is provided with inlet 21, and the second end of feed liquor pipe 2 is provided with water intaking valve 3, and outside cleaning solution can enter into feed liquor pipe 2 through inlet 21, and feed liquor pipe 2 can communicate in the inner chamber of box 1 through water intaking valve 3, and water intaking valve 3 is used for opening and close of feed liquor pipe 2. When the cleaning liquid needs to be added into the box body 1, the water inlet valve 3 is opened, the cleaning liquid flowing in from the liquid inlet 21 flows to the inner cavity of the box body 1 through the liquid inlet pipe 2 and the water inlet valve 3, and the box body 1 provides an accommodating space for the cleaning liquid so as to provide required water for cleaning structures such as mops; when the addition of the cleaning liquid to the tank 1 is required to be stopped, the water inlet valve 3 is closed, the water inlet valve 3 plays a role of stopping the liquid inlet pipe 2, and the risk that the cleaning liquid in the tank 1 flows back to the outside of the tank 1 is reduced to a certain extent.
It should be noted that a cleaning base station is provided outside the cleaning apparatus water tank, and the cleaning base station supplies cleaning liquid to the inner cavity of the tank 1 through the liquid inlet 21. The cleaning base station is internally provided with the water storage bucket which is detachably connected with the cleaning base station, a user can detach the water storage bucket from the cleaning base station and fill cleaning liquid, then the water storage bucket is placed into the cleaning base station, and the water storage bucket provides cleaning liquid required by mopping for a water tank of the cleaning equipment. In addition, the cleaning base station can also be directly connected with a tap water pipe, and water is supplied to the water storage barrel through the tap water pipe.
The conventional water inlet nozzle 100 is provided with a check valve 200 (as shown in fig. 2), when the water tank is filled with water, the water pressure in the water tank is large, and if the check valve 200 is made of a soft material, the check valve 200 deforms in a direction away from the water tank, so that water leakage occurs in the water tank.
In order to solve this problem, as shown in fig. 1, the cleaning device water tank provided in this embodiment further includes a support structure 4, where the support structure 4 is disposed in the liquid inlet pipe 2 for supporting the water inlet valve 3.
The cleaning device water tank that this embodiment provided, bearing structure 4 set up in feed liquor pipe 2, and feed liquor pipe 2 provides mounted position for bearing structure 4, and bearing structure 4 is used for supporting water intaking valve 3, utilizes bearing structure 4 to resist the external deforming force of water intaking valve 3 towards box 1, prevents that water intaking valve 3 from producing the deflection to the direction that deviates from box 1 to reduce the risk of box 1 weeping, thereby provide user experience and feel.
In one embodiment, the water inlet valve 3 is a one-way valve, so that the cleaning solution flowing from the liquid inlet 21 flows into the inner cavity of the box body 1 in one way.
The water inlet valve 3 can be a one-way valve, the water inlet valve 3 plays a role in limiting the flowing direction of cleaning liquid, the cleaning liquid flowing out of the cleaning base station flows into the inner cavity of the box body 1 through the water inlet valve 3, but the cleaning liquid in the inner cavity of the box body 1 cannot flow back into the cleaning base station through the water inlet valve 3, so that the condition that the cleaning liquid in the water tank of the cleaning device flows back to the outside of the water tank is prevented to a certain extent, and the risk of liquid leakage of the water tank of the cleaning device is reduced.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 3-4, the inlet valve 3 has a shape similar to a cylindrical structure, the inlet valve 3 specifically includes a central portion 31, a fixed portion 32, and an annular portion 33, the central portion 31 is provided with a valve port configured to be selectively opened and closed, the fixed portion 32 is disposed around the central portion 31, and the annular portion 33 is disposed between the central portion 31 and the fixed portion 32.
The fixing portion 32 is disposed in the liquid inlet pipe 2 and is disposed around the central portion 31, and the fixing portion 32 protects the central portion 31 and also plays a role in mounting and fixing the water inlet valve 3. The central portion 31 is provided with a valve port configured to be selectively opened and closed to open or close the flow of the cleaning liquid in the liquid inlet pipe 2. The annular portion 33 is provided between the central portion 31 and the fixing portion 32, and the annular portion 33 serves as an intermediate connection between the central portion 31 and the fixing portion 32 to form a unitary structure.
Specifically, the central portion 31 is similar to a disc structure, a slit 311 is provided in the central portion 31, the slit 311 is in a cross-shaped structure to divide the central portion 31 into four units 312, and when no cleaning liquid passes through the slit 311, the central portion 31 is similar to a closed structure, which corresponds to the valve port being in a closed state; when the cleaning liquid of the external cleaning base station flows into the water inlet valve 3 through the liquid inlet pipe 2, the pressure difference exists at the two ends of the liquid inlet pipe 2, the cleaning liquid can break the gap 311, the four monomers 312 are expanded to form a through hole for the cleaning liquid to pass through, at the moment, the annular part 33 plays a role of connecting the monomers 312, and the valve port is in an open state, so that the cleaning liquid in the cleaning base station can be conveyed to the inner cavity of the box body 1 through the valve port.
It is to be understood that, since the gap 311 is in a cross-shaped structure, the water inlet valve 3 may also be referred to as a cross valve, the shape structure of the gap 311 is not limited in this embodiment, and the gap 311 may also be in a zigzag structure, so long as a through hole can be formed between the plurality of monomers 312 when the gap 311 is impacted by a large water pressure, which is within the protection scope of this embodiment.
It should be noted that, since the cleaning liquid flowing out from the cleaning base station has a large water pressure, the gap 311 may be impacted to expand the four single units 312, but the cleaning liquid in the tank 1 generally does not have a large pressure, so the cleaning liquid in the tank 1 cannot expand the single units 312 through the gap 311. Meanwhile, the water inlet valve 3 is generally made of silica gel, so that the tightness among the four monomers 312 is better when no cleaning solution passes through the water inlet valve 3, and the risk of leakage is reduced to a certain extent.
It will be appreciated that when the tank 1 is full of cleaning liquid, the water pressure in the tank 1 is relatively high, and the water inlet valve 3 is made of silica gel, so that the water inlet valve 3 is relatively soft, under the action of the relatively high water pressure of the tank 1, the annular portion 33 of the water inlet valve 3 is recessed in a direction away from the tank 1 to deform, that is, the annular portion 33 is turned outwards, the monomer 312 is driven to move in a direction away from the tank 1 along with the turning outwards of the annular portion 33, so that the four monomers 312 are not tightly attached any more, but a through hole for the cleaning liquid to pass through is formed, and a small amount of cleaning liquid in the tank 1 reversely flows out of the tank 1 through the water inlet valve 3.
To solve this problem, the support structure 4 supports the annular portion 33 toward the side of the liquid inlet 21, as shown in fig. 1 and 3.
When the annular portion 33 has the tendency of everting, as the supporting structure 4 supports the annular portion 33 towards one side of the liquid inlet 21, the supporting structure 4 is utilized to resist the everting acting force of the annular portion 33, which is equivalent to the supporting structure 4 occupying the everting moving space of the annular portion 33 and supporting the annular portion 33, the risk of everting the annular portion 33 is reduced, thereby avoiding the liquid leakage of the box 1 and achieving the purpose of improving the use feeling of users.
It will be appreciated that since the inlet valve 3 has a profile similar to a cylindrical structure, with the central portion 31 having an axial direction and a radial direction, the central portion 31 and the support structure 4 are coaxially arranged, and the support structure 4 may also limit the outer side of the annular portion 33 in the axial direction of the central portion 31.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the inner wall of the inlet tube 2 and the support structure 4 are clamped to both sides of the fixing portion 32, respectively, in the radial direction of the central portion 31.
It can be understood that the supporting structure 4 is located at the inner side of the water inlet valve 3, and the inner wall of the liquid inlet pipe 2 and the supporting structure 4 are respectively clamped at two sides of the fixing part 32, that is, a clamping structure is added at the position of the water inlet valve 3, so that the position stability of the water inlet valve 3 along the radial direction of the central part 31 is improved under the combined clamping action of the liquid inlet pipe 2 and the supporting structure 4.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, a first flow channel 22 is provided in the inlet pipe 2, a first end of the first flow channel 22 is provided with an inlet 21, and a second end of the first flow channel 22 is provided with a water inlet valve 3 and a support structure 4.
The first runner 22 provides a transportation path for the cleaning liquid flowing out of the cleaning base station, so that the cleaning liquid enters the first runner 22 through the liquid inlet 21, and is transferred to the water inlet valve 3 under the transportation and guiding actions of the first runner 22. Specifically, the first flow passage 22 is similarly of a tapered structure, a large opening end of the tapered structure being disposed toward the cleaning base station so as to be connected with a water filling opening of the cleaning base station, and a small opening end of the tapered structure being disposed toward the water inlet valve 3 and corresponding to a size of the water inlet valve 3.
In one embodiment, a second flow channel 23 is further disposed outside the second end of the liquid inlet pipe 2, a first end of the second flow channel 23 is communicated with the first flow channel 22, and a second end of the second flow channel 23 is communicated with the inner cavity of the box body 1. Wherein the inlet valve 3 and the support structure 4 are arranged at the position where the first flow passage 22 and the second flow passage 23 are connected, and the support structure 4 is arranged between the inlet valve 3 and the first flow passage 22.
It can be understood that the side of the liquid inlet pipe 2 corresponding to the first flow channel 22 and close to the water inlet valve 3 provides a position for the supporting structure 4, and the supporting structure 4 is arranged on the end surface of the liquid inlet pipe 2 corresponding to the first flow channel 22, so that the water inlet valve 3 can be supported, the structure is simple, and the production cost is relatively low.
It will be appreciated that the supporting structure 4 is specifically a reinforcing rib, which plays a role in reinforcing the structure of the liquid inlet pipe 2, and has relatively good structural strength.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 5, the support structure 4 is a support ring, a first end of which is disposed opposite to and in communication with the first flow channel 22, and a second end of which abuts against the annular portion 33.
The central hole of the support ring is abutted with the small opening end of the first flow passage 22, so that the cleaning liquid flowing in from the first flow passage 22 flows into the water inlet valve 3 through the support ring, and the support ring plays a role of communicating between the first flow passage 22 and the water inlet valve 3 and does not prevent the cleaning liquid from flowing into the water inlet valve 3. In addition, since the support ring has an annular structure, the support ring has a continuous structure, and the support ring is abutted against the annular portion 33, the support effect of the support ring on the annular portion 33 can be achieved. Thus, the support ring has both the dual function of circulating cleaning liquid and supporting the inlet valve 3.
In some other embodiments, the support structure 4 is at least one support protrusion, the support protrusion abuts against the annular portion 33, and two adjacent support protrusions are disposed at a second end of the first flow channel 22 at intervals.
Wherein, the number of the supporting protrusions can be one or more, if the number of the supporting protrusions is one, the supporting protrusions are independently arranged to realize the supporting of the annular part 33, and the supporting protrusions are the supporting rods; if the number of the supporting protrusions is multiple, the supporting protrusions are arranged at intervals, and can be uniformly arranged along the circumferential direction of the water inlet valve 3, compared with the supporting ring which is a continuous structure, the supporting structure 4 is of a discontinuous and intermittent structure, so that the raw materials are saved, and the production cost is lower.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the cleaning device tank further includes a fixing member 5, and the fixing member 5 is connected to the tank body 1 and disposed at a side of the inlet valve 3 away from the support structure 4, for fixing the inlet valve 3.
Wherein, mounting 5 can also be called as the fixed lid, and mounting 5 sets up on the inner wall of box 1, and box 1 provides the mounted position for mounting 5, and mounting 5 plays spacing and the effect of fixed water intaking valve 3, avoids water intaking valve 3 to deviate from the condition in the feed liquor pipe 2.
It should be noted that, the fixing member 5 is provided with a first connecting hole, and the case 1 is provided with a second connecting hole corresponding to the first connecting hole, and the bolt is inserted into the first connecting hole and the second connecting hole to fix the fixing member 5 in the case 1. Of course, in some other implementations, the fixing member 5 and the case 1 may be connected by a connection manner such as a snap connection.
In one embodiment, at least part of the fixing member 5 is disposed in the second flow channel 23, a third flow channel 51 is disposed in the fixing member 5, a first end of the third flow channel 51 is communicated with the second flow channel 23, a second end of the third flow channel 51 is communicated with the inner cavity of the case 1, and the third flow channel 51 plays a role of intermediate communication. The liquid inlet pipe 2 is communicated with the inner cavity of the box body 1 through the third flow passage 51 of the fixing piece 5, and the fixing piece 5 also plays a role in middle communication, so that the cleaning liquid flowing out of the liquid inlet pipe 2 flows into the inner cavity of the box body 1 through the third flow passage 51 of the fixing piece 5.
It can be understood that, along the axial direction of the central portion 31 of the water inlet valve 3, the first end of the fixing portion 32 of the water inlet valve 3 abuts against the end face of the liquid inlet pipe 2 corresponding to the first flow channel 22, and the second end of the water inlet valve 3 abuts against the fixing member 5, so that the position stability of the water inlet valve 3 is improved while the limit of the water inlet valve 3 along the axial direction of the central portion 31 is realized.
The sides of the fixing member 5 and the fixing portion 32 facing each other are inclined surfaces to increase the contact area between the fixing member 5 and the fixing portion 32 and to enhance the abutting effect of the fixing member 5 on the fixing portion 32.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 7-8, the cleaning device water tank further includes a liquid inlet pipe 6, the liquid inlet pipe 6 is disposed in the tank 1, a first end of the liquid inlet pipe 6 is connected to the third flow channel 51 of the fixing member 5, and a second end of the liquid inlet pipe 6 is connected to the inner cavity of the tank 1. Wherein, mounting 5 plays the effect of pipeline joint, and the cleaning solution that flows out from the third runner 51 of mounting 5 is carried to the inner chamber of box 1 through going into liquid pipe 6.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 9 to 10, the case 1 includes a bottom case 11 and an upper cover 12, the bottom case 11 is provided with an open end, and the upper cover 12 covers the open end of the bottom case 11. Wherein the second end of the inlet pipe 6 is connected to the upper cover 12.
Wherein, the liquid inlet pipe 6 can be placed in the bottom shell 11 through the opening end of the bottom shell 11, and the bottom shell 11 provides a containing space for the liquid inlet pipe 6. The upper cover 12 is provided at the open end of the bottom case 11, so that the bottom case 11 and the upper cover 12 are closed into an integral structure. The first end of the liquid inlet pipe 6 is communicated with the third runner 51 of the fixing piece 5, the second end of the liquid inlet pipe 6 is connected to the upper cover 12, which is equivalent to the fact that the liquid inlet pipe 6 extends to the top of the box body 1, and when the box body 1 is injected by the cleaning base station, cleaning liquid can fall into the bottom shell 11 from the position of the upper cover 12.
In one embodiment, the upper cover 12 further includes a connector 121, the connector 121 is disposed on a side of the upper cover 12 facing the bottom shell 11, the connector 121 is communicated with the liquid inlet pipe 6, the connector 121 is provided with a communication hole, and the communication hole is communicated with the inner cavity of the box 1.
After the cleaning liquid in the liquid inlet pipe 6 is conveyed to the joint 121, the communication hole of the joint 121 plays a role of a shower head, so that the cleaning liquid is sprayed into the box 1 from the upper part of the box 1, and the supply of the cleaning liquid in the box 1 is ensured by the communication hole of the joint 121. In addition, under normal conditions, a certain height difference exists between the liquid level of the cleaning liquid in the bottom shell 11 and the upper cover 12, when the cleaning base station stops supplying the cleaning liquid to the water tank, the cleaning liquid in the water tank can not enter the liquid inlet pipe 6 through the communication hole of the joint 121, the effect of preventing water flow from being sucked back is achieved, and the risk of liquid leakage is further reduced.
The embodiment also provides cleaning equipment, which comprises the cleaning equipment water tank.
The cleaning device that still provides of this embodiment, including the cleaning device water tank, the cleaning device water tank is used for holding cleaning liquid, and the deformation force of water intaking valve 3 can be resisted to the supporting structure 4 of cleaning device water tank to reduce the risk of cleaning device water tank weeping, cleaning device water tank can be for parts such as wet cleaning structure reliable and stable provide required cleaning liquid, promotes user experience.
Because the liquid inlet pipe 2 of the cleaning equipment water tank supplies cleaning liquid to the tank body 1 through the external cleaning base station, a little cleaning liquid remains in the cleaning equipment water tank after the liquid supplementing of the cleaning equipment water tank is completed and is separated from the cleaning base station, and poor user experience is caused.
To solve this problem, as shown in fig. 11, the tank body 1 of the cleaning apparatus tank is provided with a drain hole 111, the drain hole 111 being provided corresponding to the liquid inlet 21, the drain hole 111 being for discharging the cleaning liquid flowing out from the liquid inlet 21.
The water draining hole 111 is formed in the box body 1, the water draining hole 111 is formed corresponding to the liquid inlet 21, the water draining hole 111 is formed in a residual water area of the water tank of the cleaning device, when the water replenishing of the cleaning device is separated from the cleaning base station, if a little cleaning liquid remains in the water tank of the cleaning device, the residual cleaning liquid flows out through the water draining hole 111, the situation that the cleaning liquid remains is prevented, and therefore the dryness of the residual water area is improved.
In an embodiment, the cleaning apparatus further comprises a wet cleaning structure 7, the tank 1 being adapted to provide water to the wet cleaning structure 7.
