3. The exercise bench of claim 2 wherein: the frame body is provided with a tubular pivoting part; the rocker arm is sleeved with the tubular pivoting part of the frame body through a pivot pipe, so that the rocker arm can rotate.
4. The exercise bench of claim 2 wherein: the wheel body is arranged at the bottom of the rocker arm, and the rocker arm contacts the ground through the wheel body.
5. The exercise bench according to any of claims 2 to 4 wherein: the tray is rotatably pivoted to the rocker arm.
6. The exercise bench of claim 5 wherein: the rocker arm is provided with a pivot pipe part; the bottom of the tray is sleeved with a pivot pipe and a pivot pipe part of the rocker arm.
