Cleaning devices such as dust collectors and mopping machines generally comprise a main body and a floor brush connected with the main body, a user can operate the main body to drive the floor brush to realize cleaning operation, cleaning pieces such as mopping cloth or rollers are arranged on the floor brush, and the cleaning device can realize wet mopping function by supplying water to the cleaning pieces. Because the ground can remain the water stain after cleaning ground, consequently, can set up the wiper strip in the brush bottom generally, strike off the subaerial residual ponding after cleaning to reduce residual moisture. However, at present cleaning device's brush ground can make a round trip friction with ground at reciprocating motion's in-process for the strip that scrapes produces wearing and tearing easily, can lead to the strip that scrapes unable laminating bottom surface after wearing and tearing, and the brush water effect is variation, consequently, in order to guarantee good scraping the effect, need frequently change the strip that scrapes, the cost is higher, and leads to wasting time and energy.
In view of the above problems, the present application provides a cleaning apparatus, by designing a wiper structure on a floor brush of the cleaning apparatus, in a reciprocating movement process of the floor brush to clean a floor, the wiper structure can have different abutment forces with the floor and correspondingly have different friction forces, thereby reducing abrasion of the wiper structure.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view of a floor brush in a cleaning device provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 2 is a partial cross-sectional view of a floor brush in a cleaning device provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 3 is a schematic structural view of a wiper assembly in a cleaning device provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 4 is a side view of a wiper assembly in a cleaning device provided in an embodiment of the present application.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the embodiment of the present application provides a cleaning apparatus including a floor brush 100, and the floor brush 100 is movable relative to a surface to be cleaned during operation, thereby implementing a cleaning operation of the surface to be cleaned.
The floor brush 100 includes a floor brush main body 110 and a wiper assembly 120, the wiper assembly 120 is connected to the floor brush main body 110, the wiper assembly 120 includes a flexible wiper 121, when the floor brush 100 performs a cleaning operation, the flexible wiper 121 extends at least partially to a surface to be cleaned and contacts the surface to be cleaned, and during the movement of the floor brush 100, the flexible wiper 121 may rub against the surface to be cleaned, so as to wipe residual moisture on the surface to be cleaned.
As will be appreciated by those skilled in the art, the flexible wiper 121 scrapes moisture on a surface to be cleaned, which means that residual moisture on the ground in the wet mopping process of the floor brush 100 is scraped along the cleaning direction, so that the moisture is collected in the cleaning direction under the pushing of the flexible wiper 121, that is, the moisture flows along with the movement of the floor brush 100 under the driving of the flexible wiper 121, so that the collected moisture is absorbed or recovered conveniently, and the residual moisture in the area after the movement of the floor brush 100 is avoided.
In some embodiments, the first end 121a of the flexible wiper 121 is connected to the floor brush main body 110, the second end 121b of the flexible wiper 121 extends in a direction away from the bottom wall of the floor brush main body 110, the sidewall of the flexible wiper 121 has a notch 1211, and the notch 1211 is located at a side of the flexible wiper 121 away from the cleaning direction of the floor brush 100.
It will be appreciated that during the cleaning operation of the floor brush 100, the floor brush 100 may reciprocate relative to the surface to be cleaned, the friction force of the flexible wiper 121 relative to the surface to be cleaned may have different directions according to the movement direction of the floor brush 100, the flexible wiper 121 may turn over in different directions under the action of the friction force in different directions, and the notch 1211 may be opened and closed, so that the magnitude of the friction force of the flexible wiper 121 relative to the ground in different directions may be different.
It should be noted that, in the cleaning apparatus provided in this embodiment of the present application, when the local brush 100 performs the cleaning operation forward along the cleaning direction, the flexible wiper 121 may maintain a higher friction with the surface to be cleaned, so as to ensure a good wiping effect, and when the local brush 100 retreats back to drag relative to the surface to be cleaned, the friction between the flexible wiper 121 and the surface to be cleaned may be reduced, so as to reduce the abrasion of the flexible wiper 121.
In addition, the flexible wiper member 121 in the cleaning apparatus according to the embodiment of the present application has flexibility and elasticity, and the material that the flexible wiper member 121 may use may include, but is not limited to, rubber, silicone, elastic plastic, or other materials having similar properties, which is not specifically limited in the embodiment of the present application.
First, the cleaning direction of the floor brush 100 is defined as the X direction, that is, the X direction is the forward direction of the floor brush 100, the direction of the back-dragging of the floor brush 100 is defined as the Y direction, that is, the backward direction of the floor brush 100, and the Y direction is opposite to the X direction. When the local brush 100 moves along the X direction, the flexible wiper 121 maintains a high friction with the surface to be cleaned, and the wiping operation is performed, and when the local brush 100 moves along the Y direction, the friction between the flexible wiper 121 and the surface to be cleaned is reduced, so that the wiping operation is not required, and the abrasion is reduced.
The principle of achieving different friction force of the flexible wiper 121 and the surface to be cleaned by opening and closing the notch 1211 will be described below.
Fig. 5 is a side view of a wiper assembly when a floor brush in a cleaning device provided in an embodiment of the present application advances, and fig. 6 is a side view of the wiper assembly when the floor brush in the cleaning device provided in an embodiment of the present application retreats.
Referring to fig. 2 to 6, in some embodiments, the second end 121b of the flexible wiper member 121 may be folded toward different sides of the flexible wiper member 121 with respect to the first end 121a of the flexible wiper member 121 to close or open the notch 1211, and different sides and bottom surfaces of the flexible wiper member 121 may be contacted during the forward or backward movement of the floor brush 100, thereby ensuring a good wiping effect during the forward movement and reducing wear of the flexible wiper member 121 during the backward movement.
When the floor brush 100 moves in the X direction, the second end 121b of the flexible wiper member 121 wipes the surface to be cleaned in the X direction, and the direction of the frictional force facing the flexible wiper member 121 to be cleaned is the Y direction, at this time, the second end 121b of the flexible wiper member 121 is folded with respect to the first end 121a in a direction away from the cleaning direction, that is, the second end 121b of the flexible wiper member 121 is folded with respect to the first end 121a in the Y direction, and thus, the side of the flexible wiper member 121 facing the Y direction is compressed, and the notch 1211 is closed.
Because when the notch 1211 is closed, the opposite side walls of the notch 1211 will abut and squeeze, limiting the deformation range of the flexible wiper 121, and correspondingly, when the surface to be cleaned is pressed to deform by pressing the flexible wiper 121, the second end 121b of the flexible wiper 121 will generate a larger abutting force with the surface to be cleaned, so that the flexible wiper 121 has a larger friction force with the surface to be cleaned, and further, the residual moisture can be scraped more cleanly.
When the floor brush 100 moves in the Y direction, the second end 121b of the flexible wiper member 121 is in frictional contact with the surface to be cleaned in the Y direction, and the direction of the frictional force facing the flexible wiper member 121 to be cleaned is the X direction, at this time, the second end 121b of the flexible wiper member 121 is folded with respect to the first end 121a toward the cleaning direction, i.e., the second end 121b of the flexible wiper member 121 is folded with respect to the first end 121a toward the X direction, and thus, the side of the flexible wiper member 121 facing the X direction is compressed, and the notch 1211 is opened.
Because when the notch 1211 is opened, the opposite side walls of the notch 1211 are away from each other, a weak area that is easier to fold is formed at the position of the notch 1211 on the flexible wiper 121, and correspondingly, when the surface to be cleaned is pressed to deform by the flexible wiper 121, the second end 121b of the flexible wiper 121 generates smaller abutting force with the surface to be cleaned, so that the friction force of the flexible wiper 121 on the surface to be cleaned is reduced, and further, the abrasion caused when the flexible wiper 121 rubs with the surface to be cleaned is reduced.
The shape and structure of the notch 1211 and the specific arrangement position will be described in detail below.
With continued reference to fig. 2-6, in one possible implementation, the notch 1211 may extend along the length of the flexible wiper 121, and the notch 1211 may extend through both ends of the length of the flexible wiper 121. The width direction of the floor brush 100 is defined as the Z direction, which is perpendicular to the X direction and the Y direction.
It will be appreciated that when the notch 1211 extends through the flexible wiper member 121 in the Z-direction, a locally thinner region may be provided in the position of the notch 1211, so that the notch 1211 is more easily closed and opened by deformation of the flexible wiper member 121 when the flexible wiper member 121 is folded toward a different side.
In some embodiments, the gap 1211 may be less distant from the first end 121a of the flexible wiper member 121 than the gap 1211 is distant from the second end 121b of the flexible wiper member 121, i.e., the gap 1211 may be disposed on the flexible wiper member 121 closer to the first end 121 a.
It will be appreciated that the first end 121a of the flexible wiper member 121 is a fixed end, the second end 121b of the flexible wiper member 121 is a free end, the flexible wiper member 121 forms a cantilever-like structure, and when the notch 1211 is closer to the fixed end of the flexible wiper member 121, the notch 1211 serves as a point on the flexible wiper member 121 that is easier to fold, so that the flexible wiper member 121 has a longer cantilever length from the notch 1211 to the second end 121b, thereby facilitating the flexible wiper member 121 to turn over when abutting against the surface to be cleaned.
In some embodiments, the plurality of notches 1211 may be a plurality of notches 1211 spaced from the first end 121a of the flexible wiper member 121 to the second end 121b of the flexible wiper member 121, so that the flexible wiper member 121 may have a better deformation effect during folding.
For example, the number of the notches 1211 may be one, two, three or more, and the plurality of notches 1211 may be parallel to each other, and the number of the notches 1211 and the interval distance between the adjacent notches 1211 are not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
It should be noted that, when the floor brush 100 advances along the X direction, the flexible wiper 121 rubs against the surface to be cleaned along the X direction, and moisture remains in the area where the friction process passes, so that the flexible wiper 121 rubs off moisture, and at the same time, the moisture lubricates the friction between the flexible wiper 121 and the surface to be cleaned, thereby reducing the abrasion of the flexible wiper 121; when the floor brush 100 is retracted in the Y direction, the flexible wiper 121 is rubbed against the surface to be cleaned in the Y direction, and the area through which the rubbing process is performed is the area after the moisture is scraped, at this time, the gap 1211 is opened to enable the flexible wiper 121 to be turned over more easily without moisture lubrication, so that the abrasion of the flexible wiper 121 can be reduced.
In the cleaning apparatus provided in the embodiment of the present application, the floor brush 100 may further include a cleaning member 130, the cleaning member 130 is used for cleaning a surface to be cleaned, and a setting position of the flexible wiper member 121 with respect to the cleaning member 130 is described below.
With continued reference to fig. 2 to 6, in one possible implementation, the cleaning member 130 is connected to the floor brush 100, and the flexible wiper 121 may be located on a side of the cleaning member 130 away from the cleaning direction of the floor brush 100, so that the flexible wiper 121 may quickly wipe off residual water stains of the cleaning member 130, thereby improving the cleaning effect.
It will be appreciated that the cleaning member 130 may be disposed at the front end of the floor brush main body 110 in the cleaning direction, the flexible wiper member 121 is located at the side rear of the cleaning member 130, and the flexible wiper member 121 may be disposed close to the cleaning member 130, so that water drops thrown up by the cleaning member 130 during cleaning can be prevented from being splashed onto the cleaned floor.
For example, the cleaning member 130 may be a roller brush, the cleaning member 130 may extend in the Z direction, and the cleaning member 130 may be rotatably coupled to the floor brush body 110, and the cleaning member 130 may perform a rolling friction with respect to the surface to be cleaned during the movement of the floor brush 100 with respect to the surface to be cleaned, thereby completing the cleaning operation.
In addition, there may be two cleaning members 130, and the two cleaning members 130 may be respectively located at a front end and a rear end of the floor brush 100 in the cleaning direction, and the flexible wiper member 121 is located between the two cleaning members 130, wherein the cleaning member 130 at the front end may be used to wet-drag a surface to be cleaned, and the cleaning member 130 at the rear end may dry the floor after the flexible wiper member 121 scrapes residual moisture from the floor.
It should be noted that the cleaning member 130 located at the front end of the floor brush 100 in the cleaning direction may implement a wet mopping function, a water supply unit may be provided on the floor brush 100, a clean water tank may be provided on the cleaning apparatus, water may be supplied to the water supply unit through the clean water tank, and the water supply unit may spray cleaning water to the cleaning member 130 to humidify the cleaning member 130.
In some embodiments, the flexible wiper member 121 may be disposed parallel to the cleaning member 130, and the length of the flexible wiper member 121 is matched with the length of the cleaning member 130 so that the flexible wiper member 121 can perform a wiping operation in an area through which the cleaning member 130 passes during cleaning of the floor brush 100.
It is understood that the cleaning range covered by the cleaning member 130 is the length of the cleaning member 130 in the Z direction, the cleaning width range of the cleaning member 130 may be approximately the width of the floor brush 100 in the Z direction, the length of the flexible wiper 121 may be approximately the length of the cleaning member 130 in the Z direction, or the length of the flexible wiper 121 may be slightly longer than the length of the cleaning member 130 to cover the cleaning range of the cleaning member 130.
In addition, in order to facilitate the disassembly and replacement of the wiper assembly 120, the wiper assembly 120 may further include a fixing member 122, the fixing member 122 may be detachably connected to the bottom wall of the floor brush main body 110, and the first end 121a of the flexible wiper member 121 may be connected to an end of the fixing member 122 facing the cleaning direction of the floor brush 100.
For example, the fixing member 122 may be made of hard plastic or metal, and the flexible wiper member 121 may be connected to the fixing member 122 through an adhesion or encapsulation process, so that the indirect connection between the flexible wiper member 121 and the floor brush main body 110 is achieved through the fixing member 122, and the reliability of the connection is ensured.
The floor brush 100 may be further provided with a sewage tank, the sewage inlet of which may be opposite to the cleaning member 130 through a pipe, to recover sewage generated by the cleaning member 130 during cleaning, and in addition, the sewage tank may recover accumulated water scraped and collected by the flexible wiper 121 through negative pressure suction.
In one possible implementation, the side of the second end 121b of the flexible wiper 121 may be provided with a protrusion 1212, the protrusion 1212 and the notch 1211 being located on the same side of the flexible wiper 121, when the floor brush 100 is pulled back away from the cleaning direction, the flexible wiper 121 is folded over and the notch 1211 is opened, at which time the protrusion may contact the floor, thus avoiding the flexible wiper 121 from bringing back the sewage scraped forward.
It is to be understood that the protrusion 1212 may be integrally formed with the flexible wiper 121, and the forming process of the protrusion 1212 and the flexible wiper 121 is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application.
For example, the plurality of protruding portions 1212 may be provided, and the plurality of protruding portions 1212 are arranged at intervals along the length direction of the flexible wiper 121, so that when the floor brush 100 is pulled back away from the cleaning direction, the protruding portions 1212 may be provided at each position in the length direction of the flexible wiper 121 for supporting, so that the main structure and the bottom surface of the flexible wiper 121 have a space.
In addition, it should be noted that the cleaning device in the embodiment of the present application may further include a device main body, where the device main body is connected to the floor brush 100, and the device main body may rotate relative to the floor brush 100, and the device main body may have a handle for holding, so that a person holds and drags the floor brush 100 to move to implement a cleaning operation.
