When the rolling brush assembly 110 of the cleaning device is placed on the base 130, external air does not enter the first air inlet 113 of the shell 111 any more, and circulating air flow in the third air duct 131 enters the shell through the first air inlet 113; the air flow in the main air duct 121 is not discharged to the outside any more, and the air flow in the main air duct 121 enters the third air duct 131 of the base 130 through the second air outlet 123 or the side air outlet 126, forming a closed circulation air flow, which is advantageous for air-drying the roller brush 112 in the housing 111 of the roller brush assembly 110 and air-drying the main air duct 121.
When the cleaning device air dries the main air duct 121 and the rolling brush assembly 110, the cleaning device 100 is in an air drying mode, and the rotational speed of the blower and the second driving motor for driving the blower is in a first preset interval, wherein the rotational speed of the blower is between 5000rpm and 18000rpm, i.e., 5000 to 18000 rotations per minute.
The fan and the second drive motor are at a lower rotational speed than in a cleaning mode of the cleaning device, and when the cleaning device is in the cleaning mode, the fan and the second drive motor are at a higher rotational speed up to 60000rpm, namely up to 60000 revolutions per minute, and the noise value is between 70dBA and 80 dBA; the cleaning device in air-dry mode, due to the rotational speed of the car bottom, has a relatively small noise value, between 45dBA and 55 dBA.
The rotational speed of the roller brush in the cleaning mode is 500rpm to 800rpm, i.e. the rotational speed of the roller brush is 500 to 800 revolutions per minute, which is still much lower than the rotational speed of the fan and the second drive motor.
Therefore, the cleaning device in the air-drying mode has lower noise, but the air-drying effect is higher. Wherein the rotating speed of the rolling brush in the rolling brush assembly is reduced to below 90rpm, namely the rotating speed of the rolling brush is reduced to 90 rpm; or the rolling brush and the first driving motor for driving the rolling brush are rotated at intervals, and the rolling brush and the first driving motor are rotated for a preset time interval, for example, rotated for 100 milliseconds every 5 minutes, so that the excessive moist air can be discharged out of the shell through rotation, and the rolling brush and the first driving motor are rotated at a lower rotating speed or rotated for a shorter rotating time interval, and the noise of the whole cleaning device is at a lower level.
Therefore, the cleaning device provided by the utility model has the advantages of low noise while being capable of air-drying the main air duct and the rolling brush assembly in an air-drying mode, and particularly, the fan and the second driving motor for driving the fan rotate at a low rotating speed, so that the cost can be greatly reduced.
The cleaning device further comprises a controller, wherein the controller is electrically connected with the cleaning device, and the controller can control the cleaning device to enter a cleaning mode or an air drying mode.
The utility model provides a floor washing machine which can be used for air-drying a main air duct of a machine body and also can be used for air-drying a rolling brush assembly by utilizing the structural characteristics of the floor washing machine after the floor washing machine is cleaned in a cleaning mode, wherein in the air-drying process, the rotating speeds of a fan and a second driving motor are set in a first preset interval, for example, the rotating speed of the fan is 5000rpm to 18000rpm, the rotating speeds of the rolling brush and the first driving motor are lower than the first preset speed, and the first preset speed can be set to 90rpm, so that the floor washing machine has noise of a car bottom in the air-drying mode, and the noise of the whole machine is only 45dBA to 55dBA, thereby realizing low-noise self-air-drying of the whole machine.
For further noise, the rolling brush and the first driving motor can also intermittently rotate for a certain period of time, such as 100ms, every 5 minutes, so as to achieve a better noise reduction effect.
In the air drying mode, a fan in a main air duct of the floor washing machine drives air flow to circulate continuously, so that air drying can be realized; when the floor washing machine is placed on the base, the main air channel and the third air channel in the base form a closed circulating air channel, so that the air drying of the air channel is facilitated; under the effect of fan, the air current in the main air duct flows with the air current circulation in the third air duct in the base to utilize first driving motor and the heat that the rotation of second driving motor and give off, air-dry round brush and whole main air duct in the circulation air duct, improved air-dry efficiency, because there is not outside extra equipment, no other drying equipment yet, consequently, the in-process of air-drying, the cost does not have corresponding improvement, moreover, because the fan is in the air-dry mode down, with lower rotational speed rotation, still practiced thrift the cost.
The cleaning device provided by the utility model can also be used for a floor washer, and the cleaning device can be used for air-drying the rolling brush and the main air duct through the self structure, so that the interior of the floor washer can be kept clean all the time after the floor is cleaned, and the phenomenon of bacteria breeding caused by the humidity in the floor washer after multiple uses is prevented.
Compared with the existing floor washing machine with a base, when the cleaning device is applied to the floor washing machine, a closed circulating air channel can be formed, and the main air channel and the rolling brush of the floor washing machine are air-dried, so that the cleaning device has higher efficiency.
When the cleaning device provided by the utility model is used for cleaning the ground, the cleaning device has a good effect of low noise.
The present utility model is not limited to the above-mentioned embodiments, and any changes or substitutions that can be easily understood by those skilled in the art within the technical scope of the present utility model are intended to be included in the scope of the present utility model. Therefore, the protection scope of the utility model is subject to the protection scope of the claims.
