The present utility model proposes a wearable massage device, in particular, in some implementations of the present embodiment, the wearable massage device may be any one of a neck massager and a belt.
In the embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 1 to 5, the wearable massage device includes a skin proximal layer 1, a flexible connection unit 2 and a massage unit 3, specifically, when the user wears the wearable massage device, one of opposite sides of the skin proximal layer 1, which is close to a massage portion, is defined as a skin proximal side, and one of opposite sides, which is far from the massage portion, is defined as a skin distal side, and similarly, the following definitions of the skin proximal side and the skin distal side of the structure such as the flexible wearing body 5, the elastic housing and the like can refer to the above definitions of the skin proximal side and the skin distal side of the skin proximal layer 1, and will not be described herein.
Referring to fig. 2 and 3, the skin-proximal layer 1 includes a skin-proximal surface 11 for facing the massage region, and correspondingly, the skin-proximal layer 1 further includes a skin-distal surface (not shown) facing away from the massage region, and the skin-proximal layer 1 is provided with mounting holes 12, the mounting holes 12 being provided through the skin-proximal layer 1 and having an outlet 13 on the skin-proximal surface 11.
The flexible connecting piece 2 is arranged on the skin-approaching layer 1, the flexible connecting piece 2 comprises a connecting part 21 and a mounting part 22, the connecting part 21 is connected to the skin-approaching layer 1, and the mounting part 22 is mounted on the inner side of the mounting hole 12 through the connecting part 21. Specifically, the inside of the mounting hole 12 here means: it is assumed that both ends of the inner wall surface of the mounting hole 12 are infinitely extended to form a virtual cylinder structure, and the inner space of the virtual cylinder structure may be referred to as the inner side of the mounting hole 12.
The massage device 3 is mounted on the mounting portion 22 and is formed as a massage portion in cooperation with the mounting portion 22, the massage portion is formed with a skin-facing surface 222a for facing the massage portion, the skin-facing surface 222a is flush with the peripheral edge of the protruding opening 13 or the skin-facing surface 222a protrudes from the skin-proximal surface 11 through the protruding opening 13. It should be noted that, in some implementations of the present embodiment, the skin-facing surface 222a may be formed by the mounting portion 22 alone, in other implementations of the present embodiment, the skin-facing surface 222a may be formed by the massaging member 3 alone, and in still other implementations of the present embodiment, the skin-facing surface 222a may be formed by the mounting portion 22 and the massaging member 3 together.
In particular, the skin facing surface 222a is for application to the skin at the massage location, which is capable of providing different massage services to the massage location. For example, when the massage member 3 includes the vibration motor 31, the skin-contacting surface 222a may transmit the vibration of the vibration motor 31 to the massage site to achieve the effect of providing the vibration massage service to the massage site; when the massage member 3 includes a heating member, the skin-facing surface 222a may transfer heat generated by the heating member to the massage portion to achieve the effect of providing the heat massage service to the massage portion, and when the massage member 3 includes a circuit board integrated with an electric pulse circuit, the skin-facing surface 222a may transfer an electric pulse signal of the circuit board to the massage portion to achieve the effect of providing the electric stimulation massage service to the massage portion, and further, the magnetic therapy massage service, etc., and different types of massage services may be overlapped with each other, for example, the skin-facing surface 222a may provide the massage service and the vibration massage service to the massage portion at the same time, and the type of the skin-facing surface 222a may be adaptively adjusted to provide the desired massage service based on the actual use requirement, which is not exemplified herein.
Referring to fig. 4 or 5, at least part of the structure of the connection portion 21 is formed as a fold structure 211 so that the massage portion is movable in the thickness direction of the skin-proximal layer 1.
It can be appreciated that the massaging member 3 of the wearable massaging device according to the present disclosure is connected to the skin-proximal layer 1 through the flexible connection member 2, so that when the skin-proximal layer 222a is pressed, the skin-proximal layer 1 can be moved in the thickness direction by the fold structure 211 based on the flexible connection member 2, and thus the skin-proximal layer 222a can be moved to a position flush with the skin-proximal layer 11 and is jointly attached to the skin surface of the skin together with the skin-proximal layer 11, which is beneficial to avoiding the skin-proximal layer 222a from excessively squeezing the skin, and improving the wearing experience of the user, and meanwhile, being beneficial to the skin-proximal layer 222a to better provide massaging services for the skin.
Referring to fig. 4 or 5, the connection portion 21 includes a support section 212 and a bending section 213, one end of the support section 212 is connected with the skin proximal layer 1, the other end of the support section 212 extends to the skin distal side of the skin proximal layer 1, the other end of the support section 212 is connected with one end of the bending section 213, the bending section 213 bends and extends towards the direction close to the mounting portion 22, the other end of the bending section 213 extends to the inner side of the mounting hole 12 to be connected with the mounting portion 22, and the support section 212 and the bending section 213 form a fold structure 211. Wherein, one end of the supporting section 212 is connected with the skin proximal layer 1 and comprises: the three embodiments of the connection between one end of the support section 212 and the skin proximal surface 11 of the skin proximal layer 1, the connection between one end of the support section 212 and the skin distal surface of the skin proximal layer 1, and the connection between one end of the support section 212 and the inner wall surface of the mounting hole 12 are specifically not limited herein. It should be noted that bending the bending section 213 in a direction approaching the mounting portion 22 means: the overall tendency of the bending section 213 to bend is near the mounting portion 22, and those skilled in the art should not understand that the tendency of the bending section 213 to bend locally is near the mounting portion 22.
Referring to fig. 5, for convenience of description, a direction from the near-skin side of the near-skin layer 1 to the far-skin side of the near-skin layer 1 is defined as a first direction, and a direction from the far-skin side of the near-skin layer 1 to the near-skin side of the near-skin layer 1 is defined as a second direction, when the skin surface 222a is pressed, the massage portion presses the support section 212 and the bending section 213 in the first direction, so that the bending section 213 is forced to be straightened, and the skin surface 222a can move in the first direction, and when the skin surface 222a is depressurized, the bending section 213 deforms and returns to drive the massage portion to move in the second direction until the skin surface 222a moves to the initial position.
It will be appreciated that in this embodiment, when the massage portion is pressed, the supporting section 212 plays a more role in supporting the bending section 213 and the massage portion connected to the bending section 213, so that the two components can move stably in the first direction, while the bending section 213 plays a role in straightening when pressed so that the massage portion can move in the first direction, that is, in this embodiment, the deformation of the supporting section 212 in the first direction is lower or the supporting section 212 is not stretched in the first direction, so that the structural strength of the supporting section 212 is beneficial to avoid the shaking of the massage portion in the radial direction of the mounting hole 12, and to ensure the degree of fit between the skin surface 222a and the skin (if the deformation of the supporting section 212 is too large, the shaking of the massage portion in the mounting hole 12 is easy to be caused because the structural strength of the distal end of the supporting section 212 is insufficient, and the shaking of the massage portion can cause the shaking of the massage portion to cause the skin surface 222a to incline, which is unfavorable for the fit between the skin surface 222a and the skin surface 222 a). Of course, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the support section 212 may be stretch-deformable in the thickness direction (i.e., the first direction and the second direction) of the skin proximal layer 1, and in this embodiment, in a specific implementation process, the support section 212 may include an elastic member (such as a spring, an elastic gel, etc.) and a sleeve body wrapped around the elastic member, or a part of the structure of the support section 212 is formed as a fold.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, considering that the connecting portion 21 needs to have a certain structural strength to ensure the installation stability of the massage portion, in order to avoid the bending section 213 forming too many sharp corners to affect the installation and use of the surrounding components, in this embodiment, the bending section 213 is disposed in an arc shape. It should be noted that the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the bending section 213 may be designed in other shapes, and the bending section 213 is designed in a V shape or an irregular shape by way of example and not limitation.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, one end of the support section 212 is connected to the distal surface of the proximal layer 1 and extends in the thickness direction of the proximal layer 1. It will be appreciated that because the other end of the support section 212 is connected to the bending section 213 on the distal side of the proximal side, the connection of one end of the support section 212 to the distal side of the proximal layer 1 is advantageous for reducing the length between the two ends of the support section 212, and, at the same time, because the proximal surface 11 of the proximal layer 1 faces the massage site, the connection of one end of the support section 212 to the distal surface of the proximal layer 1 is advantageous for hiding the support section 212 and avoiding the partial structure of the support section 212 from protruding from the proximal surface 11 to abut against the massage site, as compared to the connection of one end of the support section 212 to the proximal surface 11 of the proximal layer 1 or the connection of one end of the support section 212 to the inner wall surface of the mounting hole 12.
Preferably, the support section 212 is formed with an inner side surface facing the inner side of the mounting hole 12, the inner side surface being disposed flush with the inner wall surface of the mounting hole 12.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, the mounting portion 22 includes an annular wall 221 extending in the thickness direction of the skin proximal layer 1, and the connecting portion 21 has a ring structure disposed around the annular wall 221, the ring structure being connected to a peripheral wall of the annular wall 221; it will be appreciated that the peripheral walls of the annular wall 221 are connected to the ring structure, so that the arrangement is beneficial to ensuring the mounting stability of the annular wall 221 on the inner side of the mounting hole 12, and at the same time, preventing the annular wall 221 from deflecting to one side of the mounting hole 12 when being pressed, and facilitating the annular wall 221 to move smoothly in the thickness direction of the skin-approaching layer 1.
Referring to fig. 4 and 5, in the present embodiment, the connecting portion 21 and the skin proximal layer 1 are integrally formed. So set up, the process of assembling connecting portion 21 to near skin layer 1 has been exempted, and be favorable to guaranteeing the connection compactness between connecting portion 21 and the near skin layer 1, the same reason is for the process of reducing the assembly of installation department 22 to connecting portion 21, and in order to guarantee the connection compactness between installation department 22 and the connecting portion 21, connecting portion 21 and installation department 22 integrated into one piece.
Specifically, in the actual manufacturing process, the sheet-like structure may be subjected to a pressing process to form the structures of the skin-like layer 1, the connection portion 21, the attachment portion 22, and the like.
Based on an embodiment in which the mounting portion 22 includes an annular wall 221 extending in the thickness direction of the skin-proximal layer 1, in some implementations of this embodiment, a skin-proximal end of the annular wall 221 is formed with a first opening, the massage member 3 is provided in the annular wall 221 and is formed as a massage portion in cooperation with the annular wall 221, the skin-proximal end of the massage member 3 is exposed through the first opening, and the skin-proximal end of the massage member 3 is formed as a skin-facing surface 222a. For example, but not limited thereto, when the massage member 3 includes the vibration motor 31, the skin-proximal side peripheral wall of the vibration motor 31 may be exposed through the first opening, and the skin-proximal side peripheral wall is formed as the skin-contacting surface 222a, so that it is advantageous to avoid the phenomenon that the vibration, heat, electric pulse signal, etc. are lost during the process of being transferred to the massage part while simplifying the structure of the mounting portion 22.
In order to avoid the external environment interfering with the operation of the massaging element 3 and ensure the stable operation of the massaging element 3, in other embodiments of the present utility model, the mounting portion 22 includes an end wall 222 connected to the proximal end of the annular wall 221, the annular wall 221 and the end wall 222 enclose a mounting cavity having a second opening 221c, the massaging element 3 is mounted in the mounting cavity, the massaging element 3, the annular wall 221 and the end wall 222 cooperate together to form a massaging portion, and the side surface of the proximal end of the end wall 222 is formed as a skin-contacting surface 222a.
To achieve the technical effect of "the massage member 3 is mounted in the mounting cavity", in some embodiments, the massage member 3 may be mounted on a side surface of the distal end of the end wall 222, or on an inner wall surface of the annular wall 221, or a part of the structure of the massage member 3 is mounted on the end wall 222, and another part of the structure is mounted on an inner wall surface of the annular wall 221, specifically, the massage member 3 may be connected to the mounting portion 22 by an adhesive, a clamping connection, or the like, which is not limited herein.
When the massaging element 3 is mounted on the annular wall 221, in some embodiments, the annular wall 221 comprises a first connecting section 221a and a second connecting section 221b, which are mutually connected, the first connecting section 221a being connected to the connecting portion 21, the second connecting section 221b being connected to the end wall 222; the massage element 3 is connected to the second connecting section 221b, and the first connecting section 221a and the massage element 3 are detachably disposed. It will be appreciated that the first connecting section 221a is a part of the structure of the flexible connecting member 2, and has a flexible deformation characteristic, when the end of the first connecting section 221a connected with the connecting portion 21 moves in the outer direction close to the mounting hole 12, the caliber of the second opening 221c is increased, the massage member 3 is conveniently placed in the mounting cavity, and meanwhile, when the first connecting section 221a moves in the outer direction close to the mounting hole 12, the inner wall surface of the first connecting section 221a is separated from the massage member 3 and forms a gap, and the gap is convenient for the fingers of the user to stretch into the massage member 3 in the mounting cavity.
Specifically, the spacing between the annular wall 221 and the support section 212 of the connection 21 is greater than or equal to 0.3 mm and less than or equal to 10 mm. It will be appreciated that when the distance between the annular wall 221 and the support section 212 is less than 0.3 mm, the annular wall 221 is easily collided or rubbed with the support section 212 due to too close distance between the annular wall 221 and the support section 212, and at the same time, when the gap formed between the annular wall 221 and the support section 212 is too small, the skin of the user is easily clamped, that is, the skin of the user is easily clamped by the annular wall 221 and the support section 212, which is not beneficial to improving the use experience of the user, and when the distance between the annular wall 221 and the support section 212 is greater than 10 mm, the structural length of the bending section 213 is increased, which is not beneficial to reducing the material cost of the bending section 213. It should be noted that, the design of the present application is not limited thereto, and in other embodiments, the space between the annular wall 221 and the supporting section 212 of the connecting portion 21 may be less than 0.3 mm, or greater than 10 mm, which is not limited thereto.
The massage part 3 comprises a vibration motor 31 and a vibration transmission shell 32, the vibration transmission shell 32 is sleeved on the vibration motor 31, the vibration transmission shell 32 is installed in the annular wall 221, a third opening 321 corresponding to a pin of the vibration motor 31 is arranged on the vibration shell, and the pin is routed through the third opening 321 and the second opening 221 c.
