The secondarily pressurizable rinse nozzle of the present application is applicable to a rinse, but is not limited to a rinse, and may be applied to any other suitable device.
According to the embodiment of the first aspect of the present application, as shown in fig. 1, 2, 3 and 4, the secondarily pressurizable tooth irrigator nozzle includes a nozzle tube 1 and a first nozzle head 2, a first liquid flow channel 11 is formed in the nozzle tube 1, a first end of the nozzle tube 1 is provided with a water inlet communicated with the first liquid flow channel 11, a second end of the nozzle tube 1 is provided with a first water outlet 12 communicated with the first liquid flow channel 11, the first nozzle head 2 is connected with a second end of the nozzle tube 1, a second liquid flow channel 21 is formed in the first nozzle head 2, the second liquid flow channel 21 is communicated with the first water outlet 12, an end of the first nozzle head 2 away from the nozzle tube 1 is provided with a second water outlet 22, and the area of the cross section of the second water outlet 22 is smaller than that of the first water outlet 12.
When the secondarily pressurizable tooth punch nozzle of the embodiment of the application is applied to a tooth punch, the first end of the spray pipe 1 is connected with the body of the tooth punch, so that the water inlet of the spray pipe 1 is communicated with the body of the tooth punch, the water pump of the tooth punch can pressurize water and then convey the water to the first liquid flow channel 11, then the water flows to the first water outlet 12 along the first liquid flow channel 11, the water flows to the second liquid flow channel 21 through the first water outlet 12, then the water flows to the second water outlet 22 along the second liquid flow channel 21, finally the water is sprayed out from the first spray head 2 through the second water outlet 22, when the water passes through the second water outlet 22, the area of the cross section of the second water outlet 22 is smaller than that of the first water outlet 12, namely, the second water outlet 22 is smaller than that of the first water outlet 12, the second water outlet 22 can secondarily pressurize the water, further the secondary pressurization of the water flow is realized, and the water outlet pressure is improved, so that the cleaning requirement of a user is met.
In the embodiment of the present application, the diameter of the second water outlet 22 is smaller than the diameter of the first water outlet 12. When the water pump is used, the first water outlet 12 and the second water outlet 22 are both circular water outlets, the diameter of the second water outlet 22 is designed to be smaller than that of the first water outlet 12, so that the area of the cross section of the second water outlet 22 is smaller than that of the cross section of the first water outlet 12, water flow passing through the second water outlet 22 can be urgent, water pressure can be larger, and when water flows from the first water outlet 12 to the second water outlet 22, the second water outlet 22 can carry out secondary pressurization on the water, and the water outlet pressure is improved.
It should be noted that the shapes of the first water outlet 12 and the second water outlet 22 are not limited, and may be elliptical or irregular, and only the area of the cross section of the first water outlet 12 is ensured to be larger than that of the cross section of the second water outlet 22.
In the embodiment of the present application, the diameter of the second water outlet 22 is, for example, less than or equal to 0.6mm, and the diameter of the second water outlet 22 is controlled to be 0.6mm or less than 0.6mm, so that the diameter of the second water outlet 22 is smaller than the diameter of the first water outlet 12, and the pressure of the water flow flowing out through the second water outlet 22 is ensured to be increased, thereby realizing the secondary pressurization of the water flow.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the first liquid flow channel 11 extends towards the second liquid flow channel 21, and the first water outlet 12 is at least partially located within the second liquid flow channel 21. In use, the first water outlet 12 is not disposed in the second liquid flow path 21 in the related art, and when water flows from the first water outlet 12 into the second liquid flow path 21, there may be a disturbance in the water flow at the junction of the first water outlet 12 and the second liquid flow path 21, the water flow cannot be maintained to flow smoothly, so that the water flow cannot flow stably and smoothly from the first water outlet 12 to the second liquid flow path 21. The present application provides the first water outlet 12 within the second liquid flow channel 21 such that water may flow stably from the second water outlet 22 into the second liquid flow channel 21.
In one embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, a pressure relief channel 23 is disposed on a side wall surface of the first nozzle 2, and the pressure relief channel 23 is in communication with the second water outlet 22. When the user uses the shower nozzle, the first shower nozzle 2 may be abutted against the oral cavity or the part to be flushed, and at this time, the second water outlet 22 may be blocked by the user. Through be provided with the pressure release passageway 23 that communicates with second delivery port 22 on the lateral wall face of first shower nozzle 2, can avoid first shower nozzle 2 to be plugged up completely, when second delivery port 22 was plugged up, water can flow to pressure release passageway 23 from second delivery port 22, then flow through pressure release passageway 23, and then can avoid the unable water pressure that causes of flowing out of rivers too high, the sealing failure of the junction of first shower nozzle 2 and spray tube 1 has been avoided, also can prevent that too high water pressure from causing the internal pressure of the body of tooth flusher too big and taking place the damage.
In the embodiment of the present application, as shown in fig. 3, the pressure release channel 23 is a pressure release groove 231, and the pressure release groove 231 is communicated with the second water outlet 22. When the shower nozzle is used, the pressure relief groove 231 is formed in the side wall surface of the first shower nozzle 2, so that the second water outlet 22 is blocked by a user, namely, water cannot flow forwards along the second water outlet 22, and then water flows from the second water outlet 22 to the pressure relief groove 231 on the side wall surface of the first shower nozzle 2, so that the water is prevented from blocking the first shower nozzle 2 and the shower nozzle 1, and the water flows can flow normally.
It should be noted that the number of the pressure release grooves 231 is, for example, two or more. The specific number of the pressure release grooves 231 can be increased or decreased according to actual situations.
