A package 100 provided according to some embodiments of the present utility model is described below with reference to fig. 1 to 6.
In one embodiment according to the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 4, the present utility model proposes a packing box 100 comprising: the first folding portion 110 includes a plurality of folding regions 111, a folding line 112 is provided between any two adjacent folding regions 111, the folding line 112 is used for enabling the two adjacent folding regions 111 to be folded relatively, the plurality of folding regions 111 form a box 120 when the first folding portion 110 is in a folded state, and the box 120 includes a receiving cavity 121; the plurality of second folding parts 130, the plurality of second folding parts 130 are respectively connected to two sides of the first folding part 110, any one second folding part 130 comprises a first limiting plate 131, and when the second folding part 130 is in a folding state, the first limiting plate 131 is positioned in the accommodating cavity 121 and is arranged adjacent to the side wall of the box body 120, and an installation space is reserved between the first limiting plate 131 and the corresponding side wall of the box body 120; a plurality of reinforcing plates 140, any reinforcing plate 140 being located in the installation space.
The package 100 proposed in the present application is used for packaging various electric devices, and the package 100 is formed by folding a board body. As shown in fig. 1, the package 100 includes a first folded portion 110, the first folded portion 110 including a plurality of folded regions 111, the first folded portion 110 being in a flat plate state without being folded. In order to facilitate folding of the respective folding zones 111 in the first folding portion 110, a folding line 112 is further provided between the respective folding zones 111 in the first folding portion 110, any adjacent two folding zones 111 may be folded along the folding line 112, and an operator may fold the plurality of folding zones 111 along the folding line 112 when manufacturing the package 100. As shown in fig. 3, after the operator folds the plurality of folds along the fold line 112, the first fold 110 is in a folded state, at this time, the plurality of fold areas 111 form a box 120, and the box 120 has a receiving cavity 121, and the receiving cavity 121 is used for placing the electrical equipment to be packaged.
Further, as shown in fig. 6, in order to enhance the strength of the packing box 100, a plurality of second folding portions 130 are further provided in the packing box 100. The plurality of folds are respectively connected to both sides of the first fold 110. The second folding portions 130 are in a flat plate state when not folded, and any one of the second folding portions 130 includes a first limiting plate 131, and in order to facilitate folding of the second folding portion 130, the second folding portion further includes a folding line 112. When the second folding portion 130 is folded, an operator can fold the first limiting plate 131 along the folding line 112, and when the second folding portion 130 is in the folded state, the first limiting plate 131 is folded into the accommodating cavity 121, and at this time, the first limiting plate 131 is disposed adjacent to the side wall of the case 120. When the second folding portion 130 is in a folded state, a certain distance is provided between the first limiting plate 131 and the corresponding side wall of the case 120 to form an installation space, and the reinforcing plate 140 for improving the strength of the package 100 can be installed in the installation space.
Further, in order to improve the strength of the packing box 100, a plurality of reinforcing plates 140 for improving the strength of the packing box 100 are further provided in the packing box 100. It can be appreciated that if the side wall of the package 100 is formed only by the partial folded region 111 in the first folded portion 110, the side wall of the package 100 is easily deformed or broken when a large pressure is applied thereto, thereby causing damage to the electrical equipment placed in the package 100. In order to improve the strength of the package 100, the present application further provides a plurality of reinforcing plates 140 in the package 100. Specifically, any reinforcing plate 140 is located in the installation space between the first limiting plate 131 and the side wall of the box body 120, and the first limiting plate 131 is attached to the reinforcing plate 140, so that the reinforcing plate 140 is limited by the first limiting plate 131, and the reinforcing plate 140 is shielded by the first limiting plate 131, so that the inside of the box body 120 is kept neat and attractive.
The manufacturing process of the package 100 is as follows: as shown in fig. 2 and 3, an operator first folds the plurality of folding areas 111 in the first folded portion 110 along the folding line 112, and the folded first folded portion 110 forms the case 120. As shown in fig. 4 and 5, the operator then installs the plurality of reinforcing plates 140 to the sides of the case 120 facing the receiving chamber 121, respectively, and after the installation of the reinforcing plates 140 is completed, the operator folds the plurality of second folding portions 130 connected to both sides of the first folding portion 110, as shown in fig. 6. Any second folding portion 130 includes a first limiting plate 131 and a folding line 112 for folding the first limiting plate 131, an operator folds the first limiting plate 131 into the accommodating cavity 121 along the folding line 112, and under the condition that the second folding portion 130 is in a folded state, the first limiting plate 131 is located at one side of the reinforcing plate 140 corresponding to the first limiting plate 131, which faces the accommodating cavity 121, so that the reinforcing plate 140 can be limited by the first limiting plate 131.
In one possible embodiment, the number of the second folded portions 130 is two, and the two second folded portions 130 are respectively connected to two sides of the first folded portion 110. The number of the reinforcing plates 140 is two, and the two reinforcing plates 140 are respectively installed between the first limiting plates 131 in the two second folded portions 130 and the side walls of the case 120.
Through set up a plurality of reinforcing plates 140 in packing carton 100 to set up reinforcing plate 140 between the lateral wall of first limiting plate 131 and box body 120, thereby can promote the bulk strength of box body 120 through reinforcing plate 140, and then promote the protective effect to the electrical equipment in the packing carton 100. By arranging the first limiting plate 131 in the second folded portion 130 of the packing box 100, the reinforcing plate 140 can be limited by the first limiting plate 131, and the reinforcing plate 140 can be shielded by the first limiting plate 131, so that the packing box 100 is tidy and attractive.
In one embodiment according to the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 6, the first folded portion 110 includes a bottom plate 113, and any of the second folded portions 130 further includes: the end plate 132, two ends of the end plate 132 are connected to the bottom plate 113 and the first limiting plate 131, respectively, and the end plate 132 is located at a side of the sidewall of the case 120 facing the outside in a folded state of the second folded portion 130.
In this embodiment, the structures of the first folded portion 110 and the second folded portion 130 are defined. The first folding portion 110 includes a bottom plate 113, and any second folding portion 130 includes an end plate 132, where the end plate 132 is used to connect the first limiting plate 131 with the first folding portion 110. Specifically, one end of the end plate 132 in any second folded portion 130 is connected to the bottom plate 113 in the first folded portion 110, the other end is connected to the first limiting plate 131 in the second folded portion 130, and the end plates 132 in the plurality of second folded portions 130 are respectively connected to two sides of the bottom plate 113.
Further, in the case where the second fold 130 is in a folded state, the end plate 132 is located at a side of the sidewall of the case 120 facing the outside, that is, the sidewall of the case 120 and the reinforcing plate 140 are located between the first limiting plate 131 and the end plate 132. When the operator folds the second folding portion 130, the operator folds the end plate 132 in the second folding portion 130 along the folding line 112, at this time, the end plate 132 is attached to a side of the side wall of the box 120 facing the outside, then the operator installs the reinforcing plate 140 on a side of the side wall of the box 120 facing away from the outside, after the installation of the reinforcing plate 140 is completed, the operator folds the first limiting plate 131 in the second folding portion 130 along the folding line 112, so that the first limiting plate 131 is folded to a side of the corresponding reinforcing plate 140 facing the accommodating cavity 121.
Through setting up end plate 132 in second folded portion 130, accessible end plate 132 links to each other bottom plate 113 in first folded portion 110 with first limiting plate 131 to, because end plate 132 is located the lateral wall of box body 120 and faces one side of external world, accessible end plate 132 protects the lateral wall of box body 120, further promotes the bulk strength of packing carton 100.
In one embodiment according to the present application, as shown in fig. 4 and 5, the package 100 further includes: the second limiting plates 154 are connected with the side wall of the box body 120, the second limiting plates 154 are located at one side of the side wall of the box body 120, which is away from the outside, and at least part of the reinforcing plates 140 in the reinforcing plates 140 are located between the second limiting plates 154 and the side wall of the box body 120.
In this embodiment, the structure of the package 100 is further defined. In order to further limit the reinforcing plate 140, a plurality of second limiting plates 154 are also provided in the packing box 100. Specifically, any one of the second limiting plates 154 is connected to a folded portion of the first folded portion 110 that is used to form a side wall of the box 120, and when the first folded portion 110 is folded into the box 120, the plurality of second limiting plates 154 are connected to ends of the side wall of the box 120 that is away from the bottom plate 113. Under the condition that the second limiting plate 154 is in the folded state, the second limiting plate 154 is located at one side of the side wall of the box body 120 facing away from the outside, and at least part of the reinforcing plates 140 in any reinforcing plate 140 are located between the second limiting plate 154 and the side wall of the box body 120, so that the reinforcing plates 140 can be limited by the second limiting plate 154.
The manufacturing process of the package 100 is as follows: as shown in fig. 4, after the operator completes folding the first folding portion 110, the operator installs the plurality of reinforcing plates 140 to the side walls of the case 120 toward the side inside the accommodating chamber 121, respectively, after the first folding portion 110 is folded into the case 120. As shown in fig. 5, after the installation of the reinforcing plate 140 is completed, the operator folds the second limiting plate 154 along the folding line 112 between the second limiting plate 154 and the side wall of the box body 120, and the second limiting plate 154 is folded to the corresponding side of the reinforcing plate 140 facing the accommodating cavity 121 and is attached to the reinforcing plate 140, so that the reinforcing plate 140 is limited by the second limiting plate 154, and the reinforcing plate 140 is prevented from falling out. After the second limiting plate 154 is folded, the operator folds the second folded portion 130, and the first limiting plate 131 in the second folded portion 130 is folded to a side of the second limiting plate 154 facing the accommodating cavity 121.
Through setting up second limiting plate 154 in packing carton 100 to can carry out spacingly to reinforcing plate 140 simultaneously through second limiting plate 154 and first limiting plate 131, further promote reinforcing plate 140's installation reliability, avoid reinforcing plate 140 to deviate from.
In one embodiment according to the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, the plurality of folding areas 111 includes: a first front plate 114; a rear plate 115, wherein the first front plate 114 and the rear plate 115 are respectively connected to both ends of the bottom plate 113; a plurality of first connection plates 116 respectively connected to both sides of the first front plate 114; a plurality of second connection plates 117 connected to both sides of the rear plate 115, respectively; the first front plate 114, the rear plate 115, the plurality of first connection plates 116, the plurality of second connection plates 117, and the bottom plate 113 form the case 120.
In this embodiment, a plurality of folding areas 111 in the first folding portion 110 are defined, the plurality of folding areas 111 includes a first front panel 114, a rear panel 115, a plurality of first connection panels 116, a plurality of second connection panels 117, and a bottom panel 113, wherein the first front panel 114 and the rear panel 115 are respectively connected to both ends of the bottom panel 113, a folding line 112 extending in a first direction is provided between the first front panel 114 and the bottom panel 113, a folding line 112 extending in the first direction is provided between the rear panel 115 and the bottom panel 113, the first front panel 114 and the rear panel 115 are foldable with respect to the bottom panel 113 along the folding line 112, and the folded first front panel 114 and rear panel 115 respectively constitute a front wall and a rear wall of the case 120.
Further, a plurality of first connection plates 116 are respectively connected to two sides of the first front plate 114, a folding line 112 extending along a second direction is provided between any one of the first connection plates 116 and the first front plate 114, a plurality of second connection plates 117 are respectively connected to two sides of the rear plate 115, a folding line 112 extending along the second direction is provided between any one of the second connection plates 117 and the rear plate 115, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. The first connecting plates 116 are foldable relative to the first front plate 114 along the folding lines 112, and the second connecting plates 117 are foldable relative to the rear plate 115 along the folding lines 112, and the folded first connecting plates 116 and second connecting plates 117 constitute side walls of the case 120.
The folding process of the pack 100 is as follows: the operator first folds the first front and rear panels 114, 115 about the bottom panel 113 along fold line 112, with the folded first front and rear panels 114, 115 forming an angle of about 90 with the bottom panel 113. Then, the first connection plates 116 connected to both sides of the first front plate 114 are folded with respect to the first front plate 114, specifically, the operator folds the first connection plates 116 in a direction toward the rear plate 115, and an angle between the folded first connection plates 116 and the first front plate 114 is about 90 °. After the folding of the first connecting plate 116 is completed, the operator folds the plurality of second connecting plates 117 connected to both sides of the rear plate 115 with respect to the rear plate 115, specifically, the operator folds the second connecting plates 117 in a direction toward the first front plate 114, and an included angle between the folded second connecting plates 117 and the rear plate 115 is about 90 °. At this time, the adjacent first connection plates 116 and second connection plates 117 together constitute side walls of the case 120, the first front plate 114 and rear plate 115 constitute front and rear walls of the case 120, respectively, and the bottom plate 113 constitutes a bottom wall of the case 120, so that the case 120 is constituted by the first front plate 114, rear plate 115, first connection plates 116, second connection plates 117, and bottom plate 113 together.
In one embodiment according to the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 2, either one of the first connection plates 116 is provided with a first connection member 118, and either one of the second connection plates 117 is provided with a second connection member 119, and the first connection member 118 is connected to the second connection member 119 such that the first connection plate 116 and the second connection plate 117 constitute a side wall of the case 120.
In this embodiment, in order to maintain the structure of the case 120 stable, first and second connection members 118 and 119 are also provided in the first and second connection plates 116 and 117, respectively. Specifically, any one of the first connection plates 116 is provided with a first connection member 118, and in the case that the first folding portion 110 is folded into the case 120, the first connection member 118 is close to the second connection plate 117; any one of the second connection plates 117 is provided with a second connection member 119, and the second connection member 119 is close to the first connection plate 116 in a state that the first folding portion 110 is folded into the case 120. The first connecting member 118 is detachably connected to the second connecting member 119, so that the first connecting plate 116 can be connected to the corresponding second connecting plate 117, so that the first connecting plate 116 and the second connecting plate 117 are connected into a whole, and the overall stability of the package 100 is improved.
In one possible embodiment, the first and second connectors 118, 119 are configured with slotted hooks, and when the first connector 118 is connected to the second connector 119, the first and second connectors 118, 119 are respectively snapped into the slots of each other to detachably connect the first connector 118 to the second connector 119.
Through setting up first connecting piece 118 in first connection edition to set up in the second connecting piece 119 of first connecting piece 118 adaptation in second connecting plate 117, thereby can be through first connecting piece 118 with second connecting piece 119 with first connecting plate 116 with second connecting plate 117 be connected, thereby make first connecting plate 116 and second connecting plate 117 constitute an entity, promoted the holistic stability of packing carton 100.
In one embodiment according to the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 3, the package 100 further includes: a second front plate 160 connected to an end of the first front plate 114 facing away from the bottom plate 113, the second front plate 160 being located at a side of the first front plate 114 facing away from the outside; the third limiting plates 161 are respectively connected to two sides of the second front plate 160, any one of the third limiting plates 161 is located in the accommodating cavity 121, and at least a portion of the reinforcing plates 140 in any one of the reinforcing plates 140 is located between the third limiting plate 161 and the first connecting plate 116.
In this embodiment, the structure of the package 100 is further defined, and the package 100 further includes a second front plate 160 and a plurality of third limiting plates 161. Wherein, the second front panel 160 is connected to an end of the first front panel 114 facing away from the bottom panel 113, a folding line 112 extending along the first direction is provided between the second front panel 160 and the first front panel 114, the second front panel 160 is foldable relative to the first front panel 114 along the folding line 112, and the second front panel 160 is located on a side of the first front panel 114 facing away from the outside when the package 100 is in the folded state.
Further, the package box 100 is further provided with a plurality of third limiting plates 161, the plurality of third limiting plates 161 are respectively connected to two sides of the second front plate 160, a folding line 112 extending along the second direction is provided between any one of the third limiting plates 161 and the second front plate 160, and the third limiting plates 161 can be folded along the folding line 112 relative to the second front plate 160. When the package 100 is in the folded state, the third limiting plate 161 is located in the accommodating cavity 121, and at least part of the reinforcing plates 140 in any reinforcing plate 140 is located between the third limiting plate 161 and the first connecting plate 116, so that the reinforcing plates 140 can be limited by the third limiting plate 161.
The folding process of the pack 100 is as follows: after the operator completes the folding of the first folding portion 110, the operator folds the third limiting plate 161 with respect to the second front plate 160 along the folding line 112 after the first folding portion 110 is folded into the case 120, and then folds the second front plate 160 with respect to the first front plate 114 along the folding line 112, the folded second front plate 160 and third limiting plate 161 are positioned in the receiving cavity 121, and then the operator inserts the reinforcing plate 140 between the third limiting plate 161 and the side wall of the case 120, and the third limiting plate 161 is attached to the reinforcing plate 140 to limit the reinforcing plate 140.
By providing the second front plate 160 and the plurality of third limiting plates 161 connected to both sides of the second front plate 160 in the packing box 100, the reinforcing plate 140 can be further limited by the third limiting plates 161, so as to improve the stability of the packing box 100.
In one embodiment according to the present application, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the package 100 further includes: the plurality of stoppers 151, any one of the stoppers 151 being provided on the first stopper plate 131, the stopper 151 being abutted against the second front plate 160 when the second front plate 160 and the second folded portion 130 are in a folded state.
In this embodiment, the structure of the package 100 is further defined, and in order to avoid the first limiting plate 131 from moving in the accommodating cavity 121, the present application further provides a plurality of clamping members 151 in the package 100. Specifically, any of the positioning members 151 is disposed on the first limiting plate 131, the positioning member 151 protrudes from an end portion of the first limiting plate 131, and when both the second front plate 160 and the second folding portion 130 are in a folded state, the positioning member 151 and the second front plate 160 are abutted against each other toward a side in the accommodating cavity 121. As can be appreciated, if there is a gap between the first limiting plate 131 and the first front plate 114, the first limiting plate 131 is easy to move under the action of external force or self-tension, so as not to be attached to the reinforcing plate 140, which may result in poor limiting effect of the first limiting plate 131 on the reinforcing plate 140. In order to avoid the above problem, the present application sets the clamping member 151 at one end of the first limiting plate 131 facing the second front plate 160, and makes the clamping member 151 contact with the second front plate 160, and when the first limiting plate 131 has a moving trend, a friction force is generated between the clamping member 151 and the second front plate 160, so as to prevent the first limiting plate 131 from moving.
The first limiting plate 131 is provided with the clamping piece 151, and the clamping piece 151 is abutted against the second front plate 160 under the condition that the second front plate 160 and the second folding part 130 are in the folded state, so that the first limiting plate 131 can be prevented from moving by friction force between the clamping piece 151 and the second front plate 160, the limiting effect of the first limiting plate 131 on the reinforcing plate 140 is improved, and the inside of the packaging box 100 can be kept neat and attractive.
In one embodiment according to the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the package 100 further includes: the third folded portion 170 is connected to an end of the rear plate 115 facing away from the bottom plate 113, and includes a plurality of folded regions 111, and in a state where the third folded portion 170 is folded, the plurality of folded regions 111 form a cover 180, and the cover 180 is used to open or close the accommodating chamber 121.
In this embodiment, the structure of the package 100 is further defined, and the package 100 further includes a third folded portion 170. Specifically, the third folding portion 170 is connected to an end of the rear panel 115 facing away from the bottom panel 113, and the third folding portion 170 includes a plurality of folding areas 111, between which the plurality of folding areas 111 have folding lines 112 for facilitating folding, and the plurality of folding areas 111 can be folded along the folding lines 112. In the case where the third folded portion 170 is in the folded state, the plurality of folded regions 111 constitute the cover 180, and the cover 180 can be rotated within a certain angular range with respect to the case 120, so that the cover 180 can open or close the accommodating chamber 121.
By providing the third folding portion 170 in the package 100, the third folding portion 170 can be folded into the cover 180, and the cover 180 can be fastened to the case 120 to close the accommodating cavity 121, thereby protecting the electrical equipment placed in the accommodating cavity 121. The cover 180 can be rotated within a certain angular range with respect to the case 120 such that the cover 180 opens the receiving cavity 121 to facilitate the removal of the electrical device from the package 100 or the display of the electrical device.
In one embodiment according to the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 2 and 6, the third folding portion 170 includes: a cover plate 171 connected to an end of the rear plate 115 facing away from the bottom plate 113 of the case 120; the third front plate 172 is connected to an end of the cover plate 171 facing away from the rear plate 115, and the third front plate 172 is located at a side of the first front plate 114 facing the outside when the cover 180 is fastened to the case 120.
In this embodiment, the structure of the third folded portion 170 is defined, and the third folded portion 170 includes a cover plate 171 and a third front plate 172. Wherein, the cover plate 171 is connected to an end of the back plate 115 away from the bottom plate 113 of the box 120, the third front plate 172 is connected to an end of the cover plate 171 away from the back plate 115, a folding line 112 is provided between the cover plate 171 and the third front plate 172, and the third front plate 172 can be folded relative to the cover plate 171 along the folding line 112. Under the condition that the third folding portion 170 is in a folded state, the third folding portion 170 is folded to form a cover 180, and under the condition that the cover 180 is buckled on the box body 120, the third front plate 172 is located at one side of the first front plate 114 facing to the outside, so that the cover 180 can close the accommodating cavity 121 of the box body 120 to protect electrical equipment placed in the accommodating cavity 121.
The folding process of the pack 100 is specifically as follows: after the operator completes the folding of the first and second folds 110, 130, the operator folds the third front panel 172 relative to the cover panel 171 along the fold line 112 such that the third front panel 172 folds along the side toward the case 120 to fold the third fold 170 to form the cover 180.
By providing the third front plate 172 connected to the cover plate 171 in the third folded portion 170, when the cover 180 folded by the third folded portion 170 is fastened to the case 120, the third front plate 172 can be fastened to the first front plate 114 of the case 120 on the side facing the outside, so as to improve the sealing effect of the cover 180 on the accommodating cavity 121.
In one embodiment according to the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 3 and 4, the third folded part 170 further includes: the clamping piece 173 is connected to one end of the third front plate 172, which is away from the cover plate 171; the first front plate 114 is provided with a bayonet 152, and the locking member 173 can be inserted into the bayonet 152 when the cover 180 is locked to the case 120.
In this embodiment, the structure of the third folded portion 170 is further defined. In order to enable the cover 180 to be firmly fastened to the case 120, the third folding portion 170 is further provided with a fastening member 173, and the first front plate 114 is provided with a bayonet 152 adapted to the fastening member 173. Specifically, the clamping member 173 is connected to one end of the third front plate 172 away from the cover plate 171, the clamping member 173 can be bent relative to the third front plate 172, the bayonet 152 is disposed on the first front plate 114, and the clamping member 173 can be bent to insert into the bayonet 152 under the condition that the cover body 180 is buckled on the box body 120, so that the cover body 180 can be clamped on the box body 120 through the cooperation of the clamping member 173 and the bayonet 152, the cover body 180 can be firmly buckled on the box body 120, and the protection effect of the packing box 100 on the electrical equipment placed in the accommodating cavity 121 is improved.
By providing the locking member 173 in the third front plate 172 of the cover 180 and providing the bayonet 152 adapted to the locking member 173 in the first front plate 114 of the case 120, the locking member 173 can be inserted into the bayonet 152 to lock the cover 180 and the case 120, so that the cover 180 can be firmly locked on the case 120, and the protection effect of the package 100 on the electrical equipment placed in the accommodating cavity 121 is improved.
In one embodiment according to the present application, as shown in fig. 1, the second front plate 160 is provided with a relief groove 153 to relieve the snap 173.
In this embodiment, the second front plate 160 is further provided with the escape groove 153, and it is understood that, when the clip 173 is inserted into the bayonet 152, if the structure for escaping the clip 173 is not provided in the second front plate 160, the clip 173 will abut against the second front plate 160, and the clip 173 will not be locked in place. In order to avoid interference between the clamping piece 173 and the second front plate 160, the avoiding groove 153 for avoiding the clamping piece 173 is formed in the second front plate 160, the clamping piece 173 can penetrate through the avoiding groove 153 and extend into the accommodating cavity 121, so that the clamping piece 173 can be clamped in place, the fixing effect of the clamping piece 173 to the cover body 180 is improved, the cover body 180 can be firmly buckled on the box body 120, and the protection effect of the packing box 100 on electrical equipment placed in the accommodating cavity 121 is improved.
