Because the bottom end of the first adjusting screw 601 abuts against the positioning plate 501 of the upper and lower adjusting plates, the screw moves down to drive the positioning plate 501 to move down, namely the box door 300 moves down. When the door 300 needs to be adjusted downward, the small end of the adjusting member 900 is abutted to the second hinge mounting portion, and thus the distance between the second hinge mounting portion and the second fixing plate 701 is reduced, and the door 300 moves downward. When the door 300 is to be adjusted upward, the end of the adjusting member 900 having a large height is abutted to the second hinge mounting portion, and thus the distance between the second hinge mounting portion and the second fixing plate 701 is increased, and the door 300 moves upward. By fine tuning the cabinet door 300, the cabinet door 300 is aligned with a cabinet, or the double-splice refrigeration equipment cabinet door 300 is aligned.
Alternatively, the adjuster 900 includes a height adjusting portion 901 and a spanner portion 902. The height adjusting section 901 is provided between the second fixing plate 701 and the second hinge mounting section. The lever portion 902 is disposed on one side of the height adjusting portion 901, and is used to adjust different positions of the height adjusting portion 901 to abut against the second hinge mounting portion. Wherein, the height of the first end to the second end of the height adjusting portion 901 is gradually increased, and different positions of the height adjusting portion 901 are abutted to the second hinge mounting portion to adjust the distance between the second fixing plate 701 and the second hinge mounting portion.
The lever 902 is provided on the side of the height adjusting part 901, so that the user can adjust the adjusting member 900 from the side during adjustment. The wavy bulge on the upper end surface of the height adjusting part 901 is matched with the wavy groove of the second hinge mounting part. The second end of the height adjusting part 901 is the maximum adjusting of the door 300. The split door type refrigeration equipment is provided with the product quality requirement, and the up-down error of the two box doors 300 is not more than 2mm. Optionally, the refrigeration device further comprises a third fixing plate 702. The third fixing plate 702 is disposed on the door 300 above the second hinge mounting portion. The third fixing plate 702 is provided to make the connection of the second fixing plate 701 with the cabinet door 300 more stable.
Optionally, the refrigeration device further comprises a connection plate 800. A connection plate 800 is vertically extended from one end of the second fixing plate 701, and the connection plate 800 is used to connect the second hinge 200.

The second fixing plate 701 is spaced apart from the second hinge mounting portion by an increased distance, and the door 300 is moved upward. After being adjusted to the desired position, fourth set screw 606 is tightened.
In the present embodiment, the refrigeration apparatus includes the first hinge 100, the first hinge mounting portion, the second hinge 200, and the second hinge mounting portion at the same time. At this time, the up-down adjustment ratio is 1:1. for example, the first hinge mounting part moves up by 2mm and the second hinge mounting part moves up by 2mm, so that the door 300 moves up by 2mm as a whole.
In another embodiment, the refrigeration appliance includes a first hinge 100, a first hinge mount and a conventionally attached living hinge. At this time, the up-down adjustment ratio is 2:1. for example, the first regulating member moves down by 2mm with respect to the first regulating hole, and the door 300 is adjusted down by 1mm. Alternatively, the first hinge 100 includes a first hinge connection plate 101 and a first hinge body. The first hinge connection plate 101 includes a first hinge connection riser 1012 and a first hinge connection side plate 1011. The first hinge connection side plate 1011 is vertically provided at one end of the first hinge connection riser 1012. The first hinge body is connected to the first connecting riser. Wherein the first hinge connection riser 1012 is connected to the second mounting portion 402 of the horizontal mounting plate 400, and the first hinge connection side plate 1011 is connected to the third mounting portion 403 of the horizontal mounting plate 400.
The first hinge connection side plate 1011 and the first hinge connection riser 1012 of the first hinge connection plate 101 are connected to the third mounting portion 403 and the second mounting portion 402 of the horizontal mounting plate 400, respectively. And the first hinge connection side plate 1011 and the first hinge connection riser 1012 are vertically disposed, and the multidirectional connection makes the connection of the first hinge 100 with the horizontal mounting plate 400 more stable.
Wherein a gasket is provided between the first hinge connection side plate 1011 and the third mounting portion 403 of the horizontal mounting plate 400, the gasket comprising a nylon gasket. When produced, the third set screw 605 connects to the third mounting portion 403, and the washer is used for positioning. Meanwhile, the nylon gasket has elastic deformation reserves, and the nylon gasket can be compressed by screwing the third fixing screw 605, so that the door body can be finely adjusted in the left-right direction relative to the first hinge 100. The first hinge connection riser 1012 is connected to the second mounting portion 402 by a first set screw 603. The first hinge connection riser 1012 is provided with a transverse guide hole, so that the door body can be conveniently adjusted and fixed relative to the first hinge 100 through the first fixing screw 603 after being adjusted in a left-right fine mode.
Optionally, the connection plate 800 includes a fourth mounting portion 801 and a fifth mounting portion 802. The fourth mounting portion 801 is vertically provided to the second fixing plate 701. The fifth mounting portion 802 is formed extending from one end of the fourth mounting portion 801 toward the second hinge mounting portion.
The fourth mounting portion 801 of the connection plate 800 is used to connect the second hinge 200, so that the connection plate 800 is fixed to the second hinge 200 as a whole. The connection plate 800 is connected to the third fixing plate 702 in the door 300 by the second fixing plate 701 and the fourth fixing screw 606, so that the stability of the hinge connection is increased. The second hinge connection side plate 2011 and the second hinge connection riser 2012 of the second hinge connection plate 201 are connected to the fifth mounting portion 802 and the fourth mounting portion 801 of the connection plate 800, respectively. And the second hinge connection side plate 2011 and the second hinge connection riser 2012 are vertically arranged, and the multidirectional connection makes the connection of the second hinge 200 and the connection plate 800 more stable.
A gasket is disposed between the second hinge connection side plate 2011 and the fifth mounting portion 802, and the gasket includes a nylon gasket. When produced, the sixth set screw 608 connects to the fifth mount 802, and washers are used for positioning. At the same time, the nylon gasket has an elastic deformation reserve, and the sixth fixing screw 608 is screwed to compress the nylon gasket, so that the door body can be finely adjusted in the left-right direction relative to the second hinge 200. 1. A refrigeration appliance, comprising:
a case;
the box door comprises a first hinge installation part and a second hinge installation part, wherein the first hinge installation part is provided with a horizontal installation plate and an upper and lower adjusting plate which are connected, the upper and lower adjusting plate is arranged in the box door, the horizontal installation plate is arranged above the upper and lower adjusting plate, the second hinge installation part is provided with a second fixing plate, a connecting plate and a third fixing plate, the connecting plate vertically extends from one end of the second fixing plate, the third fixing plate is arranged in the box door, and the second fixing plate is arranged below the third fixing plate;
one end of the first hinge is connected with the box body, and the other end of the first hinge is arranged on the horizontal mounting plate in the box door;
and one end of the second hinge is connected with the box body, and the other end of the second hinge is arranged on the connecting plate in the box door.
2. The refrigeration appliance of claim 1 further comprising:
the top cover is arranged at the top end of the first hinge installation part and comprises a triangular extension part, and the triangular top end faces to the top angle of the box door.

and the third installation part extends from one end of the second installation part to be perpendicular to the second installation part, wherein the second installation part is connected with the upper and lower adjusting plates.
5. The refrigeration appliance of claim 4 wherein said first hinge includes:
the first hinge connecting plate comprises a first hinge connecting vertical plate and a first hinge connecting side plate, wherein the first hinge connecting side plate is vertically arranged at one end of the first hinge connecting vertical plate; and, a step of, in the first embodiment,
a first hinge body connected to the first hinge connection riser,
the first hinge connection vertical plate is connected to the second installation portion of the horizontal installation plate, and the first hinge connection side plate is connected to the third installation portion of the horizontal installation plate.
6. The refrigeration appliance of claim 5 wherein the connection plate includes:
a fourth mounting portion vertically disposed on the second fixing plate; and, a step of, in the first embodiment,
and a fifth mounting portion extending from one end of the fourth mounting portion toward the second hinge mounting portion.
7. The refrigeration appliance of claim 6 wherein the second hinge includes:
the second hinge connecting plate comprises a second hinge connecting vertical plate and a second hinge connecting side plate, wherein the second hinge connecting side plate is vertically arranged at one end of the second hinge connecting vertical plate; and, a step of, in the first embodiment,
a second hinge body connected to the second hinge connection riser,
the second hinge connection vertical plate is connected to the fourth installation portion of the connecting plate, and the second hinge connection side plate is connected to the fifth installation portion of the connecting plate.
8. The refrigeration appliance of claim 7 further comprising:
the first fixing piece is connected with the first hinge connecting vertical plate and the second mounting part;
the second fixing piece is connected with the second installation part and the upper and lower adjusting plate;
a third fixing member connecting the first hinge connection side plate and the third mounting portion;
the fourth fixing piece is connected with the second fixing plate and the third fixing plate;
a fifth fixing member connecting the second hinge connecting riser and the fourth mounting portion;
and a sixth fixing member connecting the second hinge connection side plate and the fifth mounting portion.
9. A refrigeration device according to claim 8, wherein,
the first fixing piece comprises a first fixing screw, the second fixing piece comprises a second fixing screw, the third fixing piece comprises a third fixing screw, the fourth fixing piece comprises a fourth fixing screw, the fifth fixing piece comprises a fifth fixing screw, and the sixth fixing piece comprises a sixth fixing screw.
10. A refrigerating apparatus as recited in any one of claims 1 to 9, wherein,
the first hinge includes an embedded hinge and the second hinge includes an embedded hinge.
