Compared with the installation mode that the display screen is directly clamped and embedded into the shell, the display part 12 is clamped by the base 11 and the clamping piece 13 to form a module, and the module is sleeved through the fixing sleeve 20 and then fixed on the handle shell 30, so that the whole display module 10 is more compact in structure, and the stability and the firmness of the assembly of the display module 10 and the handle shell 30 are improved.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, the clamping member 13 includes a cover 131 and a clamping sidewall 132, the clamping sidewall 132 surrounds an edge of the cover 131 and forms a clamping space together with the cover 131, the display portion 12 is located in the clamping space, and the clamping sidewall 132 is clamped to the base 11, so that the display portion 12 is clamped to the base 11, where the cover 131 is a transparent cover 131. Specifically, the cover 131 and the clamping sidewall 132 are integrally formed, the cover 131 is covered on the display portion 12 on the base 11, the clamping sidewall 132 surrounds the display portion 12 around the edge of the cover 131, the size of the cover 131 is matched with the size of the display portion 12, and the clamping sidewall 132 can be abutted to the peripheral edge of the display portion 12, so that the display portion 12 is limited in a clamping space surrounded by the cover 131 and the clamping sidewall 132. It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the cover 131 is made of a transparent material, and when the cover 131 is covered on the display portion 12, the image of the display portion 12 can still be displayed through the cover 131, and is not blocked by the cover 131. The clamping sidewall 132 may be clamped to the outer side of the base 11, for example, by sleeving the clamping sidewall 132 with the base 11, or may be clamped by an assembly structure, such as a resilient clamping arm, which is not limited herein. The clamping sidewall 132 is clamped to the base 11 to be closely fitted with the base 11 so that the cover 131 of the clamping member 13 is pressed against the display portion 12 to constitute a module. Therefore, the display part 12 on the base 11 is located in the clamping space of the clamping piece 13, the clamping piece 13 is arranged on the base 11, the cover 131 presses the display part 12, so that the display part 12 is clamped by the clamping piece 13 to form a module, and the structure is more compact, firm and convenient to assemble.
In other embodiments, the clamping member 13 may be in other structures, such as a structure of the sleeve 21, where the clamping member 13 is in interference fit with the display portion 12, or is sleeved with the display portion 12, and then the clamping member 13 is fixed to the base 11, so that the display portion 12 is clamped and fixed to the base 11 by the clamping member 13 to form a module; or the display part 12 and the base 11 are sleeved in the clamping piece 13 to form a module.
With continued reference to fig. 2-4, in one embodiment, the fixing sleeve 20 includes a sleeve body 21, the sleeve body 21 is sleeved on the outer side of the clamping sidewall 132, a display window 23 is formed on the sleeve body 21, and the cover 131 is exposed from the display window 23. In this embodiment, the fixing sleeve 20 is a sleeve body 21 with openings 31 at two ends, the sleeve body 21 is sleeved outside the clamping member 13 to fix the fixing sleeve 20 and the display module 10, and the opening 31 at one end of the sleeve body 21 is used as the display window 23 to expose the cover body 131 of the clamping member 13, so that the cover body 131 of the clamping member 13 is directly exposed to the outside and does not cover the display. The shape of the display window 23 is matched with the shape of the cover 131, the shape of the cover 131 is matched with the display portion 12, for example, the shape of the display window 23 is approximately rectangular to match the shape of the display portion 12, and the peripheral side of the cover 131 is closely attached to the inner edge of the display window 23 without gaps, so that the display window 23 and the cover 131 are assembled more tightly.
Referring to fig. 5, in an embodiment, the fixing sleeve 20 further includes an insertion portion 22, the insertion portion 22 extends from the sleeve body 21 toward the base 11, the insertion portion 22 is inserted into the opening 31, a step surface is formed at a connection portion between the sleeve body 21 and the insertion portion 22, and the step surface abuts against an end wall at the opening 31. Specifically, since the fixing sleeve 20 needs to be inserted into the opening 31 of the handle housing 30 to be fixed with the handle housing 30, the fixing sleeve 20 needs to be provided with the insertion portion 22, and the insertion portion 22 is fixedly engaged with the inner wall of the handle housing 30 beyond as in the opening 31 of the handle housing 30, thereby fixing the entire display module 10 to the handle housing 30. In this embodiment, the insertion portion 22 is formed along the edge of the sleeve body 21 of the fixing sleeve 20, the outer edge of the sleeve body 21 of the fixing sleeve 20 protrudes from the outer edge of the insertion portion 22, so that the transition between the outer edge of the sleeve body 21 of the fixing sleeve 20 and the outer edge of the insertion portion 22 is in a step shape, that is, the connection portion between the sleeve body 21 and the insertion portion 22 is formed with a step surface, when the insertion portion 22 is inserted into the opening 31 of the handle housing 30, the step surface just abuts against the end wall of the opening 31, so that the end wall of the opening 31 supports the sleeve body 21 of the fixing sleeve 20, the assembly is more stable, the outer edge of the sleeve body 21 of the fixing sleeve 20 can be flush with the outer peripheral wall of the handle housing 30, the integration with the handle housing 30 is improved, and the appearance effect is good.
