The engine block 2 is shown configured with five glow plugs 1, each glow plug 1 being arranged vertically, and heating probes 11 being inserted in the respective preheating chambers. The top surface of the engine block 2 is provided with a wire harness support 3, and the wire harness support 3 includes a support groove 31 for receiving the wire harness 4 to restrain the wire harness 4 of the stationary glow plug and provide a protective function.
In this embodiment, a plurality of outlets 32 are provided on the wall of the holding groove 31, and the outlets 32 are disposed in one-to-one correspondence with the glow plugs 1 and are located at positions close to the corresponding glow plugs 1 so that the glow plug branch harness 41 is connected to the corresponding glow plugs 1 via the outlets 32. Further, for reliable connection of the wire harness and the cylinder outside wire harness, a cylinder penetrating member 5 may be provided at one side end portion of the engine block 2, the cylinder penetrating member 5 being inserted into one side end portion of the engine block 2, and the cylinder penetrating member 5 having a wiring hole 51 penetrating therethrough. Referring also to fig. 4, a cross-sectional view of the assembled relationship of the cylinder block 2 and the cylinder block 5 is shown.
As shown in fig. 3 and 4, one hole end of the wiring hole 51 is externally provided at one side end of the engine block 2, and the other hole end is internally provided at the top surface of the engine block 2 so that the wire harness 4 is connected to an out-of-cylinder wire harness (not shown). Therefore, the reliable connection between the wire harness 4 arranged in the wire harness support 3 bearing groove and the cylinder outer wire harness can be reliably realized, and the wiring arrangement of the branch wire harness of the internal preheating plug and the wiring arrangement of the external wire harness can be integrally considered.
Here, the engine block 2 is provided with a mounting hole 22, and the cylinder penetrating member 5 is inserted and fixed in the mounting hole 22. In particular, the assembly and fixing of the cylinder penetrating member 5 may be realized in different configurations.
For example, but not limited to, the outer surface of the cylinder penetrating member 5 may be configured with external threads, and the mounting hole 22 may be correspondingly configured with internal threads, the two being fixedly threaded, suggesting a detachable connection relationship; the assembly operation is convenient, and the overhaul and maintenance operation is convenient to execute.
For another example, the cylinder penetrating member 5 and the mounting hole may be fixed by a welding process.
In addition to the foregoing glow plug arrangement, the present embodiment also provides an engine including an engine block 2 and a glow plug 1 inserted in a preheating chamber 21 of the engine block, the glow plug 1 adopting the glow plug arrangement as described above. 1. A glow plug arrangement comprising a plurality of glow plugs, each said glow plug having a heating probe inserted in a respective preheating chamber on an engine block, and said glow plugs being arranged vertically with respect to said preheating chambers;
the wire harness support comprises a bearing groove for containing the wire harness, a plurality of wire outlets are formed in the groove wall of the bearing groove, the wire outlets are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the glow plugs and located at positions close to the corresponding glow plugs, so that the glow plug branch wire harness is connected with the corresponding glow plugs through the wire outlets.
2. The glow plug arrangement according to claim 1, wherein said wire harness support is provided along a direction of sequential arrangement of said plurality of glow plugs.
3. The glow plug arrangement according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the groove wall of the harness bracket is fixedly connected with the outer surface of the glow plug.
4. The glow plug arrangement according to claim 3, wherein said harness support cradle has an upwardly opening notch.
5. The glow plug arrangement according to claim 3, further comprising a cylinder penetrating member, said cylinder penetrating member being interposed at one side end portion of said engine block, and said cylinder penetrating member having a wiring hole therethrough, one side hole end of said wiring hole being externally disposed at one side end portion of said engine block, and the other side hole end being internally disposed at a top surface of said engine block so that said wire harness is connected with an outside-cylinder wire harness.
6. The glow plug arrangement according to claim 5, wherein said engine block is provided with mounting holes, said cylinder penetrating members being inserted and secured in said mounting holes.
7. The glow plug arrangement of claim 6, wherein said cylinder penetrating member is threadably connected to said mounting hole or said cylinder penetrating member is welded to said mounting hole.
8. An engine comprising an engine block and a glow plug inserted in a preheating chamber of the engine block, characterized in that the glow plug adopts the glow plug arrangement according to any one of claims 1 to 7.
9. An automobile comprising an engine, wherein the engine employs the engine of claim 8.
