The first bracket 210 and the second bracket 220 are arranged in a frame shape, the structure is simple, the processing and the manufacturing are convenient, and compared with the first bracket 210 and the second bracket 220 which are plate-shaped, the first bracket 210 and the second bracket 220 which are frame-shaped are less in material, material is saved, and the cost is lower.
Referring to fig. 5 to 9, in an embodiment, a first rotating shaft 211 and a first sliding shaft 212 extend outwards from a frame edge of the first bracket 210, a first shaft hole 111 and a first sliding slot 112 are provided on a slot wall of the mounting slot 110, the first rotating shaft 211 is in rotating fit with the first shaft hole 111, and the first sliding shaft 212 is in sliding fit with the first sliding slot 112; the frame edge of the second bracket 220 extends outwards to form a second rotating shaft 221 and a second sliding shaft 222, the keycap 300 is provided with a second shaft hole 310 and a second sliding groove 320, the second rotating shaft 221 is in running fit with the second shaft hole 310, and the second sliding shaft 222 is in sliding fit with the second sliding groove 320.
Specifically, the first rotating shaft 211 and the second rotating shaft 221 are disposed in a cylindrical shape, and similarly, to facilitate the first sliding shaft 212 and the second sliding shaft 222 to slide in the first sliding groove 112 and the second sliding groove 320, the first sliding shaft 212 and the second sliding shaft 222 are also disposed in a substantially cylindrical shape. And the first rotation shaft 211 and the first sliding shaft 212 extend outwardly from the rim of the first bracket 210, and the second rotation shaft 221 and the second sliding shaft 222 extend outwardly from the rim of the second bracket 220.
Referring to fig. 6, it should be noted that the end of the first support 210 near the key cap 300 is bent to form a first abutment surface 213, the end of the second support 220 near the key cap 300 is bent to form a second abutment surface 223, the first abutment surface 213 and the second abutment surface 223 together form a supporting surface 230, and the supporting surface 230 is used for supporting the key cap 300.
Specifically, the first abutment surface 213 is an end of the first support 210 near the keycap 300, and the second abutment surface 223 is an end of the second support 220 near the keycap 300. The first abutting surface 213 is a plane approximately parallel to the wall surface of the key cap 300, the second abutting surface 223 is also a plane approximately parallel to the wall surface of the key cap 300, the first abutting surface 213 is used for abutting against the surface of the key cap 300 so as to enlarge the contact surface between the first bracket 210 and the key cap 300, better supporting the one end of the key cap 300, and similarly, the second abutting surface 223 is used for abutting against the surface of the key cap 300 so as to enlarge the contact area between the second bracket 220 and the key cap 300, better supporting the other end of the key cap 300. The first abutting surface 213 and the second abutting surface 223 form a supporting surface 230 together, so that the contact area between the bracket assembly 200 and the keycap 300 is increased, the stability of the keycap 300 during pressing is enhanced, and the comfort of a user during pressing the keycap 300 is improved.
Referring to fig. 9, it should be noted that the lengths of the first rotating shaft 211 and the second sliding shaft 222 are greater than the lengths of the first sliding shaft 212 and the second rotating shaft 221. Specifically, since the key cap 300 is installed in the installation groove 110, the key cap 300 can reciprocate in the installation groove 110 in a direction from the notch of the installation groove 110 to the groove bottom of the installation groove 110, and the first shaft hole 111 and the first sliding groove 112 are provided on the groove wall of the installation groove 110, the second shaft hole 310 and the second sliding groove 320 are provided on the key cap 300, the first shaft 211 is in a rotating fit with the first shaft hole 111, the first sliding shaft 212 is in a sliding fit with the first sliding groove 112, the second shaft 221 is in a rotating fit with the second shaft hole 310, and the second sliding shaft 222 is in a sliding fit with the second sliding groove 320. Referring to fig. 8, in one embodiment, one of the first bracket 210 and the second bracket 220 is provided with a central shaft 214, and the other is provided with a central hole 224, and the central shaft 214 is disposed in the central hole 224, so that the first bracket 210 and the second bracket 220 are rotatably connected. Specifically, one of the first bracket 210 or the second bracket 220 may be provided with a central shaft 214, and the other is provided with a central hole 224 so that the first bracket 210 is rotatable with respect to the second bracket 220. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the central shaft 214 is disposed on the first support 210, the central hole 224 is disposed on the second support 220, and the central shaft 214 and the central hole 224 are located substantially in the middle of the first support 210 and the second support 220.
Referring to fig. 1, 10 and 11, in one embodiment, the elastic member 400 is a torsion spring 400, and the torsion spring 400 is mounted to the bracket assembly 200, so that the bracket assembly 200 can be reset after being compressed. Specifically, the torsion spring 400 is mounted on the bracket assembly 200, when the user presses the key cap 300, the bracket assembly 200 is compressed at this time, the torsion spring 400 is compressed at the same time, after the key cap 300 is pressed to the bottom, the flush tank mounted with the key assembly starts to work, and then the key cap 300 needs to be restored to the initial position, so that the bracket assembly 200 needs to be restored under the action of the torsion spring 400 after being compressed, so as to drive the key cap 300 to be restored to the initial position.
Referring to fig. 10, regarding the shape of the torsion spring 400, in an embodiment, the torsion spring 400 includes two mounting holes 410, a fixed arm 420 and two movable arms 430, the mounting holes 410 are sleeved on the central shaft 214, the second bracket 220 is provided with a torsion spring 400 groove 225, the fixed arm 420 abuts against the surface of the key cap 300, and the movable arms 430 are disposed in the torsion spring 400 groove 225.
Specifically, the two mounting holes 410 are used for being sleeved on the central shaft 214 of the first bracket 210 to fix the position of the torsion spring 400, the fixing arm 420 is located between the two mounting holes 410, the fixing arm 420 is used for being abutted against one side surface of the keycap 300, which is close to the mounting groove 110, the torsion spring 400 groove 225 is formed in the second bracket 220, the torsion spring 400 groove 225 is specifically located at two sides of the second bracket 220, and the two movable arms 430 are arranged in the torsion spring 400 groove 225 and elastically abutted against the wall surface of the torsion spring 400 groove 225. When the key cap 300 is pressed toward the bottom of the installation groove 110, the torsion spring 400 is compressed, and when the user releases the key cap 300, the key cap 300 is restored to the original state by the elasticity of the torsion spring 400.
Referring to fig. 11, in another embodiment, the torsion spring 400 includes two mounting holes 410, a fixed arm 420 and two movable arms 430, the mounting holes 410 are sleeved with the second rotating shaft 221 and the second sliding shaft 222, the fixed arm 420 is abutted with the second bracket 220, and the two movable arms 430 are respectively abutted with the bottom of the mounting groove 110 and the key cap 300.
