The specific meaning of the above terms in the present utility model can be understood in a specific case by a worker of ordinary skill in the art.
In addition, the technical features of the different embodiments of the present utility model described below may be combined with each other as long as they do not collide with each other.
Currently, in order to save cost and space, brushes sold in the market have a brush head and a brush rod which are detachably connected, and the brush rod and the brush heads of different types are combined into a cleaning tool with different functions. For example, the brush bar may be removably connected to other cleaning heads when the user is not using the back brush, acting as a handle for the other cleaning heads. However, in general, a user may put a plurality of brush heads directly into a bag or a storage box, resulting in easy mess and contamination of the brush heads. Therefore, there is no tool for specially placing the brush head in the prior art.
Accordingly, the present utility model is directed to a support base and a cleaning assembly, which solve the problem of the prior art that there is no tool for placing a brush head.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 9, an embodiment of the present utility model provides a support base including a base body 1 and a separation structure.
In the embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the base 1 has a support portion for supporting the brush head 5 of the brush. The separating structure is arranged on the base body 1, and the brush head 5 and the brush rod 2 of the brush can be separated through the separating structure. Specifically, the separation structure may be a connecting rod or a connecting bracket. When the separation structure is the connecting rod, the connecting rod can be transversely arranged below the supporting part, then a user stretches the brush head 5 into the supporting part when using, holds the brush rod 2 by hands and moves downwards, the lower end of the brush head 5 is abutted with the upper end of the connecting rod, and when the brush rod 2 is moved downwards, the connecting rod can limit the brush head 5 to move downwards, so that the brush rod 2 and the brush head 5 can be easily separated, and the brush head 5 is reserved in the supporting part. The separation structure can be arranged separately from the supporting part, and after the user finishes using the brush, the brush head 5 and the brush rod 2 can be separated through the separation structure, and then the brush head 5 is placed on the supporting part.
Of course, the present embodiment is merely illustrative of a specific type of the separation structure, but is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art may vary the specific type of the separation structure according to actual circumstances, and may achieve the same technical effects.
So configured, when the user has used the current brush to replace the brush head 5, the brush head 5 of the brush can be put on the separation structure, and the brush head 5 and the brush bar 2 of the brush can be directly separated by the separation structure because the brush head 5 and the brush bar 2 of the brush are detachably connected. The brush head 5 after separation can be stored in the supporting part, and the brush head 5 can be prevented from being placed in disorder, so that the brush head 5 is prevented from being polluted. After the brush head 5 is separated from the brush rod 2, a user can directly take out other brush heads 5 from the supporting part, and the brush with new functions is formed by the other brush heads 5 and the brush rod 2 again, so that different requirements of the user are met, and the convenience of the user in use is improved.
Further, in an alternative embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the separation structure is used to restrict the separation of the brush head 5 from the base 1 so that the brush head 5 is separated from the brush bar 2. In particular, the brush may be attached to the housing 1, and the separation structure restricts the brush head 5 from being separated from the housing 1 during the removal of the brush bar 2, so that the brush head 5 is separated from the brush bar 2.
Of course, the present embodiment only illustrates the separation of the brush bar 2 and the brush head 5, but is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art may change the separation of the brush bar 2 and the brush head 5 according to the actual situation, so as to achieve the same technical effect.
Further, in an alternative embodiment of the utility model, the separation structure may be a detachable piece. Specifically, the separation structure has a connection part detachably connected with the brush head 5, and connects the brush to the base 1, the brush head 5 is connected with the connection part, and in the process of taking out the brush rod 2, the connection part is connected with the brush head 5, so that the brush head 5 is limited to move, so that the brush head 5 is separated from the brush rod 2. For detachable connection, the connection part and the brush head 5 can be detachably connected through a fastening assembly, a clamping assembly or a magnetic attraction assembly 7.
The specific working process is described by taking the detachable connection of the connecting part and the brush head 5 through the clamping assembly as an example. The clamping assembly can be a first clamping edge arranged on the connecting part and a second clamping edge arranged on the brush head 5, and the first clamping edge and the second clamping edge are in a mutually clamped state. Specifically, when the user places the brush head 5, the user stretches the brush head 5 into the supporting portion from top to bottom, holds the brush rod 2 with the hand and moves the brush rod downward, so that the lower end of the brush head 5 abuts against the upper end of the supporting portion. At this time, the connecting portion is connected with the brush head 5, and the first clamping edge and the second clamping edge are in mutual clamping connection, so that the connecting portion is connected with the brush head 5, movement of the brush head 5 is limited, and movement of the brush head 5 in a direction away from the supporting seat is limited. In the process of moving the brush rod 2 in the direction away from the supporting seat, namely in the process of pulling out the brush rod 2 outwards, the brush head 5 is limited to move by the separating structure, so that the brush rod 2 and the brush head 5 move away from each other, the brush rod 2 and the brush head 5 are separated, and the brush head 5 is reserved in the supporting portion, so that the brush rod 2 and the brush head 5 can be detached by one hand. When the brush head 5 and the brush rod 2 are required to be connected, the brush rod 2 is connected with the brush head 5, the brush head 5 is enabled to slide upwards, the brush head 5 and the brush rod 2 can be connected by one hand, and the brush head 5 is taken out.
Of course, the embodiment is merely illustrative of the detachable connection mode, but is not limited thereto, and those skilled in the art can change the detachable connection mode according to actual situations, so as to achieve the same technical effects.
Further, in an alternative embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 3, the separation structure has a limiting portion 3, and the brush is connected to the base 1, and the limiting portion 3 limits the movement of the brush head 5 during the process of removing the brush bar 2, so that the brush head 5 is separated from the brush bar 2. In practical application, when the brush head 5 and the brush rod 2 need to be disassembled, at least part of the limiting part can be positioned between the brush head 5 and the brush rod 2, and then the brush rod 2 is moved, and the brush head 5 and the brush rod 2 can be separated due to the fact that the limiting part limits the movement of the brush head 5.
In particular, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the separation structure has a separation space 4 into which at least part of the brush head 5 enters, and the stopper 3 is provided in the separation space 4. In use, the brush is connected to the base 1, at least part of the brush head 5 is located in the separation space 4, and during the process of taking out the brush rod 2, the limiting part 3 limits at least part of the brush head 5 to move out of the separation space 4, so that the brush head 5 is separated from the brush rod 2.
Further, the separation space 4 may accommodate at least part of the brush head 5, to connect the brush to the base 1, at least part of the brush head 5 being located in the separation space 4. In use, the limiting part 3 limits at least part of the brush head 5 to move out of the separation space 4 during the process of taking out the brush rod 2, so that the brush head 5 is separated from the brush rod 2, and at least part of the brush head 5 is remained in the separation space 4. Based on this, the separation structure not only can separate brush head 5 and brush-holder stud 2, can accomodate brush head 5 moreover, after separation brush head 5 and brush-holder stud 2, need not worry brush head 5 and drop, also need not additionally put brush head 5 and accomodate on the supporting part, use the singlehanded can accomplish, convenient to use.
In addition, when the brush head 5 is used again, the brush rod 2 can be connected with the brush head 5 in the separation space 4, the brush head 5 can be taken out, and the operation of one hand can be used, so that the use is more convenient.
In this embodiment, the state of mutual engagement can be achieved by the cooperation of the limiting portion 3 and the brush head 5. Specifically, when the user places the brush head 5, the user stretches the brush head 5 into the supporting portion from top to bottom, holds the brush rod 2 with the hand and moves the brush rod downward, so that the lower end of the brush head 5 abuts against the upper end of the supporting portion. At this time, the edge of the limit part 3 and the edge of the brush head 5 are matched with each other to be in a clamping state, so that the limit part 3 is connected with the brush head 5, thereby limiting the movement of the brush head 5 and limiting the movement of the brush head 5 in a direction away from the supporting seat. In the process of moving the brush rod 2 in the direction away from the supporting seat, namely in the process of pulling out the brush rod 2 outwards, the brush head 5 is limited to move by the separating structure, so that the brush rod 2 and the brush head 5 move away from each other, the brush rod 2 and the brush head 5 are separated, and the brush head 5 is reserved in the separating space 4, so that the brush rod 2 and the brush head 5 can be detached by one hand. When the brush head 5 and the brush rod 2 are required to be connected, the brush rod 2 is connected with the brush head 5 in the separation space 4, and then the brush head 5 slides upwards, so that the brush head 5 and the brush rod 2 can be connected by one hand, and the brush head 5 is taken out.
Further, in an alternative embodiment of the present utility model, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the separation space 4 has a first opening 41 and a second opening 42, the first opening 41 is opened on a top end surface of the separation space 4, and the first opening 41 allows a part of the brush head 5 to enter the separation space 4. A second opening 42 is provided on an end surface of the separation space 4 remote from the seat body 1, and the second opening 42 communicates with the first opening 41. When the brush is attached to the holder, a part of the brush head 5 is located in the separation space 4, and another part of the brush head 5 protrudes from the second opening 42 out of the separation space 4. During the process of moving the brush through the brush bar 2, the limit part 3 limits the brush head 5 to move out of the separation space 4 from the second opening 42, so that the brush bar 2 and the brush head 5 are separated.
In this embodiment, the state of mutual engagement can be achieved by the cooperation of the limiting portion 3 and the brush head 5. Specifically, when the user places the brush head 5, only a part of the brush head 5 enters the separation space 4 from the first opening 41 from top to bottom, and holds the brush rod 2 by hand to move downwards, so that the lower end of the brush head 5 abuts against the upper end of the supporting part. At this time, the limit part 3 is in a clamped state with the edge of the brush head 5, and the limit part 3 is connected with the brush head 5, so that the limit part 3 limits the brush head 5 to move out of the separation space 4 from the second opening 42, thereby limiting the movement of the brush head 5. In the process of moving the brush rod 2 in the direction away from the supporting seat, namely in the process of pulling out the brush rod 2 outwards from the second opening 42, the brush head 5 is limited to move by the separation structure, so that the brush rod 2 and the brush head 5 can be conveniently separated, the brush head 5 is reserved in the separation space 4, and the brush rod 2 and the brush head 5 can be detached by one hand. When the brush head 5 and the brush rod 2 need to be connected, the brush rod 2 is connected with the brush head 5 in the separation space 4 through the second opening 42, and then the brush head 5 slides upwards from the first opening 41, so that the brush head 5 and the brush rod 2 can be connected by one hand, and the brush head 5 is taken out.
As an alternative embodiment, the separation space 4 likewise has a first opening 41 and a second opening 42. However, a first opening 41 is provided on the top end surface of the separation space 4, and the first opening 41 allows the brush head 5 and the brush rod 2 to enter the separation space 4. The second opening 42 is formed on the end surface of the separation space 4 away from the base 1, and the second opening 42 is communicated with the first opening 41, and the brush rod 2 can be moved out of the separation space 4 from the second opening 42. During the process of removing the brush rod 2 from the second opening 42 to the separation space 4, the limiting part 3 limits the brush head 5 to be removed from the separation space 4 from the second opening 42, so that the brush rod 2 and the brush head 5 are separated.
In this embodiment, the state of mutual engagement can be achieved by the cooperation of the limiting portion 3 and the brush head 5. Specifically, when the user places the brush head 5, the brush head 5 and the brush rod 2 enter the separation space 4 from the first opening 41 from top to bottom, and the brush rod 2 is held by a hand to move downwards, so that the lower end of the brush head 5 abuts against the upper end of the supporting part. In the process of moving the brush rod 2 in the direction away from the supporting seat, namely in the process of pulling out the brush rod 2 outwards from the second opening 42, the brush head 5 is limited to move by the separation structure, so that the brush rod 2 and the brush head 5 can be conveniently separated, the brush rod 2 is moved out of the separation space 4 from the second opening 42, and the brush head 5 is reserved in the separation space 4, and the brush rod 2 and the brush head 5 can be detached by one hand.
