Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects of the prior art, the application provides a folding pouring template and a pouring support sleeve, so as to overcome the problems of inconvenient transportation and inconvenient use of a conventional template.
In a first aspect, the present application provides a folding pouring formwork, where the folding pouring formwork includes a first formwork and a second formwork, and one side of the first formwork and one side of the second formwork are hinged by a bending hinge; the opposite side of the first template is hinged with the third template through a hinge, and/or the opposite side of the second template is hinged with the fourth template through a hinge; when the folding pouring template is completely unfolded, the first template, the second template, the third template and/or the fourth template are/is in the same plane, and the bending hinge and the hinge are in the same visible plane.

In order to facilitate standard operation, in an alternative implementation, the first square frame and the third square frame are arranged at equal heights; and/or the second square frame and the fourth square frame are arranged at equal heights.

In a second aspect, the present application provides a casting support kit comprising a folded casting formwork of any one of the alternative implementations of the first aspect, and a number of securing assemblies. The fixing assembly comprises a first vertical rod, a second vertical rod and a positioning cross rod, wherein the first vertical rod is provided with a first fixing hole, the second vertical rod is provided with a second fixing hole, the first fixing hole is equal to the second fixing hole in height setting and is matched with the top edge of the folding pouring template in height, the positioning cross rod penetrates through the first fixing hole and the second fixing hole, and the positioning cross rod is detachably fixed with the first vertical rod and/or the second vertical rod.
In an alternative implementation manner, the fixing assembly further comprises a plurality of positioning bolts for fixing the folding pouring template, the positioning cross rod is provided with a plurality of positioning holes, and the positioning bolts are inserted into the positioning holes.

Example 1
Referring to fig. 1 to 3, an embodiment of the present application provides a folding pouring formwork 1, where the folding pouring formwork 1 includes a first formwork 11 and a second formwork 12, and one side of the first formwork 11 and one side of the second formwork 12 are hinged by a bending hinge 15; the opposite side of the first template 11 is hinged to the third template 13 by a hinge 16, and the opposite side of the second template 12 is hinged to the fourth template 14 by another hinge 16.
When the folding pouring formwork 1 is fully unfolded, the first formwork 11, the second formwork 12, the third formwork 13 and the fourth formwork 14 are positioned on the same plane, and the bending hinge 15 and the hinge 16 are positioned on the same visible surface.
In this embodiment, the bending hinge 15 is a four-fold bending hinge, as shown in fig. 4, the bending hinge 15 includes 2 bending pieces 151,2 hinged through a hinge shaft 152, and the bending pieces 151 are fixedly connected with the first mold plate 11 or the second mold plate 12 respectively.

In this application, the bent hinge 15 and the hinge 16 are located on the same visible surface, which means that the bent hinge 15 and the hinge 16 are located on the same surface after the folding pouring formwork is unfolded. In the present embodiment, the third square frame 131 is identical in size to the fourth square frame 141; in other embodiments, the third square frame 131 is not uniform in size with the fourth square frame 141.
In this embodiment, in order to facilitate folding and maximize the working surface, the length L3 of the third template 13 is smaller than or equal to the length L1 of the first template 11, and the length L4 of the fourth template 14 is smaller than or equal to the length L2 of the second template 12, that is, L3L 1, L4L 2.
In this embodiment, the length L1 of the first template 11 and the length L2 of the second template 12 are 80-120 cm, and the length L3 of the third template 13 and the length L4 of the fourth template 14 are 30-120 cm.

In other embodiments, the first template 11, the second template 12, the third template 13, and the fourth template 14 may be in a one-piece flat plate structure.
In order to facilitate standard operation, in the present embodiment, the first square frame 111 and the third square frame 131 are disposed at equal heights; the second square frame 121 and the fourth square frame 141 are disposed at equal heights.
In order to improve the application scenario, in this embodiment, the heights of the first square frame 111, the second square frame 121, the third square frame 131 and the fourth square frame 141 are the same, and the height H is 60-100 cm.
In order to facilitate the overall folding, in this embodiment, the axes of rotation of the bending hinges 15 and the hinges 16 are parallel.
In order to facilitate the fixing support, in the present embodiment, the thicknesses of the first template 11, the second template 12, the third template 13, and the fourth template 14 are the same.
In order to enhance the sufficient supporting effect, the thickness D of the first template 11, the second template 12, the third template 13 and the fourth template 14 is preferably 2-15 cm in this embodiment.
Example 2
The present embodiment provides a casting support kit comprising at least 2 folding casting templates 1 according to embodiment 1, and several fixing assemblies 2.
The fixing assembly 2 is used for fixing and supporting the folding pouring formwork 1, and the folding pouring formwork 1 is used as a blocking formwork for pouring concrete so as to form a building component.
Referring to fig. 7, in this embodiment, the fixing assembly 2 includes a first upright 21, a second upright 22, and a positioning cross rod 23, where the first upright 21 is provided with a first fixing hole 211, the second upright 22 is provided with a second fixing hole 221, the first fixing hole 211 is equal-height to the second fixing hole 221 and is matched with the top edge of the folding pouring formwork 1 in height, and the positioning cross rod 23 is threaded through the first fixing hole 211 and the second fixing hole 221, and the positioning cross rod 23 is detachably fixed with the first upright 21 and/or the second upright 22.
In this embodiment, the fixing assembly 2 further includes a plurality of positioning pins 24 for fixing the folding pouring formwork 1, the positioning cross bar 23 is provided with a plurality of positioning holes 25, and the positioning pins 24 may be inserted into the positioning holes 25.
In this embodiment, one end of the positioning cross bar 23 is inserted through the first fixing hole 211 and is fixedly connected with the first upright 21, and the positioning cross bar 23 is orthogonally disposed with the first upright 21.

The following examples are examples of methods of use of the casting support kit including the steps of:
A. paving a bottom plate 27 according to pouring construction requirements;
