The sliding portion 45 is freely inserted through the through hole 1222, and the left and right sides of the sliding portion 45 are respectively formed with the locking grooves 451, and the two locking grooves 451 are slidably connected to the left and right edges of the guide groove 1221.
Optionally, the sliding portion 45 has an inverted "T" shape, and includes a vertical section and a lateral section, the lateral section is located below the lateral plate 122, and the size of the lateral section is smaller than the size of the through hole 1222 to ensure that the lateral section can move forward to below the guide groove 1221 after freely passing through the through hole 1222, and the length of the guide groove 1221 in the left-right direction is smaller than the length of the lateral section in the left-right direction to prevent the lateral section from being pulled out upward from the guide groove 1221. The vertical section vertically movably penetrates through the guide groove 1221 and the through hole 1222, the upper end of the vertical section is fixedly connected with the bottom of the sliding block 4, and the lower end of the vertical section is fixedly connected with the middle position of the top surface of the transverse section. The left and right ends of the transverse section and the left and right sides of the vertical section define a clamping groove 451. When the slider 4 is mounted, the sliding portion 45 of the slider 4 penetrates through the T-shaped hole (wider surface) of the upper bracket 12, so that the slider 4 is pushed to move forward, and as the T-shaped hole is narrowed, the sliding portion 45 of the slider 4 is completely buckled into the upper bracket 12, even if the left and right edges of the guide groove 1221 are respectively inserted into the clamping grooves 451 on the left and right sides of the sliding portion 45, at this time, the slider can move back and forth relative to the guide groove 1221; the push rod 41 of the slider 4 protrudes outside the front face of the upper bracket 12 through the lateral through hole 1211 of the upper bracket 12.
Referring to fig. 1-2 and 5-6, a guide surface 22 is provided at the rear end upper side of the door hook 2 at the rear side of the locking groove 21, and the guide surface 22 can push the slider 3 to move upward when the door hook 2 moves backward. In this embodiment, the front end of the door hook 2 is bent to the left or right to form a flange 23, and the flange 23 is fixedly mounted on the door body assembly 8.
The lower end of the sliding member 3 is formed with an arc surface 33 matched with the guide surface 22, and the sliding member 3 is pushed to move upwards when the door hook 2 moves backwards through the matching of the arc surface 33 and the guide surface 22.
Referring to fig. 1-2 and fig. 6-7, a step surface 43 is provided on the upper side of the rear end of the slider 4 and located at the rear side of the active inclined wedge 42, the step surface 43 movably passes through the unlocking hole 31 and abuts against the upper edge of the unlocking hole 31 in the downward moving state of the slider 3, at this time, the step surface 43 abuts against the upper edge of the unlocking hole 31, so that the slider 4 is prevented from falling off the unlocking hole 31, and the slider 3 is reliably hung, thereby realizing the downward limit of the slider 3. Of course, referring to fig. 8, a rear limiting portion 44 located at the rear side of the active inclined wedge 42 may be disposed at the upper side of the rear end of the slider 4, where the rear limiting portion 44 is fixedly disposed on the top surface of the step surface 43 and extends upward, and the rear limiting portion 44 is disposed at the rear side of the unlocking hole 31 and abuts against the rear surface of the slider 3 in the downward moving state of the slider 3, so as to prevent the slider 4 from being pulled out of the unlocking hole 31 forward.
In order to limit the vertical movement stroke of the slider 3 and prevent the slider 3 from being separated from the vertical groove 110 of the lower bracket 11 upward or downward, referring to fig. 1, 3, 6 and 9, a limiting structure (not shown) is disposed between the slider 3 and the lower bracket 11 of the bracket assembly 1, and the limiting structure is used for limiting the slider 3 up and down.
The limiting structure comprises a fixed shaft 61 and a vertically arranged limiting hole 32, the lower end of the sliding piece 3 is provided with the limiting hole 32 for the fixed shaft 61 to pass through, the fixed shaft 61 transversely penetrates through the limiting hole 32 and is fixedly connected with the lower bracket 11, and the limiting hole 32 can move up and down relative to the fixed shaft 61. Thus, by the cooperation of the fixed shaft 61 and the limiting hole 32, the sliding part 3 is ensured not to be separated from the vertical groove 110, and the installation reliability of the sliding part 3 is improved. Optionally, the limiting structure further includes a fastener 62, the rear end of the fixed shaft 61 is connected to the rear edge 111 of the lower bracket 11, and the front end of the fixed shaft 61 is connected to two side edges 112 of the lower bracket 11 through the fastener 62.
Referring to fig. 1, 3 and 9, in the present embodiment, the rear edge 111 of the lower bracket 11 is provided with a large flanging hole 1110 through which one end of the fixed shaft 61 far from the limiting boss 611 passes, the left side 112 of the lower bracket 11 is provided with a through hole 1122 through which the fastener 62 passes, and the right side 112 of the lower bracket 11 is provided with a screw hole 1123 arranged corresponding to the through hole 1122. A limit boss 611 is fixedly arranged at the rear end of the fixed shaft 61, and a shaft hole 612 for the fastener 62 to pass through is arranged at the front end. The fastener 62 is a screw, the head of which is provided with a limit boss, and the tail of which is provided with a thread 621. During installation, the front end of the fixed shaft 61 sequentially passes through the large flanging hole 1110 of the lower bracket 11 and the limit hole 32 of the sliding piece 3 from back to front until the limit boss 611 abuts against the rear edge 111 of the lower bracket 11; then, the fastener 62 sequentially passes through the through hole 1122 of the lower bracket 11 and the shaft hole 612 of the fixed shaft 61 from left to right, and then the threaded portion 621 of the fastener 62 is fastened and connected with the screw hole 1123 of the lower bracket 11, and the limit boss of the fastener 62 abuts against the left side edge of the lower bracket 11. Thus, the rear end of the fixed shaft 61 is securely and fixedly coupled to the lower bracket 11 by the fastener 62.
