5. A foldable elliptical machine according to claim 3, wherein the foot rest comprises:
a first lever hinged with the body;
one end of the second rod is hinged with the first rod, the other end of the second rod is arranged on the underframe and is in sliding connection with the underframe, and the second rod and the first rod form a connecting rod structure;
and one end of the third rod is hinged with the second rod and moves synchronously with the second rod, and the other end of the third rod is hinged with the first handrail so as to drive the pedal part to move when the first handrail is pulled.
6. The foldable elliptical machine of claim 5, wherein a pedal is provided at an end of the third bar that is hinged to the second bar for stepping upon during use.

The foldable elliptical machine of claim 2, wherein the bottom plate is provided with a first screw hole, and the top plate is provided with a second screw hole at a position corresponding to the first screw hole, so that the body and the armrest part are fixed by screws when the armrest part is respectively positioned at the first position and the second position.
8. A foldable elliptical machine according to claim 3, wherein the centre of the top plate is provided with a bayonet into which the armrest portion body is inserted when the armrest portion is in the first position, to effect positioning of the armrest portion and the body.
9. The foldable elliptical machine of claim 2, wherein the connection assembly comprises:
one end of the connecting piece is fixed on the bottom plate;
the screw rod is fixed at the other end of the connecting piece in the horizontal direction and penetrates through the connecting groove;
the rotating sleeve is sleeved on the screw rod and arranged between the screw rod and the connecting groove, so that the connecting assembly rotates when moving along the connecting groove, and sliding friction between the connecting assembly and the connecting groove is avoided.
10. The foldable elliptical machine of claim 9, wherein the body is provided with a pair of the connection grooves, the connection grooves are respectively provided at both sides of the connection member, and both ends of the screw rod respectively pass through the connection grooves.
