the tension spring (1.3) is arranged between the upper hanging plate (1.1) and the lower clamping plate (1.2); the wire clamping structure (1.1 a) is arranged on the other side of the tension spring far away from the hinge point between the upper hanging plate (1.1) and the lower clamping plate (1.2).
