The pot 300 includes a body 31 and a lid 33, and the lid 33 can be turned over with respect to the body 31 to separate the lid 33 from the body 31.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the body 31 is a container for holding materials, which may be solid materials such as vegetables, meats, or solid seasonings, or liquid materials such as water, edible oil, or liquid seasonings. The body 31 includes opposite top and bottom portions, and the height direction Z of the body 31 is a direction in which the top portion of the body 31 points to the bottom portion of the body 31, or a direction in which the bottom portion of the body 31 points to the top portion of the body 31. An opening 3301 is opened at the top of the body 31, and materials can enter the body 31 through the opening 3301 at the top of the body 31 to perform cooking operation in the body 31. The cross-sectional shape of the body 31 includes, but is not limited to, circular, oval, polygonal, etc.
More specifically, in some embodiments, the lid 33 is disposed on top of the body 31 and is used to block the opening 3301 of the body 31, thereby preventing the material in the body 31 from spilling out of the body 31 during cooking. The shape of the lid 33 is identical to the shape of the opening 3301 at the top of the body 31, and may be circular, elliptical, etc. The material of the cover 33 may be transparent, so as to observe the mixing state of materials in the body 31 or the cleaning state of the body 31. The material of the pot cover 33 can be opaque, so that light and heat are conveniently isolated, and the influence of external illumination on the cooking process is prevented. During cooking, a portion of the water in the body 31 is heated to form steam and is condensed into water droplets inside the lid 33. In addition, the mixed liquid in the body 31 is splashed on the inner side surface of the pot cover 33 during cooking, and the water droplets condensed on the inner side of the pot cover 33 and the liquid splashed on the inner side surface of the pot cover 33 form the liquid attached on the inner side surface of the pot cover 33 together. In the case where the pot cover 33 is separated from the body 31, the liquid attached to the inner side surface of the pot cover 33 may flow down in a strand under the action of gravity.
Further, during use of the cooking apparatus 1000, the lid 33 has a closed position 301 and an open position 303, with the lid 33 in the closed position 301, the lid 33 is disposed over the body 31 and covers the opening 3301. At this time, operations such as heating the body 31, stirring the material in the body 31, insulating the dishes in the body 31, or cleaning the pot cover 33 and the inner wall of the body 31 can be performed. In the case where the lid 33 is turned from the closed position 301 to the open position 303, the lid 33 is gradually separated from the body 31. In the overturning process, the inclination angle of the pot cover 33 relative to the plane of the opening 3301 of the body 31 is gradually increased, the pot cover 33 always corresponds to the liquid receiving device 200, and liquid gradually flows down and enters the liquid receiving device 200 under the action of gravity. With the lid 33 in the open position 303, the lid 33 is inclined at a substantially right angle to the plane of the opening 3301 of the body 31, and liquid on the lid 33 can flow into the drip catcher 200. At this time, operations such as continuously adding materials into the body 31, holding cooked dishes, or injecting cleaning liquid into the body 31 can be performed.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, in some embodiments, the support base 100 has a substantially cylindrical structure, and the support base 100 is used to connect with a part of the structure of the cooking apparatus 1000, such as the liquid receiving device 200 and the cantilever structure 500. Along the height direction Z of the body 31, the first side 11 of the supporting seat 100 is located at the top of the supporting seat 100, and the first side 11 is used for mounting the cover 23. Along the direction in which the support base 100 points toward the body 31, the second side 13 of the support base 100 faces toward the body 31 for mounting the liquid receiving box 21 such that the liquid receiving box 21 is located between the support base 100 and the body 31.
In certain embodiments, the cooking apparatus 1000 may further include a cantilever structure 500 for flipping the pot cover 33. Cantilever structure 500 includes a cantilever, which is generally a structure that is rotatable about an axis. One end of the cantilever is connected with the pot cover 33. In the case of cantilever rotation, the cantilever can be used to flip the lid 33, switching the lid 33 between the closed position 301 and the open position 303. In other embodiments, the lid 33 may be manually flipped to switch the lid 33 between the closed position 301 and the open position 303, in which case the cantilever structure 500 may be omitted.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, in some embodiments, the liquid receiving device 200 is disposed between the body 31 and the support 100, and the liquid receiving device 200 is used for receiving liquid falling from the pot cover 33. The material of the liquid receiving device 200 includes, but is not limited to, plastic, metal, resin, glass, etc. The cover 23 is configured to guide the flow of the liquid to the liquid receiving box 21, and the liquid receiving box 21 is a container for receiving the liquid. The liquid receiving box 21 can extend into the gap between the second side portion 13 and the body 31 along the first direction X and be connected with the second side portion 13, wherein the second direction Y is a direction in which the liquid receiving device 200 points to the body 31 or a direction in which the body 31 points to the liquid receiving device 200, the first direction X intersects with a direction in which the body 31 points to the supporting seat 100 (i.e., the second direction Y), and the height direction Z of the body 31 is perpendicular to the first direction X and the second direction Y, respectively. In certain embodiments, the first direction X is perpendicular to the second direction Y.
Since the cover 23 and the liquid receiving box 21 are respectively connected with the supporting seat 100, the cover 23 and the liquid receiving box 21 can be detached from the supporting seat 100, and a user can clean different parts of the liquid receiving device 200 according to the requirements. In some embodiments, the cover 23 and the liquid receiving box 21 are also detachably connected, and the connection manner includes but is not limited to a snap connection, a screw connection, or a combination of the two. In other embodiments, the cover 23 and the liquid receiving box 21 are mutually abutted, and only the liquid receiving port 201 is arranged corresponding to the accommodating cavity 2101.
Further, in some embodiments, since the projection of the part of the structure of the body 31 along the height direction Z of the body 31 can shield the cover 23 or the part of the structure of the liquid receiving box 21 facing the body 31, the liquid receiving box 21 can be mounted on the second side 13 of the support 100 along the first direction X or dismounted from the second side 13 of the support 100 along the first direction X when the positions of the body 31 and the support 100 are relatively fixed; the cover 23 can be attached to the first side 11 of the support base 100 in the height direction Z of the body 31. In the case where the body 31 is not mounted, the liquid receiving box 21 may be mounted on the second side portion 13 of the support base 100 in the first direction X, or may be mounted on the second side portion 13 of the support base 100 in the second direction Y; the cover 23 may be attached to the first side 11 of the support base 100 in the first direction X or the second direction Y, or may be attached to the first side 11 of the support base 100 in the height direction Z of the body 31.
Still further, in some embodiments, the first side 11 of the support 100 is provided with a mounting table 15, the mounting table 15 being used for mounting the cantilever structure 500. Further, the cantilever structure 500 may further include a driving assembly for driving the cantilever to rotate, and the driving assembly may also be disposed in the mounting table 15.
Still further, in some embodiments, the cover 23 includes opposing top 2301 and bottom 2303 along the height Z of the body 31. The top 2301 of the cover 23 is provided with a liquid receiving groove 2305, and the shape of the liquid receiving groove 2305 is consistent with the shape of the cover 23. The liquid receiving port 201 is formed at the bottom of the liquid receiving tank 2305, so that the liquid receiving tank 2305 is communicated with the accommodating cavity 2101. When the liquid drops into the liquid receiving groove 2305, the liquid can flow from the bottom of the liquid receiving groove 2305 to the liquid receiving port 201 and flow into the accommodation chamber 2101 of the liquid receiving box 21 via the liquid receiving port 201.
Specifically, in some embodiments, the side wall of the liquid receiving groove 2305 and the bottom wall of the liquid receiving groove 2305 have an inclination angle with respect to the horizontal plane, and when the side wall of the liquid receiving groove 2305 and the bottom wall of the liquid receiving groove 2305 are both inclined, the liquid flowing into the liquid receiving groove 2305 can quickly enter the receiving cavity 2101 through the liquid receiving port 201. In some embodiments, the sidewall of sump 2305 is at the same angle of inclination relative to horizontal as the bottom wall of sump 2305, and the sidewall of sump 2305 is smoothly connected to the bottom wall of sump 2305. In other embodiments, the sidewall of the sump 2305 is at a different angle to the horizontal than the bottom wall of the sump 2305, at which time the sidewall of the sump 2305 is more gradual than the bottom wall of the sump 2305, and the liquid does not overly splash in the event that the liquid drips onto the sidewall of the sump 2305.
More specifically, in some embodiments, the cover 23 includes a receiving portion 231 and a connecting portion 233 that are connected, and the top of the receiving portion 231 and the top of the connecting portion 233 together form a top 2301 of the cover 23, and the bottom of the receiving portion 231 and the bottom of the connecting portion 233 together form a bottom 2303 of the cover 23. The top of the receiving part 231 is provided with a carrying groove 23051, the top of the connecting part 233 is provided with a liquid overflow groove 23053, and the carrying groove 23051 is communicated with the liquid overflow groove 23053 and jointly forms a carrying groove 2305. The carrying groove 23051 is used for carrying the liquid falling from the pot cover 33, and when the liquid falling from the pot cover 33 is more, the liquid stored in the liquid receiving box 21 is too much or the liquid receiving opening 201 is blocked, the liquid can flow from the carrying groove 23051 to the liquid overflow groove 23053, so that a large amount of liquid is prevented from flowing out of the liquid receiving device 200. The connection portion 233 is configured to be detachably connected to the support base 100, and when the cover 23 is mounted on the first side portion 11, a bottom portion of the connection portion 233 corresponds to and abuts against the first side portion 11 of the support base 100. The receiving portion 231 receives the liquid flowing down from the lid 33, and the liquid receiving port 201 is opened in the receiving portion 231. When the cover 23 is attached to the first side portion 11, the receiving portion 231 has a partial structure corresponding to the liquid receiving box 21, and allows the liquid to flow into the liquid receiving box 21 through the liquid receiving port 201.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in some embodiments, along the positive direction of the second direction Y, the edge of the body 31 of the pan body 300 near the liquid receiving device 200 extends from the top of the body 31 toward the direction near the liquid receiving device 200, and has a projection along the height direction Z of the body 31. In the opposite direction of the second direction Y (i.e. the direction in which the liquid receiving device 200 points to the body 31), the part of the structure of the side of the receiving portion 231 near the body 31 extends into the projection range, and the edge of the pan body 300 near the liquid receiving device 200 is higher than the side of the receiving portion 231 near the body 31 along the height direction Z of the body 31, so that the liquid falling from the pan cover 33 can directly fall into the liquid receiving device 200, so as to avoid the liquid from falling between the liquid receiving device 200 and the body 31.
Further, in some embodiments, when the side of the body 31 near the liquid receiving device 200 is in an arc shape, the side of the receiving portion 231 near the body 31 is in an arc shape matching with the side wall of the body 31, so that the receiving portion 231 and the body 31 are mutually matched to avoid the liquid from dropping outside the liquid receiving device 200 and the body 31.
Further, in some embodiments, the receiving portion 231 includes a first sub-portion 2311 and a second sub-portion 2313 that are connected, the first sub-portion 2311 corresponds to the liquid receiving box 21, and the second sub-portion 2313 extends from a side of the first sub-portion 2311 to a side near the main body 31 along the second direction Y. The second sub-portion 2313 is closer to the side of the body 31 than the first sub-portion 2311. The top of the first sub-portion 2311 and the top of the second sub-portion 2313 together constitute the top of the receiving portion 231, and the bottom of the first sub-portion 2311 and the bottom of the second sub-portion 2313 together constitute the bottom of the receiving portion 231. The top of the first sub-portion 2311 is provided with a first sub-groove 23511, the top of the second sub-portion 2313 is provided with a second sub-groove 23513, and the first sub-groove 23511 and the second sub-groove 23513 are communicated and jointly form a bearing groove 23051. Since the second sub-portion 2313 is closer to the side of the body 31, the second sub-portion 2313 can extend into the projection of the edge of the body 31 along the height direction Z of the body 31 and be located below the edge of the body 31, and the second sub-portion 2313 can receive the liquid flowing down from the edge of the body 31.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in some embodiments, the liquid receiving box 21 includes a top 211 and a bottom 213 opposite to each other, the top 211 of the liquid receiving box 21 is open and forms a mounting opening, and the top 211 of the liquid receiving box 21 corresponds to the bottom of the receiving portion 231. In some embodiments, the cross-sectional outer profile of the top 211 of the liquid receiving box 21 is greater than the cross-sectional outer profile of the bottom of the first sub-portion 2311 of the receiving portion 231 to ensure that the liquid receiving port 201 on the receiving portion 231 can correspond to the receiving cavity 2101 of the liquid receiving box 21, avoiding missing a connection. In other embodiments, the cross-sectional outer contour dimension of the top 211 of the junction box 21 is equal to the outer contour dimension of the cross-section of the bottom of the first sub-portion 2311 of the receiving portion 231, so that the side wall of the junction box 21 abuts against the side wall of the cover 23. The bottom 213 of the liquid receiving box 21 is closed to enable the accommodation chamber 2101 to store liquid.
Further, in some embodiments, the top 211 of the liquid receiving box 21 abuts against the bottom of the first sub-portion 2311 of the receiving portion 231, so as to prevent the liquid from flowing out of the gap between the liquid receiving box 21 and the receiving portion 231. In other embodiments, the top 211 of the liquid receiving box 21 is detachably connected to the bottom of the first sub-portion 2311 of the receiving portion 231, and the connection manner includes, but is not limited to, a snap connection, a screw connection, or a combination of the two.
Referring to fig. 3 to 5, in some embodiments, the cooking apparatus 1000 (shown in fig. 1) may further include a first connector 41 and a second connector 43, the first connector 41 is disposed on the first side 11, the connector 233 includes a first side 2331 facing the first side 11 (i.e. a bottom of the connector 233) and a second side 2333 opposite to the first side 2331 (i.e. a top of the connector 233), and the second connector 43 is disposed on the first side 2331 of the connector 233. The first connector 41 may be detachably connected to the first side 11, or may be non-detachably connected to the first side. The second connection member 43 and the connection portion 233 may be detachably connected or non-detachably connected. In the case where the cover 23 is mounted to the support base 100, the first connector 41 and the second connector 43 can be mated with each other so that the cover 23 is detachably mounted to the first side 11. The first connector 41 and the second connector 43 are engaged by a snap-fit connection, a screw connection, a magnetic connection, a combination of any two thereof, or the like.
