Abstract

一种增容拖车,其利用了拖车与牵引车挂钩之间 的空间,以原拖车的宽度为直径,在其前栏前部增加 了一个半圆形槽,在保持拖车总长(挂钩至拖车尾部) 不变,拖车宽度、高度也不变的情况下,容积增大 20%,同时也不影响主、拖车任意角度的转向。

Description

本实用新型是一种增容拖车。
现有的拖车与牵引车挂钩之间留有很大空间,在不影响超载的情况下,人们总是希望拖车的容积能尽可能的大。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种利用拖车与牵引车挂钩之间的空间而使拖车的容积增大的增容拖车。
图1、图2为本设计的不同牵引连接件的侧视结构简图。
图3为本设计的俯视结构简图。
增容拖车是在原拖车1与牵引车2的挂钩3之间,以原拖车1的宽度为直径,在其前栏前部增加了一个半园形槽4,这样,既最大限度地增加了原拖车1的容积,也即所增加的半园形槽4的容积最大,又使牵引车2在转弯时不受影响。图3中的园弧形虚线表示转弯时挂钩3处的运动轨迹。当然,所增加的部分,除了半园形槽4外,还可以是以原拖车1的宽度为斜边的等腰直角三角形槽(容积最大)或直角三角形槽以及其它形状的槽。
另外,由于和挂钩3相连的牵引连接件原是水平状,考虑到路面不平时,牵引连接件对所增加的半园形槽或直角三角形槽的碰撞影响,牵引连接件5为向下弯曲状,如图1、2所示。
本实用新型的增容拖车使拖车总长(挂钩至拖车尾部)不变,宽度、高度也不变,而容积却增大约20%,巧妙地利用了挂钩处的多余空间,且毫不影响主拖车任意角度的转向。

1、一种增容拖车,其特征在于以原拖车的宽度为直径,在其前栏前部增加了一个半园形槽或直角三角形槽。
2、如权利要1所述的增容拖车,其特征在于拖车的牵引连接件为向下弯曲状。
