2. The visor assembly (100) of claim 1 wherein the cell phone holder (30) is mounted to a side of the mirror cover (22) facing away from the lens.

The sun visor assembly (100) of claim 2 wherein said cell phone holder (30) comprises a first holder (31) and a second holder (32), said second holder (32) being movable relative to said first holder (31), and said first holder (31), said second holder (32) and said mirror cover (22) together defining a clamping space for securing a cell phone.
4. A sun visor assembly (100) as claimed in claim 3, wherein a side of said cover (22) facing away from said lens is provided with a mounting groove, said first and second brackets (31, 32) being located on opposite sides of said mounting groove, respectively;
the mounting groove is internally provided with a guide slide bar (36), the second bracket (32) is provided with a slide groove, and the guide slide bar (36) extends into the slide groove and is in sliding fit with the slide groove.

The sun visor assembly (100) of claim 4, wherein a pressure spring (37) is further provided in said mounting groove, one end of said pressure spring (37) being connected to an inner wall of said mounting groove and the other end being connected to said second bracket (32), said pressure spring (37) being configured to elastically pre-load said second bracket (32) in a direction approaching said first bracket (31).
6. The sun visor assembly (100) according to claim 5, wherein two of said pressure springs (37) are provided, two of said pressure springs (37) being located on both sides of said guide slide bar (36), respectively.
7. A sun visor assembly (100) according to claim 3, characterized in that said first bracket (31) and/or said second bracket (32) are rotatably connected to said mirror cover (22).
8. A sun visor assembly (100) according to claim 3, characterized in that the first bracket (31) and/or the second bracket (32) is provided with a routing hole (33).
9. The visor assembly (100) of claim 4 wherein the cell phone holder (30) further comprises an upper cover (34), the upper cover (34) being mounted to the mirror cover (22) and adapted to conceal the mounting groove.
10. A vehicle (1000), characterized by comprising: the sun visor assembly (100) of any one of claims 1 to 9.
