Detailed Description
The following description of the technical solutions in the embodiments of the present application will be made with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present application, and it is apparent that the described embodiments are only some embodiments of the present application, but not all embodiments.
Hereinafter, the terms "first," "second," and the like are used for descriptive purposes only and are not to be construed as indicating or implying relative importance or implicitly indicating the number of technical features indicated. Thus, a feature defining "a first", "a second", etc. may explicitly or implicitly include one or more such feature.
Furthermore, in this application, directional terms "upper", "lower", etc. are defined with respect to the orientation in which the components are schematically disposed in the drawings, and it should be understood that these directional terms are relative concepts, which are used for description and clarity with respect thereto, and which may be varied accordingly with respect to the orientation in which the components are disposed in the drawings.
In the present application, unless explicitly specified and limited otherwise, the term "coupled" is to be construed broadly, and for example, "coupled" may be either fixedly coupled, detachably coupled, or integrally formed; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium.
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a block diagram of a maintenance work table 10 according to an embodiment of the present application, where the maintenance work table 10 is used as a work table for maintenance personnel to enable the maintenance personnel to maintain malfunctioning electronic equipment. The maintenance work table 10 may include a top plate 100, two side plates 110, and a storage cabinet 130 (or drawer).
For convenience of the following description, an XYZ coordinate system will be defined, with the X coordinate axis representing the width direction of the maintenance work table 10, the Y coordinate axis representing the length direction of the maintenance work table 10, and the Z coordinate axis representing the height direction of the maintenance work table 10. It will be appreciated that the above coordinate system may be flexibly set according to actual needs, and this application is given only by way of example and is not to be construed as a particular limitation of the present application.
Specifically, the top surface of the top plate 100 is a tabletop for maintenance work by maintenance personnel. The two side plates 110 are used for supporting the top plate 100, the two side plates 110 are respectively disposed at two sides of the top plate 100 along the length direction (Y direction), and the two side hair plates are fixedly connected with the top plate 100. The top plate 100 may be fixed between the two side plates 110, or the two side plates 110 may be fixed on the lower surface of the top plate 100, which is not particularly limited in this application.
In addition, the table top of the maintenance work table 10 may be laid with a table pad 140, and the table pad 140 may be fixed on the table top by means of adhesion, or a groove may be formed on the table top, so that the table pad 140 is embedded into the table top, so that the table pad 140 and the table top form the same plane. In addition, the table pad 140 can be made of rubber materials and has an antistatic function, so that the situation of electric shock and the like in the maintenance process is avoided, and potential safety hazards are reduced. In addition, the desktop may be provided with a wire outlet hole 100a, so that a power wire or the like of a terminal device placed on the desktop extends to the lower portion of the desktop through the wire outlet hole 100a, thereby being beneficial to keeping the desktop clean.
The storage cabinet 130 is used to increase the storage space of the maintenance work table 10. Illustratively, one cabinet 130 is provided on each of the two side panels 110, and a portion between the two cabinets 130 may be provided with a drawer or a keyboard holder to enable a serviceman to store tools, equipment, personal items, or place a keyboard.
In some embodiments, the maintenance work table 10 may further include a back plate 120, where the back plate 120 is disposed at the rear sides of the two storage cabinets 130 and is fixedly connected with the top plate 100 and the two side plates 110 respectively, which is beneficial to improving the overall supporting strength of the maintenance work table 10; on the other hand, under the environment of operation, the whole working environment can be improved in a tidy way. Where the back plate 120 is provided, the back plate 120 may serve as a back wall of the two storage cabinets 130.
Because of this, since the maintenance work table 10 is a work table for maintenance work by maintenance personnel, if the width and length dimensions thereof are too small, it may result in a small operable space for the maintenance personnel, and thus may affect convenience in the work process of the maintenance personnel. Therefore, the length and width of the maintenance work need to meet certain requirements, which is more beneficial to improving the work efficiency of maintenance personnel. For example, the maintenance work may have a length dimension (in the Y direction) of 1.2m and a width dimension (in the X direction) of greater than or equal to 0.5m.
However, in the above-described dimensional requirements, the depth (depth in the X direction) of the internal space of the storage cabinet 130 of the maintenance work table 10 is adapted to the width dimension of the maintenance work table 10, that is, 0.5m. Since the opening of the cabinet 130 is directed to a side away from the back plate 120, the depth of the internal space of the cabinet 130 is increased. In this way, the area of the storage cabinet 130 near the back plate 120 is greatly reduced in the convenience of storing and taking the articles, for example, the maintenance personnel needs to bend over and stretch the arms into the deep inside of the storage cabinet 130 to store and take the articles. And the larger the width dimension of the maintenance work table 10, the more difficult it is to access the articles deep inside the storage cabinet 130, thus affecting the convenience of maintenance personnel during work.
In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is a block diagram of another maintenance work table 10 according to an embodiment of the present application, where the maintenance work table 10 includes the top plate 100, two side plates 110 (two side plates 110 are a first side plate 110a and a second side plate 110b respectively), and a back plate 120. The maintenance work table 10 also includes a mobile cabinet 200.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a block diagram of a moving cabinet 200 (the moving cabinet 200 slides out under the top plate 100) of the maintenance work table 10 shown in fig. 2. The movable cabinet 200 may include a movable cabinet body 210 and a bottom plate 220, the bottom plate 220 is fixed on the first side plate 110a, the movable cabinet body 210 is slidably connected with the bottom plate 220, and a sliding direction of the movable cabinet body 210 is parallel to the first side plate 110a, i.e. the movable cabinet body 210 can slide in a direction away from the back plate 120. In addition, the movable cabinet 210 has an accommodating space therein, and an opening of the accommodating space is disposed on a surface of the movable cabinet 210 facing the second side plate 110 b.
In some embodiments, referring to fig. 3, the base plate 220 and the movable cabinet 210 may slide relatively via a sliding rail 230, where the sliding rail 230 includes two sliding parts capable of sliding relatively, one sliding part is fixed on the base plate 220, and the other sliding part is fixed on the bottom surface of the movable cabinet 210, so as to enable the movable cabinet 210 to slide relative to the base plate 220. The sliding rail 230 may be a roller type sliding rail 230, a steel ball type sliding rail 230, a gear type sliding rail 230, a damping sliding rail 230, or the like.
Also, a plurality of sliding rails 230 may be disposed between the bottom plate 220 and the movable cabinet 210, and the plurality of sliding rails 230 may be parallel to each other and distributed at intervals along a direction (Y direction) perpendicular to the first side plate 110a, for example, two, three, four, etc. sliding rails 230 may be disposed. By providing a plurality of sliding rails 230, the movable cabinet 210 is balanced during sliding, and structural reliability is improved. Therefore, the specific structure and the number of the sliding rails 230 are not particularly limited.
In addition, the movable cabinet 210 may be further provided with a handle (not shown in the drawings) to facilitate the maintenance personnel to push and pull the movable cabinet 210. The handle may be disposed on a surface of the movable case 210 away from the back plate 120, or may be disposed on a surface of the movable case 210 away from the first side plate 110 a. Therefore, the present application is not particularly limited thereto.
Thus, since the maintenance personnel can sit in the middle of the maintenance work table 10 along the Y direction during use, the movable cabinet 200 is located at one side of the maintenance personnel. Therefore, when a serviceman needs to store and fetch the objects in the accommodating space, the mobile cabinet 210 can be pulled first, so that the mobile cabinet 210 slides away from the back plate 120, i.e. the mobile cabinet 210 slides out of the area under the top plate 100, and at this time, the mobile cabinet 210 is located at the side of the serviceman. Meanwhile, since the opening of the receiving space faces the second side plate 110b, that is, the opening of the receiving space faces the serviceman, it is convenient for the serviceman to access the articles.
Compared with the scheme (i.e. the scheme that the cabinet opening faces the direction away from the back plate 120), the maintenance work table 10 provided by the embodiment of the application pulls out the movable cabinet 200 to the side of the maintenance personnel, and articles are stored and taken by the side of the movable cabinet 200, and the articles are stored and taken in any area along the X direction in the accommodating space, so that inconvenient storage and taking situations do not exist, and convenience of the maintenance personnel in use is improved.
Specifically, referring to fig. 4 and 5, fig. 4 is a block diagram of the movable cabinet 210 of the maintenance work table 10 shown in fig. 2, and fig. 5 is a top view of the movable cabinet 210 shown in fig. 4. Wherein the features marked with a circle "≡in fig. 4 and 5 represent non-physical features, such as grooves or cavities etc.; features labeled arrow "→" are denoted as physical features, e.g., plates, rods, etc. The reference numerals in the drawings are the same as those in fig. 4 and 5.
The accommodating space may include a first accommodating space 211 and a second accommodating space 212, and the first accommodating space 211 is disposed above the second accommodating space 212, i.e., the accommodating space is divided into two for storing different articles. For example, the first accommodating space 211 may store commonly used PC, PAD, etc., and the second accommodating space 212 may be used to store waste of old machines or waste to be returned to factories, etc.
In some embodiments, the opening of the second accommodating space 212 for storing the waste material may be provided with a push-pull door panel 213, so as to avoid exposing the waste material or the sundries, thereby improving the overall aesthetic appearance.
In addition, the first accommodating space 211 may include a first subspace 2111 and a plurality of second subspaces 2112, where the first subspace 2111 and the second subspace 2112 are sequentially distributed along the sliding direction (X direction) of the moving cabinet 210, for example, the first subspace 2111 is disposed on a side close to the back plate 120, and the plurality of second subspaces 2112 is disposed on a side far from the back plate 120. And, the plurality of second subspaces 2112 are sequentially distributed in the vertical direction. In this way, the first subspace 2111 is higher, and the second subspaces 2112 are lower, so that different types or different numbers of devices can be stored in different areas, thereby being more beneficial to improving the cleanliness of stored articles.
The first subspace 2111, the plurality of second subspaces 2112 and the second accommodating space 212 are formed by dividing the accommodating space inside the movable cabinet 210 by a plurality of plates. The plates and the inner wall of the movable cabinet 210 and the plates can be fixed by means of threaded connection, bonding or clamping. The present application is not particularly limited thereto.
On the basis, referring to fig. 4 and 5, the top surface of the mobile cabinet 210 may be provided with a first accommodating groove 214 and a second accommodating groove 215, where the first accommodating groove 214 and the second accommodating groove 215 are distributed along the sliding direction (X direction) of the mobile cabinet 210, and the second accommodating groove 215 is disposed on a side of the first accommodating groove 214 away from the back plate 120.
At least one limiting groove 216 is formed on the bottom surface of the second accommodating groove 215, and the limiting groove 216 extends along the vertical direction. By providing the limiting groove 216 on the bottom surface of the second accommodating groove 215, the object placed in the limiting groove 216 can be limited to prevent the object from falling down. Such as detergent, alcohol, etc., is useful for preventing the bottled liquid from pouring out. Further, the second receiving groove 215 can prevent the top end of the bottled article from protruding from the top surface of the movable cabinet 210, so that the movable cabinet 210 can be ensured to slide below the top plate 100.
The depth of the limiting groove 216 may be determined according to practical requirements, for example, the depth (the dimension along the Z direction) of the limiting groove 216 may be adapted to the height of the first accommodating space 211, that is, in this case, the first subspace 2111, the plurality of second subspaces 2112, and the limiting groove 216 are sequentially distributed along the X direction. With this structure, the space utilization of the moving cabinet 210 is facilitated to be improved.
The side wall of the first accommodating groove 214 is provided with a socket 217, an electric wire 2171 is disposed below the top plate 100, a first end of the electric wire 2171 is electrically connected with the socket 217, a second end of the electric wire 2171 is used for connecting with the mains supply, for example, the second end of the electric wire 2171 is plugged into a jack disposed on the indoor wall through a plug, so as to realize the energizing of the socket 217. In this way, the maintenance personnel can place the equipment (such as a mobile phone, a flat plate, etc.) used by the personnel in the first accommodating groove 214, so that on one hand, limit protection can be formed for the equipment, and the situation of sliding damage is avoided; on the other hand, the number of articles placed on the table top (i.e., the upper surface of the top plate 100) can be reduced to enhance the cleanliness of the table top. And, can charge equipment through the socket 217 on the first holding tank 214 inner wall, be favorable to promoting overall structure's convenience.
