In the description of the present application, unless explicitly stated and limited otherwise, the terms "mounted," "connected," and "connected" are to be construed broadly, and may be, for example, fixedly connected, movably connected, or detachably connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; can be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate medium, can be communicated with the inside of two elements, and the like. The specific meaning of the terms in this application will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art in a specific context.
Referring to fig. 1-4, an embodiment of the present application provides a dual-wheel stirring transmission structure, which is applied to an air fryer with stirring function, the air fryer includes a base 100 with a stirring driving motor 1 and a pull-type pot body 200 with a stirring piece 2, wherein:
a first roller 3 which can revolve around the axis of the stirring piece 2 is arranged below the bottom surface of the pull-out type pot body 200;
a second roller 4 rotatably connected to the output shaft of the stirring driving motor 1 is provided on the upper surface of the base 100;
the revolution path of the first roller 3 and the revolution path of the second roller 4 have coincident points, so that the second roller 4 is connected with the first roller 3 in the revolution process and drives the first roller 3 to synchronously revolve.
In the process of pushing the pull-out type pot body 200 into the base 100, if the first roller 3 does not collide with the second roller 4, the pull-out type pot body can be smoothly pushed in; if the first roller 3 collides with the second roller 4, the first roller will spring out under the action of the mutual impact force, so that the pull-out type 200 is pushed in without obstacle. The gear transmission in the prior art is replaced by the first roller 3 and the second roller 4, so that the tooth beating problem generated in the installation process of the pull type pot body is effectively eliminated, the structure is simplified, and the cost is reduced.
After the pull type pot body 200 is installed in place, the stirring driving motor 1 is started, so that the second roller 4 drives the first roller 3 to revolve in the same direction, and the stirring function is realized.
In some possible embodiments, the first roller 3 and the second roller 4 have the same structure, so that the first roller 3 and the second roller 4 can be used commonly, and the effect of reducing the manufacturing cost is achieved.
In some possible embodiments, the bottom surface of the first roller 3 is higher than the bottom surface of the second roller 4, so as to leave a proper rolling surplus space, avoiding collision wear.
In some possible embodiments, an upper rotary table 31 rotatable around the axis is provided on the lower surface of the bottom surface of the pull-type pan body 200, and the first roller 3 is connected with the axis of the pull-type pan body 200 through the upper rotary table 31; and/or, a lower turntable 41 capable of rotating around the axis of the bottom surface is arranged on the upper surface of the base 100, and the second roller 4 is connected with the axis of the rotating shaft of the motor 5 through the lower turntable 41. The upper rotary table 31 and the lower rotary table 41 can respectively slide the first roller 3 and the second roller 4 more effort-saving, thereby enabling the pushing and pulling processes of the pull-out type pot body 200 to be smoother.
In some possible embodiments, the first roller 3 is rotatably disposed on an outer bottom surface of the upper turntable 31 extending in a horizontal direction; and/or the second roller 4 is rotatably disposed on the outer top surface of the lower turntable 41 extending in the horizontal direction, so that the transmission structure is as simple as possible and the transmission loss is as small as possible.
In some possible embodiments, the distance between the first roller 3 and the axis is slightly smaller than the distance between the second roller 4 and the axis, so that the first roller 3 slides more easily than the second roller 4, and the pushing and pulling processes of the pull-out pot 200 are smoother.
In some possible embodiments, the diameter of the upper turntable 31 is larger than that of the lower turntable 41, so that the first roller 3 is easier to rotate than the second roller 4, and the pushing and pulling processes of the pull-out type pot 200 are smoother.
In some possible embodiments, the second roller 4 is connected to the lower turntable 41 through a push rod 42, and the push rod 42 can play a role of increasing the pushing force generated by the second roller 4 during collision, so that the pushing and pulling processes of the pull-out type pot 200 are smoother.
