Description
Technical Field
The present utility model relates to a container, and more particularly, to a substrate container with enhanced viewing window for accommodating semiconductor substrates, which is convenient for carrying, storing or transporting the accommodated substrates.
Background
Conventionally, a substrate used in the semiconductor industry is often a fragile sheet or plate-like material such as glass or silicon wafer. Therefore, in the manufacturing process such as production or processing, it is generally required to store the container such as a cassette, a housing box or a carrying box, and then carry or store the container according to the process requirement.
In order to facilitate the viewing of the substrate contained therein, the container is provided with a window on one side (e.g., the rear side) of the container, but the structural strength on the wall surface of the container is weakened after the window is opened, so that the weight of the substrate can be reduced.
In general, a structure for supporting a substrate in a container is generally provided on an inner surface of a rear side thereof. Therefore, under the premise of adding the window, the structural strength of the rear side of the container is greatly weakened, so that the container cannot bear the weight of the substrate and is damaged. It is therefore also difficult to implement window designs in practical products.
In view of this, the present inventors have made intensive studies and have conducted an application in combination with the theory to solve the above-mentioned drawbacks, and have finally proposed a present application which has a rational design and effectively improves the above-mentioned drawbacks.
Disclosure of Invention
The present utility model provides a substrate container with reinforced view window, which is designed by ribs and supporting structure to maintain the structural strength of the substrate container under the premise of adding view window.
Another object of the present utility model is to provide a substrate container with a reinforced view window, which can further provide a placement structure for supporting a substrate, and increase the weight of the substrate that can be supported or borne by the substrate container.
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, the present application provides a substrate container for strengthening a view window, comprising a container body and a supporting structure; the container body is provided with a bottom, a top opposite to the bottom and two side walls enclosed between the bottom and the top, an opening is formed at the front end of the container body, a rear cover is arranged at the rear end of the container body for closing the opening, and a supporting structure is arranged on the rear cover; the back cover is provided with a hollow part, and a rib is formed on the hollow part, and is vertical and integrally connected with the back cover, so that the support structure is assembled on the rib from the outside of the container body.
Based on the technical characteristics, the structural strength of the container body can be further improved under the premise of additionally arranging the hollow part to serve as a window. Meanwhile, the due capability of bearing or bearing the weight of the substrate can be maintained, so that the original functions of the substrate container are not affected by the addition of the window.

Detailed Description
For a further disclosure of the features and technical content of the present application, reference is made to the following detailed description of the application and the accompanying drawings, which are provided for reference and illustration only and are not intended to limit the application.
Please refer to fig. 1, 2 and 3, which are an external perspective view, a partially exploded view and an external perspective view of another view of the present application. The application provides a substrate container for strengthening a view window, which comprises a container body 1 and a supporting structure 2 arranged on the container body 1; wherein:
as shown in fig. 3, the container body 1 has a bottom 10, a top 11 opposite to the bottom 10, and two sidewalls 12 surrounding the bottom 10 and the top 11, so as to form an opening 13 at the front end of the container body 1 for the placement structure 3 (as shown in fig. 4) to be disposed in the container body 1, and can be used for accommodating two or more substrates 4.
Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 5, the container body 1 further has a rear cover 14 at a rear end thereof to connect the bottom 10, the top 11 and the two side walls 12 of the container body 1 and close at a rear end of the opening 13. The rear cover 14 may further form a protruding surface 140 that is folded laterally to increase the structural strength of the rear cover 14 itself by the folded shape, the rear cover 14 or the protruding surface 140 is provided with a hollow portion 15 as a window, and a rib 141 is formed on the hollow portion 15, and the rib 141 is vertically and integrally connected to the rear cover 14 or the protruding surface 140, so that the supporting structure 2 is assembled on the rib 141 from the outside of the container body 1.
As mentioned above, the supporting structure 2 may be strip-shaped and disposed along the extending direction of the rib 141 integrally connected to the rear cover 14 or the protruding surface 140 thereof. Furthermore, the outer surface of the rib 141 is provided with a positioning frame 141a, and the contour of the positioning frame 141a matches the outer shape of the support structure 2 and is smaller in size, so that a concave shape is formed on the inner surface of the support structure 2 for the positioning frame 141a to be embedded (i.e. as shown in fig. 6), thereby facilitating the assembly and positioning of the support structure 2.
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, the rib 141 may extend at least laterally beyond the support rib 142, and a groove 142a opposite to the direction in which the protruding surface 140 is gathered is formed in the extending direction of each support rib 142, and the hollow portion 15 may be partitioned into two or more windows 150, 151 by each support rib 142; in the embodiment of the present application, the number of the supporting ribs 142 is two or more, and the supporting ribs extend from the middle section of the rib 141 to the outside in the oblique upward and oblique downward directions respectively, so as to be integrally connected to the rear cover 14 or the protruding surface 140 thereof, thereby increasing the lateral supporting force of the rib 141, and meanwhile, the number of the windows 150, 151 and the size thereof can be required by each supporting rib 142, and each window 150, 151 can be respectively provided with a corresponding transparent plate 150a for blocking, and the transparent plate 150a can be made of materials such as acryl. In addition, as shown in fig. 4, the width W1 at the middle section of the rib 141 may be greater than the width W2 at the upper or lower section thereof, so that the area of the portion integrally connected with each support rib 142 may be increased, and the structural strength of the rib 141 may be further improved.
Accordingly, as shown in fig. 5 and 6, the inner surface of the rib 141 is opposite to the container body 1, and the placement structure 3 provided in the container body 1 has a straight main bar 30 and two or more lateral support bars 31 provided at intervals along the longitudinal direction of the straight main bar 30. The straight main rod 30 is disposed on the inner surface of the rib 141 to clamp the rib 141 together with the supporting structure 2, so that the rib 141 and the supporting structure 2 can further provide structural strength of the straight main rod 30 to support the weight of the substrate 4 to be stored, and the rear cover 14 can be provided with the viewing windows 150 and 151 thereon to increase the viewing direction and angle of the interior of the container body 1, thereby facilitating the viewing of the substrate 4 stored in the container body 1.
Therefore, the substrate container with the enhanced view window can be obtained by the structure.
Therefore, by the substrate container of the enhanced view window of the present application, the design of the rib 141 and the supporting structure 2 can add the hollow portion 15 or the windows 150, 151 to view the internal condition from the outside. And simultaneously, the structural strength of the substrate container can be maintained, so that the placing structure 3 of the substrate container for bearing the substrate 4 is further provided, and the weight of the substrate 4 which can be borne or borne by the placing structure is increased. Therefore, the present application can further enhance the structural strength of the container body and maintain the capability of bearing or supporting the weight of the substrate 4 under the condition that the hollow portion 15 or the windows 150, 151 are additionally arranged to serve as windows, so that the original functions of the substrate container are not affected by the arrangement of the structures such as the windows.
However, the foregoing description is only one preferred embodiment of the present application and is not intended to limit the scope of the present application, so that all changes that come within the meaning and range of equivalency of the description and the drawings are intended to be embraced therein.
