The gear knob switches 134 are multiple, the short circuit/voltage detector interfaces 133 are multiple groups, and the gear knob switches 134 are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the short circuit/voltage detector interfaces 133. The gear knob switches 134 can be sequentially used for detecting whether a short circuit phenomenon exists in each module of the host PCBA board 120 of the tumor electric field therapeutic apparatus, i.e. different gear knob switches 134 can be used for detecting whether a short circuit phenomenon exists in a module corresponding to the host PCBA board 120. Referring to fig. 1-2 and 5-7, the electric field voltage and current detection module (not shown) includes an electric field start button and an indicator lamp module 135, an electrode device connection port 1540, a tooling load switch 131, a motherboard output electric field voltage detection port 132, and a motherboard output electric field current detection port 1530. The electric field on button and indicator light module 135 is adapted to turn on the electric field and at least to indicate whether the electric field is on. In this embodiment, the electric field start button and indicator module 135 may include an electric field start button (not numbered), an electric field indicator (not numbered), and a tool indicator (not numbered). The electric field starting button (not numbered) is used for starting an electric field, the electric field indicator lamp (not numbered) is used for indicating whether the electric field is started or not, and the tool indicator lamp (not numbered) can be used for indicating whether the main board program is successfully burnt and runs normally or not. The electric field on button and indicator module 135 is connected to the adapter 170, and the adapter 170 is connected to the electrode assembly connector 1540 and connects the adapter 170 to the electrode assembly 500 through the electrode assembly connector 1540. Referring to fig. 2, the main board output field voltage detection port 132 includes a first pair of voltage detection points (not numbered) and a second pair of voltage detection points (not numbered). The first pair of voltage detection points (not numbered) is adapted to detect the voltage of the output electric field in the first direction and the second pair of voltage detection points (not numbered) is adapted to detect the voltage of the output electric field in the second direction. The main board output electric field current detection port 1530 is used for detecting the current of the output electric field of the electrode 510 in the electrode device 500.
The program download module (not shown) includes a transport interface 161. The transmission interface 161 is electrically connected to the transmission test probe 1222 A4. In this embodiment, the transmission interface 161 is a USB interface.
The base 150 also has a fan 1510, the fan 1510 being electrically connected to a fan test probe 1222A5. Alternatively, the battery 300 is a lithium battery or a lead-acid battery, the memory 600 is a computer or a mobile phone, and the electric field detector 700 may be an oscilloscope.
In this embodiment, the power supply 200 includes a first power supply 210 connected to the first power supply interface 156 of the PCBA board testing tool 100 of the tumor electric field therapeutic apparatus and a second power supply 220 connected to the second power supply interface 157. The first power supply 210 is a 12V power supply, and the second power supply 220 is a 40V power supply. The battery 300 is a lithium battery, the memory 600 is a computer, and the electric field detector 700 is an oscilloscope. The fan module (not shown) of the host PCBA board 120 is then tested. Voltage testing is performed on the host PCBA board 120. The tumor electric field therapeutic apparatus host PCBA board 120 was then tested for electric field function, low voltage alarm function and power switching function.
The electric field generating module (not shown) of the host PCBA board 120 is tested. Specifically, the electric field is turned on by using an electric field on button (not shown) in the electric field on button and indicator lamp module 135, and the voltage waveform and the current waveform of the output electric field are detected by the electric field detector 700 to determine whether the electric field generating module (not shown) is normal. Two pairs of oscilloscope pens (not shown) of the electric field detector 700 are electrically connected to the pair of main board output electric field voltage detection ports 132 and the corresponding main board output electric field current detection port 1530 to detect voltage waveforms and current waveforms of the output electric field of the pair of electrodes 510 in the electrode device 500, and two pairs of oscilloscope pens (not shown) of the electric field detector 700 are electrically connected to the other pair of main board output electric field voltage detection ports 132 and the corresponding main board output electric field current detection port 1530 in the electrode device to detect voltage waveforms and current waveforms of the output electric field of the other pair of electrodes 510. The frequency and peak-to-peak value of the waveform are both within the normal range, and the electric field generation module (not shown) is normal, otherwise, the electric field generation module (not shown) is abnormal.
The host PCBA board 120 is tested for low voltage alarms. Specifically, the tool power supply selection switch 142 is toggled to change the power supply from the second power supply interface 157 to the first power supply interface 156, and the first power supply 210 with 12V direct current voltage stabilization is connected, and a buzzer (not shown) on the PCBA board 120 of the tumor electric field therapeutic apparatus sounds to determine that the low-voltage alarm function is normal, otherwise the low-voltage alarm function is abnormal.
The host PCBA board 120 is tested for power switching functionality. Specifically, after the foregoing test is passed, the battery 300 is inserted into the battery tank 1520, and the tool power supply selection switch 142 is turned off, so as to check whether the power supply switching function of the PCBA board 120 of the tumor electric field therapeutic apparatus is normal.
