The honing head comprises a honing head main body (100), wherein the honing head main body (100) is used for being connected with a main shaft of a honing machine tool; the oilstone plate (200), the oilstone plate (200) comprises an oilstone substrate (210) and an oilstone bottom plate (220), the oilstone substrate (210) and the oilstone bottom plate (220) are of a split type structure, wherein the oilstone substrate (210) is connected with the honing head main body (100), and the oilstone bottom plate (220) is detachably connected with the oilstone substrate (210); -an whetstone (300), said whetstone (300) being connected to said whetstone base (220). Technical Field
The application belongs to the technical field of honing equipment, and particularly relates to a honing head and a honing machine tool.
Background
The honing machine tool is a machine tool for honing a workpiece by utilizing a honing head to finish the surface of the workpiece, and is mainly used for finishing holes of the workpiece in the manufacturing industries of automobiles, tractors, hydraulic parts, bearings, aviation and the like.
The honing head generally comprises a honing head main body, a hanging pin, a cone core, an expanding pin, a spring, an oilstone plate and the like. When the honing head works, the honing head main body is connected with the honing machine main shaft, the honing machine main shaft expansion mechanism pushes the cone core to reciprocate, the cone core contacts with the expansion pin through the conical surface of the cone core, and then the expansion pin drives the oilstone plate to expand along the radial direction of the honing machine main shaft, so that honing processing by using the oilstone is realized.
When the oilstone wears or parts with different apertures are processed, the oilstone plate needs to be replaced. When the oilstone plate is replaced, the honing head is detached from the main shaft of the honing machine tool, and then the oilstone plate is detached from the honing head. However, the volume and weight of the oilstone slab are generally large, so that an operator takes time and labor when disassembling and installing the oilstone slab.

In a second aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a honing machine comprising the honing head and honing machine spindle described above, the honing head being detachably connected with the honing machine spindle.
In the embodiment of the application, when the oilstone wears or parts with different apertures are machined, the honing head can be detached from the honing machine main shaft first. Because the whetstone plate comprises the whetstone substrate and the whetstone base plate, and the whetstone substrate and the whetstone base plate are of a split type structure, when the whetstone or the whetstone base plate needs to be replaced, the whetstone base plate can be directly detached from the whetstone substrate without the need to detach the whole whetstone plate. Compared with the whole oilstone plate, the volume and the weight of the oilstone bottom plate are smaller, so that the oilstone bottom plate is easier to detach and install, the replacement time can be saved, and the labor intensity of operators is reduced.

As shown in fig. 1 to 2, the embodiment of the present application provides a honing head including a honing head body 100, an oilstone plate 200 and an oilstone 300.
The honing head body 100 is for coupling with a honing machine spindle, and the honing head body 100 may include a base 110 and a chuck 120, the base 110 being coupled with the chuck 120, wherein the base 110 may be coupled with the honing machine spindle, and the chuck 120 may be for mounting the oilstone plate 200. The honing head main body 100 can be connected with a honing machine main shaft through the hanging pin 800, the honing machine main shaft expansion and contraction mechanism can push the cone core 900 to reciprocate, the cone core 900 is contacted with the expansion pin 1000 through the conical surface of the cone core 900, and then the expansion pin 1000 drives the oilstone plate 200 to expand along the radial direction of the honing machine main shaft, so that honing processing by using the oilstone 300 is realized.
The oilstone plate 200 may be clamped to the chuck 120 of the honing head body 100. The oilstone slab 200 may include an oilstone substrate 210 and an oilstone base plate 220, the oilstone substrate 210 and the oilstone base plate 220 being of a split type structure, wherein the oilstone substrate 210 is connected with the honing head body 100, and the oilstone base plate 220 is detachably connected with the oilstone substrate 210. The chuck 120 is provided with a clamping groove, and the oilstone substrate 210 is arranged in the clamping groove. The whetstone 300 is connected to the whetstone base 220. The whetstone 300 may be bonded to the whetstone base 220. The honing head may further include a pressing cover 1100, the pressing cover 1100 being connected to the honing head body 100, and the pressing cover 1100 being located at a side of the honing head body 100 facing away from the main shaft of the honing machine. The gland 1100 may protect the whetstone 300 to prevent other components from damaging the whetstone 300 when the honing head is not in operation.
In the embodiment of the present application, the honing head may be detached from the honing machine spindle first when the oilstone 300 wears or processes parts of different apertures. Since the oilstone slab 200 includes the oilstone substrate 210 and the oilstone base plate 220, and the oilstone substrate 210 and the oilstone base plate 220 are of a split type structure, when the oilstone 300 or the oilstone base plate 220 needs to be replaced, the oilstone base plate 220 can be directly detached from the oilstone substrate 210 without having to detach the entire oilstone slab 200. The volume and weight of the oilstone slab 220 are smaller than those of the entire oilstone slab 200, and thus, it is easier to disassemble and install, so that replacement time can be saved, and labor intensity of operators can be reduced.
In an alternative embodiment, the honing head may further comprise a threaded connection by which the whetstone base 220 is connected to the whetstone base 210. And the time and labor are wasted when the threaded connection is disassembled. Thus, in an alternative embodiment, the honing head may further include an elastic member 400, the whetstone base 220 is connected to the whetstone base 210 by the elastic member 400, and the elastic member 400 surrounds the whetstone base 210 and the whetstone base 220. When the whetstone base plate 220 is worn or parts with different apertures need to be processed, namely, the whetstone base plate 220 is disassembled, the elastic piece 400 can be firstly removed, and the whetstone base plate 220 can be disassembled from the whetstone base plate 210; when the oilstone baseplate 220 needs to be installed, the elastic piece 400 is sleeved on the oilstone baseplate 210 and the oilstone baseplate 220. It can be seen that the connection of the whetstone base plate 210 and the whetstone base plate 220 by the elastic member 400 saves more time and effort in installation and removal. The elastic members 400 may be springs, and the number of the elastic members 400 may be two, and the two elastic members 400 are respectively disposed at two sides of the oilstone base plate 220, thereby being beneficial to improving the reliability of connection.
In one embodiment, in order to avoid the elastic member 400 contacting the machined part during rotation, thereby affecting the quality of the machined part, the whetstone base plate 220 may be provided with a first groove 221, the opening of the first groove 221 is oriented in the same direction as the axial direction of the main shaft of the honing machine, and the elastic member 400 is disposed in the first groove 221. Since the elastic member 400 is disposed in the first groove 221, the elastic member 400 can be prevented from contacting with the processed component during rotation, thereby facilitating the improvement of the quality of the processed component.
In a further alternative embodiment, in order to achieve a quick installation of the whetstone base plate 220, one of the whetstone base plate 210 and the whetstone base plate 220 is provided with a protrusion, and the other is provided with a recess, the protrusion being in a positioning fit with the recess. And the processing technology of the grooves and the protrusions is complex. Thus, in another alternative embodiment, the honing head may further include a positioning member 500, the whetstone substrate 210 is provided with a first positioning hole 211, the whetstone substrate 220 is provided with a second positioning hole 222, and the positioning member 500 is respectively in positioning fit with the first positioning hole 211 and the second positioning hole 222. In this embodiment, the processing process of the first positioning hole 211 and the second positioning hole 222 is simpler. The positioning member 500 may be a positioning pin.
In one embodiment, in order to enable pre-fixing of the position of the whetstone base plate 220 relative to the whetstone base plate 210, i.e. to prevent movement of the whetstone base plate 220 relative to the whetstone base plate 210 when the whetstone base plate 220 is mounted, at least one of the whetstone base plate 210 and the whetstone base plate 220 is provided with a magnetic member 600, the whetstone base plate 220 is connected to the whetstone base plate 210 by means of the magnetic member 600, and the magnetic member 600 is located between the whetstone base plate 220 and the whetstone base plate 210. When the whetstone base plate 220 is mounted, the whetstone base plate 210 and the whetstone base plate 220 can be connected through the magnetic member 600, so that the whetstone base plate 220 can be pre-fixed relative to the whetstone base plate 210, and the whetstone base plate 220 can be mounted conveniently.
In a further embodiment, in order to fix the magnetic element 600 and improve the adhesion between the whetstone base plate 220 and the whetstone base plate 210, the honing head may further include a connecting element 700, wherein a second groove 212 is disposed on a surface of the whetstone base plate 210 facing the whetstone base plate 220, the magnetic element 600 is disposed in the second groove 212, and the magnetic element 600 is connected to the whetstone base plate 210 through the connecting element 700. The connector 700 may secure the magnetic member 600 in the second recess 212. The magnetic member 600 is disposed in the second groove 212, so that a gap between the whetstone substrate 210 and the whetstone substrate 220 can be reduced, thereby facilitating the improvement of the bonding degree between the whetstone substrate 220 and the whetstone substrate 210.
The embodiment of the application also provides a honing machine tool, which can comprise the honing head and the honing machine tool spindle in any embodiment, wherein the honing head is detachably connected with the honing machine tool spindle. The honing head can be detachably connected with the honing machine spindle by means of the hanging pin 800.
The embodiments of the present application have been described above with reference to the accompanying drawings, but the present application is not limited to the above-described embodiments, which are merely illustrative and not restrictive, and many forms may be made by those of ordinary skill in the art without departing from the spirit of the present application and the scope of the claims, which are also within the protection of the present application.

1. A honing head, characterized by comprising:
the honing machine comprises a honing head main body (100), wherein the honing head main body (100) is used for being connected with a honing machine tool spindle;
the oilstone plate (200), the oilstone plate (200) comprises an oilstone substrate (210) and an oilstone bottom plate (220), the oilstone substrate (210) and the oilstone bottom plate (220) are of a split type structure, wherein the oilstone substrate (210) is connected with the honing head main body (100), and the oilstone bottom plate (220) is detachably connected with the oilstone substrate (210);
-an whetstone (300), said whetstone (300) being connected to said whetstone base (220).

The honing head according to claim 1, characterized in that the honing head further comprises an elastic member (400), the whetstone base plate (220) is connected to the whetstone base plate (210) by the elastic member (400), and the elastic member (400) surrounds the whetstone base plate (210) and the whetstone base plate (220).

Honing head according to claim 2, characterized in that the whetstone base plate (220) is provided with a first groove (221), the opening of the first groove (221) is oriented in the same direction as the axial direction of the honing machine spindle, and the elastic member (400) is arranged in the first groove (221).

Honing head according to claim 1, characterized in that it further comprises a positioning member (500), said whetstone base plate (210) being provided with a first positioning hole (211), said whetstone base plate (220) being provided with a second positioning hole (222), said positioning member (500) being in positioning engagement with said first positioning hole (211) and said second positioning hole (222), respectively.

Honing head according to claim 1, characterized in that at least one of the whetstone base plate (210) and the whetstone base plate (220) is provided with a magnetic member (600), the whetstone base plate (220) is connected to the whetstone base plate (210) by means of the magnetic member (600), and the magnetic member (600) is located between the whetstone base plate (220) and the whetstone base plate (210).

The honing head of claim 5, further comprising a connector (700), wherein a second groove (212) is provided on a surface of the whetstone substrate (210) facing the whetstone substrate (220), the magnetic member (600) is disposed in the second groove (212), and the magnetic member (600) is connected to the whetstone substrate (210) through the connector (700).
7. Honing machine characterized by comprising a honing head according to any of the preceding claims 1-6 and a honing machine spindle, said honing head being detachably connected to said honing machine spindle.
