6. The large air-based water making coffee machine of claim 5, wherein: the water collecting disc (20) is arranged right below the water making sheet (21), and the source water tank (25) is arranged right below the water collecting disc (20) and is communicated with the water collecting disc (20).
7. The large-scale air-based water making coffee machine of claim 1, wherein: the source water tank (25) and the clean water tank (26) are respectively provided with a floating ball for monitoring the water level.
