a strip-shaped scribing hole is formed along the length direction of the guide plate, so that a pen point of a scribing pen can extend into the scribing hole, and a scribing operation of scribing a central line is performed on the top of the cranium of the subject.

An elongated scribing hole 5 is formed along the length direction of the guide plate, into which a pen head of a scribing pen is inserted, and a scribing operation for scribing a center line is performed on the top of the cranium of the subject.
The guide plate can be integrally formed or can be formed by two parts.
