Detailed Description
The following description of the embodiments of the present disclosure will be made clearly and fully with reference to the accompanying drawings, in which it is apparent that the embodiments described are only some, but not all embodiments of the utility model. All other embodiments, which can be made by one of ordinary skill in the art without undue burden from the disclosed embodiments, are also within the scope of the present utility model.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present application is an endoscope connector provided with a slot, which comprises a tubular connector section 1 and an insertion section 2 coaxially connected to one end of the connector section 1, wherein the diameter of the insertion section 2 is smaller than that of the connector section 1.
During assembly, the insertion section 2 is inserted into the insertion tube, and the diameter of the joint ring section 1 is larger than that of the insertion section 2, so that the section of the joint ring is stepped, and the insertion tube wraps the insertion section 2 and then abuts against the end face of the joint ring section 1 to complete connection between the joint ring and the insertion tube.
The insertion section 2 is provided with a strip-shaped slot 3 from the end surface far away from the ring-connecting section 1 to the direction of the ring-connecting section 1. In a preferred embodiment, the slot 3 extends from the end face remote from the collar segment 1 through the insertion segment 2 to the end face of the collar segment 1 connected thereto, i.e. the slot 3 extends completely through the portion of the insertion segment 2 protruding from the collar segment 1.
The slot 3 is used for fixing the capillary 4, and the capillary 4 is fixed in the slot 3 along the length direction of the slot 3. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the capillary tube 4 is tubular, and its length and diameter are determined according to the specific use situation. Any length and diameter of capillary tube 4 is within the scope of the present utility model. The capillary tube 4 can be a hard tube or a soft tube.
In a preferred embodiment, the slot 3 is rectangular, and as shown in fig. 3, the width of the slot 3 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the capillary 4, and the capillary 4 is embedded in the slot 3 from the inside of the connector outwards for fixing. I.e., the penetration of the insertion section 2 through the capillary 4 increases the space available inside the collar, allows a larger or more strands to pass through the collar,
the width of the slot 3 is slightly smaller than the diameter of the capillary 4, and in a preferred embodiment, the capillary 4 penetrates into the insertion section 2 to the extent that the wall of the insertion section is thick, i.e. the outer diameter of the capillary 4 is inscribed with the outer diameter of the insertion section 2. In this embodiment, it is possible to achieve maximum expansion of the space within the tube while not affecting the fitting of the insertion tube.
In other preferred embodiments, the capillary tube 4 is immersed to such an extent that the outer diameter of the capillary tube 4 is positioned between the inner and outer diameters of the insertion section 2. This solution ensures that the capillary tube 4 does not protrude beyond the outer wall of the insertion section 2 while expanding the space inside the tube.
In a preferred embodiment, the capillary tube 4 is welded to the slot 3. The preferred bonding method is shown in fig. 4, in which the capillary 4 is bonded to the slot 3 by spot welding, the spot welding positions are located at the upper and lower sides of the slot 3, respectively, and the distance between the welding spots 6 is the same. Preferably, three welding spots 6 are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the slot 3.
In a preferred embodiment, the insertion section 2 is provided with two slots 3 in the same plane, which plane passes through the axis of the insertion section. I.e. the collar of this embodiment is provided with left and right slots 3, which is applied to a bi-directionally adjustable snake bone endoscope.
In other preferred embodiments, the insertion section 2 is provided with two slots 3 of a first plane and two slots 3 of a second plane perpendicular to the first plane, the intersection line of the first plane and the second plane coinciding with the axis of the insertion section. I.e. in this embodiment four slots 3 up and down, and left and right, the collar is applied to a four-way adjustable snake bone endoscope.
As shown in fig. 5, the connector ring of the present utility model comprises a tubular connector ring section 1, and an insertion section 2 coaxially disposed at one end of the connector ring section 1 and having an outer diameter smaller than that of the connector ring section 1, wherein two slots 3 penetrating the insertion section 2 in the length direction are disposed on the insertion section 2, and the slots 3 are located on a plane passing through the axis of the insertion section 2. The two grooves 3 are welded with a capillary 4 in the length direction respectively, and the outer diameter of the capillary 4 is tangential to the outer diameter of the insertion section 2. The capillary tube 4 is penetrated with a steel wire rope 5, so that after the joint ring is assembled, the steel wire rope 5 is controlled by a handle to adjust the snake bone of the endoscope.
The connecting ring has the advantages of simple structure, low production cost and convenient mass production.
