As shown in fig. 2 and 6, the locking structure includes a ring groove 61 provided at a lower portion of an inner wall of the sleeve 22 and a protrusion 62 provided at a lower portion of an outer wall of the first cover part 23; in other embodiments, the locking structure may also be other structures, such as the ring groove and the protrusion are located opposite to each other. As an advantage, a plurality of projections 62 are provided, and the projections 62 are distributed along the circumferential direction of the first cover part 23, so that the locking effect is more secure.

The tubular cosmetic container of claim 2, wherein: the second cover part (24) is provided with a plug ring (7), the first cover part (23) is provided with a plug groove (8) matched with the plug ring (7), and the first cover part (23) and the second cover part (24) are fixedly connected in a plug manner.
