Claims (10)

1. The spring opening mechanism is used for a folding terminal and is characterized by comprising a magnetic attraction group (1) and a spring opening module (2), wherein the magnetic attraction group (1) comprises a first magnetic attraction piece (11) and a second magnetic attraction piece (12), and the first magnetic attraction piece (11) is used for being installed on a first buckling part (3) of the folding terminal;
the elastic opening module (2) comprises an elastic supporting portion (21) and an extrusion button (22), the elastic supporting portion (21) is used for being installed on a second buckling portion (4) of a folding terminal, the second magnetic attraction piece (12) is arranged on one side, facing the first buckling portion (3), of the elastic supporting portion (21), the second magnetic attraction piece (12) is used for being in magnetic attraction fit with the first magnetic attraction piece (11) when the first buckling portion (3) is buckled with the second buckling portion (4), the elastic supporting portion (21) is provided with elasticity in the direction that the first buckling portion (3) is opened relative to the second buckling portion (4), and the extrusion button (22) is matched with the elastic supporting portion (21) to adjust the distance between the elastic supporting portion (21) and the first buckling portion (3) in a buckling state.
2. The pop-up mechanism according to claim 1, wherein one of the first magnetic attraction member (11) and the second magnetic attraction member (12) is a permanent magnet, and the other is a magnetic substance.
3. A folding terminal comprising a first buckling portion (3), a second buckling portion (4) and a pop-off mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 2.

A folding terminal according to claim 3, characterized in that the elastic support (21) comprises a support plate (211) and a spring (212), the top end of the spring (212) is connected with the support plate (211), the bottom end of the spring (212) is connected with the second buckling part (4), and the second magnetic attraction member (12) is arranged on the side of the support plate (211) facing away from the spring (212).
5. The folding terminal of claim 4, wherein the spring (212) is a conical spring.

Folding terminal according to claim 4, characterized in that the pressing button (22) is arranged on the second buckling part (4), a horizontal limiting hole (41) is arranged on the second buckling part (4), one end of the pressing button (22) is exposed through the horizontal limiting hole (41), and the contact surface of the pressing button (22) and the supporting plate (211) and/or the contact surface of the supporting plate (211) and the pressing button (22) is an inclined surface.

The folding terminal according to claim 4, wherein the pressing button (22) is disposed on a side of the support plate (211) facing away from the spring (212), and the second fastening portion (4) is provided with a vertical limiting hole (42), and the pressing button (22) is exposed through the vertical limiting hole (42).

A folding terminal according to claim 3, wherein the first buckling part (3) and the second buckling part (4) are connected through a hinge (5), an opening and closing spring is arranged at the hinge (5), and two side stress ends of the opening and closing spring are respectively abutted against the first buckling part (3) and the second buckling part (4).

A folding terminal according to claim 3, characterized in that the first magnetic attraction member (11) is provided at an angular position of the opening and closing edge of the first buckling portion (3), and the second magnetic attraction member (12) is provided at an angular position corresponding to the first magnetic attraction member (11) on the second buckling portion (4);
the first buckling part (3) is provided with a cover plate (7) at one side of the first magnetic attraction piece (11) and the second magnetic attraction piece (12), and the second buckling part (4) is provided with the cover plate (7) at one side of the second magnetic attraction piece (12) and the first magnetic attraction piece (11).

A folding terminal according to claim 3, wherein the opening and closing edges of the first buckling part (3) and the second buckling part (4) are further provided with a complementary magnet attraction group (6), and the complementary magnet attraction group (6) is arranged at another angular position, far away from the magnet attraction group (1), on the opening and closing edges of the first buckling part (3) and the second buckling part (4).
