The partition plate 120 is formed with the second oil filtering hole 162, and the oil filtering channel 160 may include the aforementioned second oil filtering hole 162, it is to be understood that one end of the second oil filtering hole 162 may be located at a side of the partition plate 120 close to the opening of the cooking cavity 1101, and the other end of the second oil filtering hole 162 may be located at a side of the partition plate 120 away from the opening of the cooking cavity 1101, that is, one end of the second oil filtering hole 162 may be located at a side of the partition plate 120 facing the inner bottom wall of the pan body assembly 300, and the other end of the second oil filtering hole 162 may be located at a side of the partition plate 120 facing away from the inner bottom wall of the pan body assembly 300, and in case that the oil filtering channel 160 includes the aforementioned second oil filtering hole 162, the oil filtering channel 160 may further include the opening of the cooking cavity 1101, and a portion of the cooking space 301 located between the opening of the cooking cavity 1101 and the side of the partition plate 120 facing away from the inner bottom wall of the pan body assembly 300, so that the liquid in the cooking cavity 1101 may overflow through the opening of the cooking cavity 1101 and flow toward the inner bottom wall of the partition plate 120 facing away from the inner bottom wall of the pan body assembly 300, and further through the second oil filtering hole 162.
Accordingly, the check valve assembly 170 may include a second check valve 172, the second check valve 172 being disposed in the second oil filtering hole 162 and being used to limit the conduction direction of the second oil filtering hole 162, in which case, in the case where the aforementioned second check valve 172 is disposed at the second oil filtering hole 162, the second oil filtering hole 162 is conducted by the side of the partition plate 120 close to the opening of the cooking cavity 1101 toward the side of the partition plate 120 away from the opening of the cooking cavity 1101, that is, the second oil filtering hole 162 is conducted by the side of the partition plate 120 away from the inner bottom wall of the pot body assembly 300 toward the oil collecting cavity 303, so that, based on the aforementioned arrangement, when there is liquid on the side of the partition plate 120 away from the oil collecting cavity 303, under the limiting action of the second check valve 172, the liquid can flow into the oil collecting cavity 303 to based on the setting of second check valve 172 and baffle 120, the liquid in the oil collecting cavity 303 can't flow to the baffle 120 through the second oil filtering hole 162 and deviate from one side of oil collecting cavity 303, and then under the higher circumstances of liquid level in oil collecting cavity 303, can avoid the grease in the oil collecting cavity 303 to be close to the uncovered of oil filtering body 110, prevent the grease in the oil collecting cavity 303 from flowing back to the cooking cavity 1101 through the aforesaid uncovered, greatly reduced the possibility that the grease flows back to the cooking cavity 1101, provide reliable guarantee for cooking utensil's oil filtering effect, be favorable to further reducing user's deoiling burden, promote the user's of product and use experience.
It should be noted that, in the case where the oil filtering passage 160 includes the aforementioned second oil filtering hole 162, the oil filtering passage 160 may further include the aforementioned first oil filtering hole 161, and the position of the first oil filtering hole 161 may be higher than that of the second oil filtering hole 162, that is, the first oil filtering hole 161 may be located between the opening of the cooking cavity 1101 and the second oil filtering hole 162, and accordingly, the check valve assembly 170 may further include the aforementioned first check valve 171, so that the first check valve 171, the partition 120 and the second check valve 172 may cooperate with each other, thereby greatly reducing the possibility of backflow of the oil in the oil collecting cavity 303.

As shown in fig. 11-15, in some examples, the second check valve 172 includes: the second connecting rod 1721 is penetrating through the partition board 120; the second elastic member 1722 is connected to the second connecting rod 1721, the second elastic member 1722 is configured to be disposed on a side of the partition plate away from the opening of the cooking cavity, and the second elastic member 1722 is configured to open or cover the second oil filtering hole 162.
In this embodiment, the second one-way valve 172 may include a second connecting rod 1721 and a second elastic member 1722, where the second connecting rod 1721 is penetrating through the partition board 120, the second elastic member 1722 is connected to the second connecting rod 1721, and is disposed on a side of the partition board 120 far away from the opening of the cooking cavity 1101, that is, in practical application, the second elastic member 1722 may be disposed in the oil collecting cavity 303, so that when the liquid exists in the second oil filtering hole 162, the liquid will exert pressure on a side of the second elastic member 1722 facing away from the oil collecting cavity 303, and when the pressure exerted on the side of the second elastic member 1722 facing away from the oil collecting cavity 303 is greater than the pressure exerted on the side of the second elastic member 1722 facing towards the oil collecting cavity 303, the pressure difference on both sides of the second elastic member 1722 will cause the second elastic member 1722 to be far away from the second oil filtering hole 162, so as to open the second oil filtering hole 162, so that the liquid on the side of the partition board 120 facing away from the oil collecting cavity 303 flows into the oil collecting cavity 303; accordingly, under the condition that the pressure on the side, away from the oil collecting cavity 303, of the second elastic member 1722 is smaller than the pressure on the side, facing towards the oil collecting cavity 303, of the second elastic member 1722, the pressure difference on the two sides of the second elastic member 1722 causes the second elastic member 1722 to be close to the second oil filtering hole 162 so as to cover the second oil filtering hole 162, and under the condition that the second elastic member 1722 contacts the partition plate 120, the second elastic member 1722 can be elastically deformed under the action of external force and clings to the partition plate 120, so that the second oil filtering hole 162 has a sealing effect, liquid in the oil collecting cavity 303 is prevented from passing through the second oil filtering hole 162, and further under the condition that the liquid level in the oil collecting cavity 303 is higher, the oil in the oil collecting cavity 303 is prevented from being close to the opening of the oil filtering body 110, the oil in the oil collecting cavity 303 is prevented from flowing back into the cooking cavity 1101 through the opening of the cooking cavity 1101, the possibility that the oil flows back into the cooking cavity 1101 is greatly reduced, the oil filtering effect of the cooking appliance is provided, the oil removing experience of a user is further reduced, and the user experience of the user is improved.
It can be understood that, as shown in fig. 11, the second connecting rod 1721 may be penetrating through the partition board 120 through the second oil filtering hole 162, and a clearance fit is provided between the second connecting rod 1721 and the second oil filtering hole 162, so that the liquid on the side of the partition board 120 away from the oil collecting cavity 303 may flow into the second oil filtering hole 162 through the clearance, and apply pressure to the second elastic member 1722, so that the second elastic member 1722 approaches to or approaches away from the second oil filtering hole 162, and the second oil filtering hole 162 is covered or opened; alternatively, as shown in fig. 13, the second connecting rod 1721 may be disposed through other through holes formed in the partition 120 and the second oil filtering hole 162 is located in the shielding range of the second elastic member 1722, and when a pressure difference exists at two sides of the second elastic member 1722, the second elastic member 1722 may elastically deform in a direction approaching or separating from the second oil filtering hole 162 so as to cover or open the second oil filtering hole 162.
As shown in fig. 11, 12, 14 and 15, in some examples, the partition 120 is provided with a second guide hole 1201, and the second connecting rod 1721 is slidably inserted into the partition 120 through the second guide hole 1201 to drive the second elastic member 1722 to open or cover the second oil filtering hole 162; or the second connecting rod 1721 is slidably disposed through the partition board 120 through the second oil filtering hole 162, so as to drive the second elastic member 1722 to open or cover the second oil filtering hole 162, and a gap is formed between the second connecting rod 1721 and the second oil filtering hole 162.
In this technical solution, as shown in fig. 12, the partition 120 may be provided with a second guide hole 1201, and the second connecting rod 1721 may be disposed through the second guide hole 1201 and may slide along the second guide hole 1201 relative to the partition 120, so as to drive the second elastic member 1722 to approach or depart from the second oil filtering hole 162, thereby realizing covering or opening of the second oil filtering hole 162, and thus, based on the foregoing arrangement, being beneficial to reducing shielding of the second elastic member 1722 or the second connecting rod 1721 to the second oil filtering hole 162 in the case that the second oil filtering hole 162 is opened, so that the second oil filtering hole 162 has a larger conduction range, and increasing the flow of the second oil filtering hole 162.
Or, as shown in fig. 11, 14 and 15, the second connecting rod 1721 may be disposed through the second oil filtering hole 162 and may slide along the second oil filtering hole 162 relative to the partition board 120, so as to drive the second elastic member 1722 to approach or depart from the second oil filtering hole 162, so as to cover or open the second oil filtering hole 162, thereby, based on the foregoing arrangement, the partition board 120 may be prevented from being provided with an independent through hole for positioning the second connecting rod 1721, so as to reduce the processing difficulty of the partition board 120, and ensure the covering effect of the partition board 120 on the oil collecting cavity 303, and further reduce the possibility that the grease passes through the partition board 120 to approach the opening of the oil filtering body 110.
It is understood that, in the case that the second connecting rod 1721 is slidably disposed through the second oil filtering hole 162, a clearance fit is provided between the second connecting rod 1721 and the second oil filtering hole 162, so that the liquid on the side of the partition 120 away from the oil collecting cavity 303 can flow into the second oil filtering hole 162 through the clearance and exert pressure on the second elastic member 1722.
In some examples, the second one-way valve 172 is made of a rubber material.
In this embodiment, the second check valve 172 may be made of a rubber material, which has good elasticity, so that the second elastic member 1722 is elastically deformed under pressure to open the second oil filtering hole 162, or is elastically deformed under pressure to be tightly attached to the partition 120 to cover the second oil filtering hole 162; on the other hand, the density of the rubber is relatively low, and in the case that the liquid level in the oil collecting cavity 303 is high, the second elastic member 1722 can be close to the partition board 120 under the buoyancy action of the liquid, so as to seal the second oil filtering hole 162.
In some possible examples, the second one-way valve 172 may be made of food-grade silicone rubber to ensure the sanitation and safety of the food.
As shown in fig. 10, in some examples, a separation distance h is formed between an end of the oil filtering body 110 facing away from the supporting portion 130 and the partition plate 120, the separation distance h being greater than or equal to 10mm and less than or equal to 20mm.
In this technical solution, an interval h may be formed between one end of the oil filtering body 110, which is away from the supporting portion 130, and the partition board 120, and the foregoing interval h is set to be greater than or equal to 10mm and less than or equal to 20mm, so that, based on the foregoing setting, in practical application, a certain volume of accommodating space may be enclosed by one side of the partition board 120, which is away from the oil collecting cavity 303, and the oil filtering body 110 and the pan body assembly 300, and when the foregoing accommodating space has liquid, a certain liquid level may be generated, so as to generate pressure on the second check valve 172, so that a pressure difference is formed on two sides of the second check valve 172, and cause the second check valve 172 to open the second oil filtering hole 162, so that the second check valve 172 is turned on by using the liquid pressure, so that the liquid in the foregoing accommodating space is input into the oil collecting cavity 303.
It is understood that the oil filtering passage 160 includes the aforementioned accommodation space.
As shown in fig. 6, in some examples, the oil filter apparatus 100 further includes: the filter screen 180, the oil filtering body 110 is formed with a reflow hole communicated with the cooking cavity 1101, and the filter screen 180 is arranged in the reflow hole; wherein the filter screen 180 is used for filtering grease in the liquid.

It is understood that the location of the return orifice may be lower than the location of the oil filter passage 160.

In some examples, the oil filtering body 110 and the supporting portion 130 are of a unitary structure.

It can be appreciated that in practical application, the air supply member may be configured to convey the air medium into the displacement cavity 1301 by using the air supply member, so as to increase the air volume and pressure in the displacement cavity 1301, and further push the liquid in the displacement cavity 1301 to enter the cooking cavity 1101 through the displacement hole 150, so as to realize grease filtering. Also, it is understood that the oil filtering process may be performed independently of the cooking process, that is, the heating member 500 and/or the air supply member may be used to increase the amount of air in the replacement chamber 1301 after cooking the food material, so as to perform the oil filtering operation.
Meanwhile, the oil filtering device 100 provided by the embodiment of the application is provided with the one-way valve assembly 170, the one-way valve assembly 170 is used for limiting the conduction direction of the oil filtering channel 160, so that the oil filtering channel 160 is conducted from the cooking cavity 1101 to the outer side direction of the oil filtering body 110, the cooking cavity 1101 is communicated with the oil collecting cavity 303 under the condition that the one-way valve assembly 170 is conducted, and therefore liquid in the cooking cavity 1101 can flow out of the oil filtering device 100 through the oil filtering channel 160, and under the limitation of the one-way valve assembly 170, liquid outside the oil filtering device 100 cannot flow into the cooking cavity 1101 through the oil filtering channel 160, and further filtered oil 50' can be prevented from flowing back into the cooking cavity 1101 through the oil filtering channel 160, oil filtering effects of the oil filtering device 100 are guaranteed, oil removing burden of a user is reduced, and use experience of a product is improved.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, in some examples, the support 130 is provided at an inner bottom wall of the pan body assembly 300, and the oil collecting cavity 303 is formed at least partially at a circumferential side of the oil filtering device 100.
In this technical solution, the supporting portion 130 of the oil filtering device 100 may be disposed on an inner bottom wall of the pan body assembly 300, so that the inner bottom wall of the pan body assembly 300 may be utilized to support the oil filtering device 100, thereby further improving the placement stability of the oil filtering device 100; the oil collecting cavity 303 can be formed on at least part of the circumference side of the oil filtering device 100, namely, the oil collecting cavity 303 can be formed between the outer side wall of the oil filtering device 100 and the inner side wall of the pot body assembly 300, so that the oil collecting cavity 303 is distributed along the circumference of the cooking cavity 1101, when liquid in the cooking cavity 1101 overflows, the liquid can more easily directly enter the oil collecting cavity 303, the liquid collecting range of the oil collecting cavity 303 is improved, the liquid in the cooking cavity 1101 is prevented from overflowing and then flowing back, and the oil filtering effect of a cooking appliance is improved.
As shown in fig. 7-10, in some examples, the pan body assembly 300 includes: the first pan 310, the oil filtering device 100 is configured to be disposed in the first pan 310; the second pan body 320, the first pan body 310 is disposed in the second pan body 320.
In this technical scheme, the pan body assembly 300 may include a first pan body 310 and a second pan body 320, where the first pan body 310 is used for being mounted on the foregoing oil filtering device 100, that is, the cooking space 301 is formed in the first pan body 310, and the first pan body 310 is disposed in the second pan body 320, so that the second pan body 320 may be utilized to provide structural protection for the first pan body 310, and improve the mounting stability of the first pan body 310, and improve the safety and reliability of the cooking process.
It will be appreciated that the inner bottom wall of the pan body assembly 300, i.e., the inner bottom wall of the first pan body 310, and the inner side wall of the pan body assembly 300, i.e., the inner side wall of the first pan body 310.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, in some examples, the cooking appliance further includes: the cover 700 is connected to the pan body assembly 300.
In the technical scheme, the cover 700 is connected with the pot body assembly 300 and is used for covering or opening the pot mouth of the pot body assembly 300, so that the pot mouth of the pot body assembly 300 can be covered by the cover 700 in the cooking process, thereby providing a relatively closed cooking environment for food materials and improving the cleanliness and cooking effect in the cooking process; after cooking is completed, cover 700 may be manipulated to open the mouth of pan body assembly 300 to facilitate a user's access to food within cooking chamber 1101 through the mouth.
It should be noted that, in the case where the pan body assembly 300 includes the second pan body 320, the cover 700 may be connected to the second pan body 320.
It should be understood that the cover 700 and the pan body assembly 300 may be detachably connected, may be hinged or slidably connected, and the like, and are not limited thereto.
As shown in fig. 7 to 10, in some examples, the cooking appliance further includes: a heating member 500 for providing heat energy to the pot assembly 300; and/or a gas supply for delivering a gaseous medium to the substitution chamber 1301.
In this technical scheme, the cooking appliance may further include a heating member 500 for providing heat energy to the pot body assembly 300, so that on one hand, it is convenient to provide heat by using the heating member 500 to achieve cooking of the food material; on the other hand, the heating element 500 may provide heat energy for the liquid in the cooking cavity 1101 and the displacement cavity 1301, and the liquid precipitates bubbles, and the bubbles will be accumulated in the displacement cavity 1301, so as to push the liquid in the displacement cavity 1301 to be discharged to the cooking cavity 1101 through the displacement hole 150 until the liquid level in the cooking cavity 1101 is higher than the oil filtering channel 160, and a part of the liquid in the cooking cavity 1101 may overflow out of the oil filtering body 110.
Or, the cooking appliance may further include a gas supply member for delivering a gas medium to the displacement chamber 1301, so that the gas supply member may inject gas into the displacement chamber 1301, and further, the gas is used to push the liquid in the displacement chamber 1301 to be discharged to the cooking chamber 1101 through the displacement hole 150 until the liquid level in the cooking chamber 1101 is higher than the oil filtering channel 160, and a part of the liquid in the cooking chamber 1101 may overflow out of the oil filtering body 110.
It can be appreciated that the cooking appliance can include both the heating element 500 and the gas injection element, so as to improve the efficiency of improving the gas quantity in the replacement cavity 1301, further improve the oil filtering efficiency of the cooking appliance, reduce the grease content in the food, and improve the user experience of the product.

Claims (17)
1. An oil filter device, comprising:
the cooking device comprises an oil filtering body, a cooking cavity and a control unit, wherein the oil filtering body is formed with an open cooking cavity;
the support part is connected with the oil filtering body, and a replacement cavity is formed between the support part and the oil filtering body;
the replacement hole is formed in the oil filtering body, and the replacement cavity is communicated to the cooking cavity through the replacement hole;
The oil filtering channel is communicated with the cooking cavity and is arranged close to the opening of the cooking cavity;
the one-way valve assembly is used for enabling the oil filtering channel to be conducted from the cooking cavity to the outer side direction of the oil filtering body.
2. The oil filter device according to claim 1, wherein,
the support portion is annular and is arranged on the periphery side of the oil filtering body.
3. The oil filter apparatus of claim 1, further comprising:
the liquid passing piece is connected to the oil filtering body, the liquid passing piece is arranged on the periphery side of the replacement hole, and the liquid passing piece is positioned in the replacement cavity.
4. A device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the oil filter passage includes a first oil filter hole opened in the oil filter body, and the check valve assembly includes a first check valve;
the first check valve includes:
the first connecting rod is provided with a positioning hole, and the first connecting rod penetrates through the oil filtering body through the positioning hole;
the first elastic piece is connected to the first connecting rod, is arranged on the outer side of the oil filtering body and is used for opening or covering the first oil filtering hole.
5. A device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the oil filter passage includes a first oil filter hole opened in the oil filter body, and the check valve assembly includes a first check valve;
the first check valve includes:
the oil filtering device comprises an oil filtering body, a guide rod, a cooking cavity and a cooking cavity, wherein the oil filtering body is provided with a first guide hole, the guide rod is slidably arranged on the oil filtering body in a penetrating mode through the first guide hole, one end of the guide rod is provided with a limiting part, and the limiting part is positioned in the cooking cavity;
the cover plate is connected to the guide rod, is positioned at the outer side of the oil filtering body and is used for opening or covering the first oil filtering hole;
and one end of the third elastic piece is connected with the limiting part, and the other end of the third elastic piece is abutted to the oil filtering body.
6. An oil filter device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
the baffle is arranged on the outer side wall of the oil filtering body, the baffle is arranged along the circumferential direction of the oil filtering body, one end of the baffle extends to the direction away from the oil filtering body, and the oil filtering channel comprises a second oil filtering hole formed in the baffle;
The one-way valve assembly comprises a second one-way valve, and the second one-way valve is used for enabling the second oil filtering hole to be communicated from one side, close to the opening of the cooking cavity, of the partition plate to one side, far away from the opening of the cooking cavity, of the partition plate.
7. The oil filter apparatus of claim 6, wherein the second one-way valve comprises:
the second connecting rod penetrates through the partition board;
the second elastic piece is connected to the second connecting rod and is used for being arranged on one side, far away from the opening of the cooking cavity, of the partition plate, and the second elastic piece is used for being opened or covering the second oil filtering hole.
8. The oil filter device according to claim 7, wherein,
the second connecting rod penetrates through the partition plate in a sliding manner through the second guide hole so as to drive the second elastic piece to open or cover the second oil filtering hole; or (b)
The second connecting rod passes through the second oil filtering hole and penetrates through the partition plate in a sliding manner so as to drive the second elastic piece to open or cover the second oil filtering hole, and a gap is formed between the second connecting rod and the second oil filtering hole.
9. The oil filter device according to claim 7, wherein,
the second check valve is made of a rubber material.
10. The oil filter device according to claim 6, wherein,
the oil filtering body is far away from one end of the supporting portion and a spacing distance is formed between the partition plates, and the spacing distance is greater than or equal to 10mm and less than or equal to 20mm.
11. An oil filter device according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising:
the oil filtering body is provided with a backflow hole communicated with the cooking cavity, and the filter screen is arranged in the backflow hole;
wherein, the filter screen is used for filtering grease in liquid.
12. An oil filter device according to any one of claims 1 to 3,
the oil filtering body and the supporting part are of an integrated structure.
13. A cooking appliance, comprising:
a pot body assembly formed with a cooking space;
the oil filter device according to any one of claims 1 to 12, for being disposed within the cooking space, the oil filter device forming an oil collection cavity with the pan body assembly;
under the condition that the one-way valve assembly is conducted, the cooking cavity is communicated with the oil collecting cavity.
14. The cooking appliance of claim 13, wherein the cooking appliance further comprises a handle,
the support part is arranged on the inner bottom wall of the pot body assembly, and the oil collecting cavity is formed on at least part of the periphery of the oil filtering device.
15. The cooking appliance of claim 13 or 14, wherein the pot assembly comprises:
the oil filtering device is arranged in the first pot body;
the first pot body is arranged in the second pot body.
16. The cooking appliance of claim 13 or 14, further comprising:
the cover body is connected with the pot body assembly.
17. The cooking appliance of claim 13 or 14, further comprising:
the heating piece is used for providing heat energy for the pot body assembly; and/or
And the air supply piece is used for conveying the gaseous medium to the replacement cavity.
