Description

本实用新型涉及一种钟表机械领域的一种装置,更确切地讲是一种用于钟表等计时仪器中的旋转擒纵调速器。
在机械钟表领域,机械钟表的走时精度是由旋转擒纵调速器的振荡,(即摆轮的摆动)稳定性来决定的,而振荡的频率又因擒纵调速器的位置不同,而有一定的差别。即走时位差,这是由于地心引力与制造误差引起的。为克服上述缺陷,人们设计了旋转擒纵调速器,通过不断变换旋转擒纵调速器的位置而使不同位置的走时误差得到相互补偿,但与此同时,由于旋转擒纵调速器连同支架一起旋转,势必消耗较大的能量,而造成摆幅的降低,而摆幅的降低,又会造成走时的不稳定,为了减少能量的消耗,有两个途径,其一是降低旋转擒纵调器的旋转速度,但旋转速度的降低又会使补偿效果随之降低,其二是减轻整个旋转装置的重量。
本实用新型的发明目的是公开一种减轻旋转擒纵调速器的重量,简化结构,提高计时精度的旋转擒纵调速器。
实现本实用新型的技术解决方案如下:静止支架、固定在主夹板上,由摆轮2、游丝3和游丝外桩5组成的摆轮组件支持在静止支架1与旋转支架6之间,并通过游丝外桩5与旋转支架6联系在一起;擒纵轮7支持在旋转支架6内,旋转支架6的下端与秒轮齿轴10为一体,秒轮齿轴10与过轮4啮合,擒纵轮齿轴8与静止的秒轮9啮合。当秒轮齿轴10与过轮4啮合并接受以发条传递来的扭矩而旋转时,通过擒纵轮齿轴8与秒轮9的啮合,旋转支架6带动擒纵轮7不仅绕秒轮9的中心公转,还绕其自身中心进行自转,自转的擒纵叉在摆动过程中,撞击固定在摆轮组件上的摆钉,以使摆轮2进行往复摆动,由于摆轮组件还通过游丝外桩5与旋转支架6联接在一起,受其牵引,摆轮组件在进行往复摆动的同时,还与旋转支架6同步旋转。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型结构简单,具有较小的旋转重量,同时整个旋转擒纵调速器在完成其各自的自身运动外,还由旋转支架6带动而围绕一中心(如本机构的中心与摆动中心重合)作匀速旋转,以对位置误差进行补偿,提高走时精度。

  1. 一种没有旋转上框和旋转框架中间立柱的旋转擒纵调速器,其特征在于静止支架(1)固定在主夹板上,由摆轮(2)、游丝(3)和游丝外桩(5)组成的摆轮组件支持在静止支架(1)与旋转支架(6)之间,并通过游丝外桩(5)与旋转支架(6)联系在一起,擒纵轮(7)支持在旋转支架(6)内,旋转支架(6)的下端与秒轮齿轴(10)为一体,秒轮齿轴(10)与过轮(4)啮合,擒纵轮齿轴(8)与静止的秒轮(9)啮合。
