The attachment portion 30 includes a second end 302, the second end 302 being capable of extending into the recess and mechanically connecting with the first end 1021, thereby mechanically connecting the attachment portion 30 with the body portion 10 (as shown in fig. 1).
Embodiments of the present application are further described below in conjunction with fig. 4 and 5.
Fig. 4 shows a cross-section of the handheld cleaning device 1 in fig. 1. A driving device 101 is disposed in the main body portion 10. The driving device 101 is configured as a motor and drives a fan, not shown here, to suck dust or the like on an object to be cleaned from the suction nozzle 20 into the dust collection part 50. An energy supply 301 for supplying energy to the drive device 101 is arranged in the attachment 30. In this embodiment, the energy supply device 301 is a battery. A charging port (not shown in detail) is formed on the attachment portion 30, through which the secondary battery can be charged.
As can be seen in fig. 4, the electrical connection device 40 further comprises a retractor 401, the retractor 401 being electrically connected to the first connection end 4021 of the electrical connection wire 402. In the mechanically connected state of the handheld cleaning appliance 1 shown in fig. 4, the electrical connection wire 402 is retracted and wound on the retractor 401.
According to this embodiment, a radial accommodation space 1023 is formed between the first slot 1022 and the inner wall of the first housing 102, and the retractor 401 is disposed in the accommodation space 1023. The retractor 401 is electrically connected to the driving device 101 through an electrical connection portion 4011. As previously described, the first connection end 4021 of the electrical connection cord 402 is connected to the retractor 401 and the second connection end 4022 (not shown, see also fig. 5) of the electrical connection cord 402 is electrically connected to the energy supply device 301 or the battery. Accordingly, electrical energy is transferred from the battery to the motor via the electrical connection 402 and the retractor 401.
In a further embodiment (not shown in detail), a second receptacle is configured in the second end 302 of the attachment portion 30, in which the retractor 401 is arranged. The retractor 401 is electrically connected to the battery and the second connection end 4022 of the electrical connection wire 402 is electrically connected to the driving device 101. Accordingly, electrical energy is transferred from the battery to the motor via the retractor 401 and the electrical connection 402.
Fig. 5 shows a cross-sectional view of the handheld cleaning device 1 in fig. 2. As shown in fig. 5, the attachment portion 30 is mechanically separated from the main body portion 10. The electrical connection wires 402 thus protrude from the retractor 401 and remain at a defined length. According to this embodiment, the total length of the electrical connection line 402 is 2m.
As best seen in fig. 5, a first engagement portion 10221, such as a slot, is formed in the bottom wall of the first slot 1022 and a second engagement portion 3022, such as a tongue, is formed in the end face of the second end 302. In a state where the attachment portion 30 is mechanically connected to the main body portion 10, the second engagement portion 3022 is engaged with the first engagement portion 10221.
Further, a first guide 10222, such as a guide groove, is configured on the inner peripheral wall of the first slot 1022, and a second guide 3023, such as a guide bar, is configured on the outer periphery of the second end 302. The second guide 3023 is guided in the first guide 10222 during insertion or extraction of the second end 302 into or from the first slot 1022. This ensures that the attachment portion 30 is axially inserted or extracted with respect to the main body portion 10, thus facilitating the operation of the user.
In this embodiment, in which the retractor 401 is arranged in the body portion 10, a recess 3021 is also configured on the second end portion 302. The recess 3021 engages the accommodation space 1023 with the second end 302 inserted into the first notch 1022 of the first end 1021. The first guide 10222 and the second guide 3023 thus also ensure a reliable alignment and engagement of the recess 3021 with the accommodation 1023.
In case the user needs to use the handheld cleaning device 1 for cleaning, e.g. for cleaning dust, the user can pull the attachment part 30 out of the main body part 10. The electrical connection line 402 thus protrudes from the retractor 401 by a length of, for example, 1m and is locked and held in this length by a locking structure (not shown in detail) on the retractor 401. In the state in which the electrical connection wire 402 is extended, by slightly pulling the electrical connection wire 402 with respect to the retractor 401, the electrical connection wire 402 is unlocked and can be rewound onto the retractor 401 under the action of a reset means of the retractor 401, such as a reset spring. Thus, the electrical connection wire 402 is prevented from being clamped between the attachment portion 30 and the main body portion 10 to make a mechanical connection impossible, while the electrical connection wire 402 is prevented from being clamped.
During cleaning, the battery continues to power the motor via the electrical connection 402 and the retractor 401. The user can pull out and place the attachment portion 30 in a relatively fixed position and need only hold the main body portion 10 for cleaning.
In case of poor environmental conditions, such as high temperatures, the attachment portion 30 may be placed in a ventilated or cool place while only the hand-held main body portion 10 is operated in a high temperature environment. This also avoids damage or even failure of the attachment portion 30 including the battery due to high temperature.
Furthermore, the attachment portion 30 can be pulled out and placed in the pocket, which also reduces the hand weight of the user during cleaning operations.
In addition, in the case where the storage space is limited, particularly in the case where the storage length is limited, it is also possible to pull out the attachment portion 30 and place the attachment portion 30 side by side with the main body portion 10, for example. This not only saves space, but also avoids loss of the attachment portion 30 from the body portion 10 due to mechanical separation by the electrical connection wires 402.
Of course, the hand-held cleaning device 1 may be held in a state where the attachment portion 30 is mechanically connected to the main body portion 10, that is, the attachment portion 30 is attached to the main body portion 10, to perform the cleaning operation.
In summary, the hand-held cleaning device 1 can be used particularly flexibly and conveniently for cleaning by the embodiments of the present application, improving the operational convenience and the use experience of the user.
Although specific embodiments have been described above, these embodiments are not intended to limit the scope of the disclosure even if only a single embodiment is described with respect to a particular feature. The characteristic examples provided in this disclosure are intended to be illustrative, not limiting, unless stated otherwise. In a specific implementation, the features may be combined with one another where technically feasible according to the actual requirements. Various substitutions, alterations, and modifications can be made without departing from the spirit and scope of the application.
