Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present disclosure may be more clearly understood, a further description of aspects of the present disclosure will be provided below. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present disclosure and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure, but the present disclosure may be practiced otherwise than as described herein; it will be apparent that the embodiments in the specification are only some, but not all, embodiments of the disclosure.
It should be noted that in this document, relational terms such as "first" and "second" and the like are used solely to distinguish one entity or action from another entity or action without necessarily requiring or implying any actual such relationship or order between such entities or actions. Moreover, the terms "comprises," "comprising," or any other variation thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises a list of elements does not include only those elements but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such process, method, article, or apparatus. Without further limitation, an element defined by the phrase "comprising one … …" does not exclude the presence of other like elements in a process, method, article, or apparatus that comprises the element.
With the increasing popularity of vehicles, people put forward higher demands on functions of the vehicles, and in terms of improving the sound immersion effect of the whole vehicle, a common practice is to add speakers in all directions of a vehicle personnel capsule so that all directions of the personnel capsule can make sounds.
In this regard, in the related art, speakers are attached to a ceiling, a front door, a rear door, and the like of a vehicle.
However, the inventors have noted that while arranging speakers at different positions, it is necessary to provide speaker masks on surfaces of the corresponding positions to secure the sound transmittance of the speakers. The design can damage the integrity of the mounting surface, and meanwhile, as part of the mounting positions are of curved surface structures, the overlapping joint of the loudspeaker face shield and the mounting positions can be not attached, so that the problem of leakage exists.
For example, referring to fig. 1, a speaker mounting structure of the related art includes a base material 10', a decorative material 30' connected to the base material 10', a fixing bracket 20' connected to the base material 10' and used for mounting a speaker 200, and a speaker cover 204. In this mounting structure, through holes are formed in both the base material 10 'and the decorative material 30', the fixing bracket 20 'is mounted on a side of the through holes facing away from the cabin, and the speaker cover 204 covers the through holes and is connected to the fixing bracket 20'.
Thus, since the substrate 10' of the ceiling is generally configured to have a curved surface structure, the speaker mask 204 may have a lap joint seam when the curved surfaces are overlapped, and the production efficiency of the vehicle may be reduced when the ceiling is perforated and the speaker mask 204 is installed.
Based on the above-mentioned considerations, in order to enhance the productivity of the vehicle, the inventors have conducted intensive studies to design a speaker mounting structure which eliminates the provision of the speaker mask 204 in the related art and designs the decorative material 30' to be of a non-open-pore structure so as to directly cover the through-holes on the base material 10' with the decorative material 30 '. Thus, the process of forming holes in the decorative material 30 'and the process of installing the speaker cover 204 are omitted, and the installation efficiency of the speaker and the production efficiency of the vehicle are greatly improved while the integrity of the decorative material 30' is improved.
The speaker mounting structure and the vehicle disclosed in the embodiments of the present application can be applied to, but not limited to, electric vehicles, new energy vehicles such as hydrogen energy vehicles, fuel vehicles, and the like. The following description will take a vehicle as an example of an electric vehicle.
The following describes a speaker mounting structure and a vehicle technical solution provided in the embodiments of the present application.
Fig. 2 is a schematic cross-sectional view of a mounting structure for a speaker provided in some embodiments of the present application; fig. 3 is an enlarged view of a portion a of the mounting structure of the speaker shown in fig. 2.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, some embodiments of the present application provide a mounting structure 100 of a speaker, the mounting structure 100 being for mounting the speaker of a vehicle. The mounting structure 100 comprises a base material 10, a fixing bracket 20 and a decoration material 30, wherein the base material 10 is provided with a through hole 11; the fixing bracket 20 is connected to the base material 10 and is used for mounting the speaker 200; the decoration material 30 is connected to the base material 10 and is laminated with the base material 10, and the decoration material 30 completely covers the through hole 11.
The mounting structure 100 is for mounting a speaker 200 of a vehicle, and the mounting structure 100 may be provided to a ceiling, front and rear doors, front and rear seats, and the like of the vehicle, for example. The function of this is to house and secure the speaker 200 so that it can be hidden in the mounting structure 100 while transmitting sound to the cabin.
The substrate 10 is the structural component of the mounting structure 100, and is typically a metal or alloy. In embodiments where the mounting structure 100 is a vehicle roof, the substrate 10 is a vehicle roof; when the mounting structure 100 is a front-rear door of a vehicle, the base material 10 is the front-rear door of the vehicle.
The base material 10 is provided with a through hole 11, and the through hole 11 is used for providing a sound transmission channel for transmitting sound to the personnel capsule for the speakers 200, so that the sound emitted by each speaker 200 can be mainly transmitted out of the corresponding through hole 11, and the improvement of the sound immersion effect of the whole car in the personnel capsule is realized.
The through hole 11 is disposed opposite to the diaphragm of the speaker 200 so that sound generated by vibration of the diaphragm can be directly discharged to the cabin through the through hole 11. The size of the cross section of the through hole 11 may be selected according to the model of the speaker 200, and the size of the cross section of the through hole 11 may be larger than the size of the diaphragm of the speaker 200.
The fixing bracket 20 is connected to the base material 10, and in a possible implementation manner, the fixing bracket 20 is detachably connected with the base material 10 through bolts and screws; in some embodiments, the fixing support 20 may be formed integrally with the base material 10.
The fixing support 20 is used for installing the loudspeaker 200, that is, the fixing support 20 is used for being connected with a basin stand of the loudspeaker 200, the connection mode of the fixing support 20 and the basin stand can be a detachable connection mode such as a bolt and a screw, or can be a connection mode such as riveting and joggling, and the fixing support can be selected according to practical situations.
The decoration material 30 is a member connected with the base material 10 and has a decoration effect, and in some embodiments, the decoration material 30 can also cooperate with the base material 10 to have an effect of improving sound insulation and heat insulation. The decorative material 30 may be a mat formed by bonding a material such as a fiber mat, polyurethane foam, or polyethylene foam to another material, or may be a structure formed by bonding a nonwoven fabric or a knitted fabric.
The decorative material 30 is connected to the base material 10 and is laminated with the base material 10, that is, the decorative material 30 is attached to the base material 10 so as to have the same structural configuration as the base material 10. For example, when the base material 10 has a flat plate-like structure, the decorative material 30 has a flat plate-like structure, and when the base material 10 has a curved surface structure, the decorative material 30 has a curved surface structure corresponding to the base material 10.
The decoration material 30 completely covers the through hole 11, which means that one side of the through hole 11 close to the personnel capsule is completely covered by the decoration material 30; in the embodiment in which the number of through holes 11 is plural, it means that the side of each through hole 11 close to the personnel capsule is covered with the finishing material 30. Thus, since the decoration material 30 has better sound passing performance, excessive obstruction can not be caused to the transmission of sound, therefore, in the embodiments of the application, the structure of the speaker mask in the related art can be replaced by the decoration material 30, on one hand, the problem of the appearance that the speaker mask is not tightly attached to the base material 10 is avoided, and on the other hand, the procedure of opening holes of the decoration material 30 and the installation procedure of the speaker mask can be canceled in the vehicle production process, so that the installation efficiency of the speaker 200 in the vehicle production is improved, and the production efficiency of the vehicle is further improved.
In these embodiments of the present application, the through hole 11 is completely covered by the decorative material 30, that is, the procedure of opening the hole of the decorative material 30 and the installation procedure of the speaker mask are omitted, so that the integrity of the decorative material 30 is increased and the efficiency of installing the speaker 200 on the vehicle is improved while the gap is avoided when the speaker mask is attached to the base material 10.
In some embodiments of the present application, the substrate 10 extends along a curved path, and the through holes 11 are opened on the curved path.
The substrate 10 extends along a curved path, which may refer to a plurality of curves parallel to each other, along which the substrate 10 extends to form a curved plate-like structure having a certain curvature. The through hole 11 may be opened at any position of any curve.
In some embodiments, the curvilinear path may also refer to a plurality of intersecting curves such that the substrate 10 extends along the plurality of curves to form a curved plate-like structure having a curved cross-section in a plurality of directions. Illustratively, the curves intersect each other and have the same intersection point and circular shape, and the substrate 10 extends along the curves to form a spherical structure. The through hole 11 may be opened at any position of the spherical surface.
In some embodiments of the present application, the projection of the fixing bracket 20 is offset from the projection of the through hole 11 along the lamination direction of the base material 10 and the decoration material 30.
The fact that the projection of the fixing bracket 20 is displaced from the projection of the through hole 11 in the lamination direction of the base material 10 and the decorative material 30 means that the fixing bracket 20 does not extend into any position corresponding to the through hole 11 in the axial direction. Such an arrangement also benefits from the elimination of the mounting of the speaker mask, i.e., in the embodiments of the present application, because the mounting of the speaker mask is eliminated, so that the mounting bracket 20 is provided with mounting structure for the mounting of the speaker mask, and thus does not need to extend into the space of the through hole 11 in the axial direction.
Based on this, the mounting structure 100 in these embodiments of the present application can reduce the influence of the fixing support 20 on the speaker, reduce the risk that the fixing support 20 contacts with the speaker diaphragm under the influence of external factors, and improve the reliability of the speaker. The external factor may be temperature or vehicle vibration.
In some embodiments of the present application, the fixing support 20 includes a fixing portion 21 and a mounting portion 22, wherein the fixing portion 21 is connected to the substrate 10, the mounting portion 22 extends from one end of the fixing portion 21 in a direction away from the substrate 10, and the speaker 200 is mounted at an end of the mounting portion 22 away from the substrate 10.
The fixing portion 21 is used for connecting with the substrate 10, and in some embodiments, the fixing portion 21 may be connected with the substrate 10 by using a screw, a bolt, or the like to be detachably connected; in some embodiments, the fixing portion 21 may also be directly integrally formed with the base material 10.
The shape of the fixing portion 21 should be matched with the shape of the through hole 11. Illustratively, in embodiments in which the cross-sectional shape of the through-hole 11 is circular, the cross-sectional shape of the innermost ring of the fixing portion 21 should also be circular; in the embodiment where the cross-sectional shape of the through hole 11 is rectangular, the cross-sectional shape of the innermost ring of the fixing portion 21 should also be rectangular.
The mounting portion 22 extends from one end of the fixing portion 21 in a direction away from the base material 10, and one end of the fixing portion 21 may be an end of the fixing portion 21 close to the through hole 11, or an end of the fixing portion 21 away from the through hole 11, and may be determined by a frame size of the speaker 200 and a mounting position of the mounting portion 22 and the frame. The mounting portion 22 is provided at one end of the fixing portion 21, which is advantageous for the processing and molding of the fixing bracket 20.
In some embodiments of the present application, in order to match the fixing bracket 20 with the frame of the speaker 200, the mounting portion 22 may be provided to extend from the middle portion of the fixing portion 21 in a direction away from the base material 10. Meanwhile, in order to strengthen the structural strength of the mounting portion 22, a reinforcing rib 23 connected to the mounting portion 22 may be provided to support the mounting portion 22 when the mounting portion 22 is deformed.
The speaker 200 is mounted on the end of the mounting portion 22 far from the substrate 10, and in a possible implementation manner, a mounting groove structure is arranged at a portion of the frame of the speaker 200 corresponding to the position of the mounting portion 22, and when the speaker 200 is mounted, the mounting portion 22 can be directly inserted into the mounting groove structure to realize connection between the speaker 200 and the fixed bracket 20; in some embodiments, the connection between the speaker 200 and the fixing bracket 20 may also be a threaded connection or a screw bolt connection.
In some embodiments of the present application, the mounting structure 100 further includes a buffer member 40, where the buffer member 40 is disposed between the fixing bracket 20 and the substrate 10, and the fixing bracket 20 is connected to the substrate 10 through the buffer member 40.
The cushioning member 40 may be made of rubber, silica gel, foam plastic, etc., and is capable of damping the vibration of the fixing bracket 20 along with the vehicle during the driving process of the vehicle.
In these embodiments of the present application, the contact area between the fixing support 20 and the buffer member 40 can be increased as much as possible, so as to strengthen the buffer effect of the buffer member 40 on the fixing support 20, and meanwhile, the end portion of the reinforcing rib 23 far away from the mounting portion 22 can be set close to the buffer member 40, so as to improve the rebound supporting effect when the mounting portion 22 is deformed.
In some embodiments of the present application, the projection of the cushion member 40 is offset from the projection of the through hole 11 along the lamination direction of the base material 10 and the decoration material 30.
In order to reduce the influence of the damper 40 on the diaphragm of the speaker 200, in the same manner as the fixing bracket 20, in the embodiments of the present application, the projection of the damper 40 may be offset from the projection of the through hole 11.
In some embodiments of the present application, the through hole 11 may be provided to have a circular cross section in the axial direction. The through holes 11 with the circular cross sections are easier to process and arrange, and are matched with the base material 10 with the curved surface structure, so that the processing efficiency is higher; meanwhile, the circular through hole 11 has a better sound transmission effect, so that the uniformity of sound transmission of the loudspeaker in all directions is better.
In some embodiments of the present application, the cross section of the through hole 11 in the axial direction may also be rectangular or triangular. The purpose is to adapt to the structure of the substrate 10, so that the through hole 11 obtains the largest cross-sectional area, and further the sound transmission effect is improved.
In some embodiments of the present application, the number of through holes 11 is plural, and the plurality of through holes 11 are distributed in an array.
The number of through holes 11 is plural, and in a possible implementation manner, a plurality of mutually independent through holes 11 are disposed on the same substrate 10, and the plurality of through holes 11 are distributed in an array on the substrate 10, so that a speaker 200 can be disposed at a position of each through hole 11 to further promote the sound immersion effect of the vehicle.
In some embodiments, the plurality of through holes 11 may also be provided, which means that a through hole 11 includes a plurality of sub-through holes, and the plurality of sub-through holes are commonly provided corresponding to a speaker 200.
The plurality of through holes 11 are distributed in an array, that is, the plurality of sub-through holes form a through hole structure similar to that of the speaker mask in the related art on the substrate 10. By the arrangement, the substrate 10 can be utilized to provide a support for the decoration material 30 so as to increase the structural stability of the decoration material 30 while ensuring that the through holes 11 have strong sound passing performance.
Some embodiments of the present application also provide a vehicle including the mounting structure 100 of the speaker provided by any of the foregoing embodiments, which has higher production efficiency.
In some embodiments of the present application, the substrate 10 is a roof of a vehicle. In other embodiments of the present application, the substrate 10 may also be a front and rear door of a vehicle, a vehicle center console panel, a vehicle seat, a floor, or the like.
Finally, it should be noted that: the above embodiments are only for illustrating the technical solution of the present application, and not for limiting the same; although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it should be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical scheme described in the foregoing embodiments can be modified or some or all of the technical features thereof can be replaced by equivalents; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit of the embodiments, and are intended to be included within the scope of the claims and description.
