When the end face I1 ca of the semiconductor refrigeration piece 1c located in the first gas flow area 1A is a refrigeration surface, refrigeration is started, and heat generated by the end face II 1cb of the semiconductor refrigeration piece 1c located in the second gas flow area 1B is taken out from the air outlet 1A2 of the body shell 1A by air flowing into the second gas flow area 1B. When the end face I1 ca of the semiconductor refrigeration piece 1c located in the first gas flow area 1A is a heating surface, heating is started, and cold air generated by the end face II 1cb of the semiconductor refrigeration piece 1c located in the second gas flow area 1B is taken out from the air outlet 1A2 of the body shell 1A by air flowing into the second gas flow area 1B.

When the temperature information received by the temperature control chip 1f2 is higher than the high threshold value set by the driving control program, the temperature control chip 1f2 cuts off or weakens the current entering the semiconductor refrigerating sheet 1c to close or reduce the current to cool or heat the first gas flowing area 1A.
