Description

本实用新型涉及一种散热器,尤其是一种应用在蒸发器上的供蒸汽冷却的多肋散热器。
中国专利《磁化蒸馏水制备器》(申请号93118032.5,93240887.7)中的蒸汽冷却散热,是将蒸汽与水换热后,再用回形管道换热器冷却,结构复杂,散热慢。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种高效的多肋式散热器。
本实用新型是这样来实现上述目的的,金属板冲压成齿条形状,再做成园柱形,两端封顶,焊接各缝口,这样就形成了一个散热器,其外壁与空气的接触面积增大,蒸汽流经散热器内,得以快速大面积地与空气换热。
由于本实用新型将散热器外壁冲压成肋状,使散热器与空气接触面积大,与等同重量材质的回形管道换热器相比,散热    效率提高8~10倍,效率高,节约原材料,工艺简单。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作具体详细描述。
图1是本实用新型正面剖视图;
图2是本实用新型沿A-A剖视图。
参照图1、图2,散热器的外部形状如同齿轮,有8条肋3,它是将板材先将中部冲压成齿条,卷成柱状,再缝口4焊接,两端过渡部分封    顶,并分别接上蒸    汽进口1和出口2。这样,由于外形如同齿的肋3的凸出凹进,增大了与空气接触面积,当蒸汽流经散热器内,得以大成积地与空气换热。与空气的接触面积是管道与内肋顶一样大的回形管道换热器的8倍多,传热面积大,若再用风扇强行散热,散热效率更好。与等同重的回形管道换热器相比,散热效率提高8~10倍。

1、一种多肋散热器,其上部有蒸汽进口管道(1)下部有蒸汽出口管道(2),其特片在于进口管道(1)和出口管道(2)之间的散热器外壁有如同齿的肋(3)。
