Background
Fiber laser welding heads are important components in fiber laser welding, and in experiments or production, the horizontal and vertical angles of the weld need to be adjusted to achieve control over the laser incidence angle.
Because the fiber laser welding head does not have an angle measurement function, a common way for measuring the angle of the welding head is to observe the angle of the welding head by using an angle measuring instrument by one person leaning on the side wall of the welding head, so that the change of the angle of the laser welding head in the experimental or production process cannot be displayed timely and intuitively.

In some embodiments, the first measurement scale 4 on the first base plate 12 is disposed on a side wall of the first base plate 12, and the first measurement scale 4 is preferably not perpendicular to the bottom surface of the first base plate 12, so as to be convenient for an operator to observe; the number of first measuring graduations 4 on the first base plate 12 can be only one or a plurality, and is related to the accuracy of the angle change to be observed by the measured device. At this time, the angle between the first measuring graduation 4 on the side wall of the first base plate 12 and the first measuring graduation 4 on the first cover plate or the angle of the measured device can be changed.

In some embodiments, the first base plate 12 is made of an aluminum alloy, preferably 6061-T6 aluminum, which is lightweight, corrosion resistant, and strong, to ensure that the angle gauge does not interfere with the operation of the equipment it measures and to enhance the durability of the angle gauge itself. In some embodiments, the first base plate 12 is also made of a transparent material such as polystyrene, polymethyl methacrylate, polycarbonate, or the like.
In some embodiments, the first cover plate is connected to an external fixed structure by a wire harness so as to enable the first measurement scale 4 on the first cover plate 11 to always point in one direction. In some embodiments, the edge of the first cover plate 11 is provided with a flange, and the flange extends from the edge of the first cover plate 11 to the first bottom plate 12, so that external water, dust and other substances can be prevented from invading the inside of the first angle measuring instrument 1, and the service life of the first angle measuring instrument 1 is prolonged.
In some embodiments, a specific scale of the first angle scale 41 is provided with a visual highlighting (such as a tracing scale, a thickening scale, a lengthening scale, etc.), so that the device angle of the angle measurer can be quickly adjusted, where the specific scale corresponds to a target angle that is required to be adjusted by a device measured by the angle measurer commonly used in a certain scene.
In some embodiments, the first rotating shaft 5 comprises a first cylinder and a second cylinder which are coaxially connected, the diameter of the first cylinder is smaller than that of the second cylinder, the first cylinder is fixedly connected with the first cover plate 11, the second cylinder is rotatably connected with the first bottom plate 12, and the first cover plate 11 is abutted on the bottom surface of the second cylinder where the second cylinder is connected with the first cylinder; the abutting bottom surfaces of the first cover plate 11 and the second cylinder are respectively provided with a matched clamping groove and a clamping hook, which are used for detachably connecting the first cover plate 11 with the first rotating shaft 5, so that the replacement of the first cover plate 11 can realize the combination change between the first angle scale 41 and the angle scale 42 in the first measurement scale 4 to adapt to different requirements (such as precision, rapid adjustment of target angle and the like) of the angle measurer under different scenes; the detachable connection of the first cover plate 11 and the first rotating shaft 5 may also be achieved by providing spaced permanent magnets or magnetic rings around the inner diameter of the first cover plate 11, while providing spaced permanent magnets or magnetic rings of opposite polarity on the abutment bottom surface.
In some embodiments, the first base plate 12 extends with a hinge capable of hovering at a variable angle, and the connecting end of the hinge can be directly connected with the side wall of the measured device, so that the direction of the angle measured by the first angle measuring instrument 1 can be conveniently adjusted to adapt to different measuring requirements. The direction of the extending hinge can be parallel to the direction of the first cover plate plane and perpendicular to the direction of the first cover plate plane, or the hinge can be extended at a certain angle with the direction of the first cover plate plane, and the specific processing difficulty is determined.
When in use, the first bottom plate 12 in the first angle measuring instrument 1 is fixed on the side wall of the measured device, after the angle of the measured device changes, the first bottom plate 12 and the first cover plate 11 which are relatively static with the side wall relatively rotate, at this time, the angle change or more accurate value of the angle change of the measured device can be observed through the included angles between the first measuring scales 4 respectively arranged on the first bottom plate 12 and the first cover plate 11, and the value of the angle change refers to the specific value of the first angle scale 41 corresponding to the first pointing scale 42, namely the angle of rotation of the measured plane relative to the direction pointed by the first pointing scale 42 (for example, the fiber laser welding head) relatively static with the measured plane. In the use process of the whole first angle measuring instrument 1, an operator does not need other personnel to assist, other operations are not needed after the fixing, and the real-time change of the reading of the first angle measuring instrument 1 ensures that the angle change of a measuring device in the experiment or production process can be timely and intuitively found.
In some embodiments, the angle measurer includes a first angle measurer 1, a second angle measurer 2, and a mounting baseplate 3; the second angle measuring instrument 2 comprises a second cover plate 21 and a second bottom plate 22 and is provided with a second measuring scale; the second cover plate 21 and the second bottom plate 22 are in relative rotary connection through a second rotating shaft, wherein the rotary connection means that one of the second cover plate 21 and the second bottom plate 22 is fixed relative to the second rotating shaft in a static manner, and the other part is in rotary connection with the second rotating shaft; the second measurement scale comprises a second angle scale and a second direction scale, the second angle scale and the second direction scale are respectively arranged on the second cover plate 21 and the second bottom plate 22, the arrangement respectively means that the second angle scale is arranged on the second cover plate 21 or the second bottom plate 22, and meanwhile, the second direction scale is arranged on a part, which is not provided with the second angle scale, of the second cover plate 21 and the second bottom plate 22; the second measurement scale of the second cover plate 21 can remain pointing unchanged; the first angle measuring instrument 1 and the second angle measuring instrument 2 are respectively fixed on the mounting baseplate 3 through the first baseplate 11 and the second baseplate 22, and the multi-angle simultaneous measurement of the angle measuring instruments is realized through arranging a plurality of angle measuring instruments. In a further embodiment, the mounting base plate 3 is made of 6061-T6 aluminum alloy, and the material is light in weight, strong in corrosion resistance and high in strength, so that the operation of the measured equipment of the angle measurer is not influenced as much as possible, and the durability of the angle measurer is enhanced. In a further embodiment, at least one of the first base plate 11 and the second base plate 22 is integrally formed with the mounting base plate 3, increasing the reliability and durability of the angle measurer.
